Very bad experience....Two Times I booked a room and at the moment they just call me and said *Hotel is sold out , your booking is cancelled*.. I mean Are you kidding...The hotels are not telling you that they have rooms available or not. after booking you simply say Booking is cancelled....I never recommend this at all.....
Just gave one star to get this to your attention. I've been trying to Login using my phone number the whole day and I am not getting the OTP. Also its not responding sometimes. I've uninstalled it multiple times and reinstalled it. Didn't work.
Please remove Singup/login feature at starting of app. Many user like me want to see which hotel avaible in my city but we don't want to share information before booking or at just seeing app time. So i uninstall it and try to look at website but unfortunetlly it also not loading. Take very long time but no response so i quit it !!!
1st step and it goes bouncer. Can't even sign-up. Stuck at sign-up page can't get OTP and proceed further.
Whenever I am login in using OTP, it is saying incorrect OTP. Moreover it takes almost 10-15 mins for the OTP to arrive. Very disappointing experience of mine.
its good to stay .. using 2 times this app for multiple days. but hotels price are expensive and they don't have any complimentary breakfast option.
All the best but I will use only if meerut is included in this app.its a long way to go and it will take time but I wish you all the best for future.your app is gonna rock and help us from those stupid and dreaded people mentality!!
Hi Uncle, I installed the Stay Uncle app on my Android device, but I face an irritating problem – the app does not let me read reviews of individual hotels. So to read reviews, I have to go to your website. The app shows the average review of a hotel, but tapping it does not take me to the reviews; nothing happens. Can you fix this please? Kind Regards.
app needs lot of work, very low quality app with infinite number of bugs, glitches and issues, hire someone better for the app.
The app keeps on crashing everytime I search for a hotel. Your app has potential. Please fix it.
there was an update before 1-2 months and update was awesome. but now its again remove the update and its like before many problem while trying to booking the rooms. please update the app .
Stuck on uploading ID. It won't let me upload the ID photo and just keeps circling around. Please fix this!
need to add more hotels and 3 hour slot bookings at lower costs. i can book the same hotel at lower cost from other competitor.
Very poor UI and slow servers I signed up nearly 5 times and didn't get an OTP until I uninstalled the app and recieved 5 OTPs at once Very Poor and slow service Won't recommend this apo to anyone
Not able to signup. Firstly the app considers my working gmail as an invalid email. More over when i use some other email it doesnt sends the otp
worst no procedure of choosing checking or checkout option isn't available tried 4 to 5 times not a single option must make the app more user friendly the website is much better than the app
It's nice aap but i suggested to make available rooms for short time like 3 hrs or 5 hrs. It will be more budget friendly for all.
Booked the hotel, the money was deducted from my account thrice. The amount was not reflected at the hotel and the booking was done thrice. I had to pay again at the hotel. You guys have no helpline?Not even a email? No services at all? Worst of all the booking websites I have seen. Shame on the company and developers! If there were any lower stars or rating, I would give it without a second thought!
