HOW IT WORKS
The app automatically alerts emergency contacts at your work place if you fail to check-in safely after lone working or if you raise an alert. It transmits your location to a secure, online hub where your employer can see your location on a map and send help to you.
StaySafe Business app is simple to use:
- Press Start Session
- Set the duration/end time of your lone working session
- The app will use your device’s location services to determine your current position
- Confirm your location on the map
- Add any notes about the nature of your lone working session
- Press continue to start tracking.
Once your session is running you can safely end it, extend it or hit the panic button at any time.
StaySafe Business gives you and your employer peace of mind when you attend meetings or appointments alone, travel alone or when you are working in an isolated location.
FEATURES
The app has a number of different alert options to get help to you quickly.
Panic – Hit the Panic alert button to instantly trigger an alert to your emergency contact if you are in trouble. You can panic at any time, not just when running a session. As well as the Panic button there are a number of alerts that are sent automatically. These are sent to your emergency contacts if you don’t enter your PIN number into the app to confirm you are safe.
Session Expired – If you don’t enter your PIN to cancel tracking when you have finished working alone the app will automatically send an alert to your emergency contact to tell them you may need help.
Duress – Enter a Duress PIN if you are being forced to shut down the app by an attacker. This fools the attacker into thinking you have cancelled tracking but instead it alerts your emergency contacts that you are under duress.
Non Movement – If your phone senses that you have not moved after 10 minutes then it will automatically send an alert to your emergency contacts to tell them you may be injured, unconscious or unable to move.
Low Battery – If your phone battery is 5% or less the app will automatically send an alert to your emergency contact to tell them you may need help.

Works well! Only annoying thing to me is how loud the audible warning are, could be toned down a little or just one instead of four very loud sirens. That apart it does give a sense of someone has your back
where we use this app the results are very poor due to no or low network coverage. It can also lock the phone out too so you have to reboot and uninstall the app
app works well. only issue is after missing the first checkin and acknowledging the second checkin it still calls others telling them I missed the check in. dont get why it would be setup like that.
It is hit and miss when it alarms and goes mental if it checks in and there no network signal.

It's more quicker to call 911 if there's trouble. Great way to see where your peeps are!
The app is power and data hungry! There is STILL a big where by the notification panel is permanently littered with a stay safe notification that can't be cleared! Has to removed by hoping to settings and using 'force stop'! This has been highlighted several times and makes you're business quality look sloppy! FIX THIS SIMPLE ISSUE!...
The stay safe panel stays open in notification panel even after you've logged off!
Absolutely brilliant
The app is too data hungry. Not practical in 2G areas. Whether the signal is strong or not.
First class implementation of an exisiting idea - looking into how it will work for us as it is totally relevant to our business.
Terrible app. Doesn't load up maps when setting up a session. Just says 'google play services are loading'. Leaves a permanent notification in notification panel after use and can not be cleared. Drains battery. Sort it out!!!! USELESS! New problem after android update unable get notifications before expiry time
I trialled the Stay safe App for Heathrow BMW. For business use. I found it to be feature packed, slick and very easy to navigate. Easy to login into, simple enough for any non technical user to use and very accurate GPS position data. The app worked seamlessly on any Android phone I installed it on. Superb support from the team on setting up and with a quick tutorial I was able to setup the app and login to the main user hub within minutes. I would highly recommend this company and App.
