I would like to choose 0.01 star if it is available in apps. Wrost aapps ever downloaded. I couldn't verify my profile since last 6 month ....ha ha ha

A very cheap application, i couldn't log in or verify my account, shame on a big company such as stc

Scam! They never return the money once it's reverted from the vendors! And when they don't have answers they simply lie!!!

Do not use it. Always misleading offers, be careful of offers advertised in STC, they are all unreal and STC is trying to make more money out of them. Plus they try to collect your personal data.

I think there is a bug. When you click on the "See All" text for offers. It takes you directly to add debit card function. It's because of wrong coding Apart from that the app looks amazing.

Using virtual prepaid card is a waste of time. I have used it and transaction failed and now it has been nearly 10 days I am continuously following up but the money deducted has not been refunded. Everytime I only get one answer, the req has been forwarded to IT. They should have not launched an app with glitches and with not support. AVOID USING PAYMENT THROUGH VIRTUAL PREPAID CARD

“stc pay BH“ is very good app and this app give too much rewards and cashback offers for all stc pay bh customers. That is why i loved very much.

It charges 110 fils for recharge or adding money to the App. Zain and Batelco don't charge anything for the Same service.

This app is very useful and easy to use etc.. and i used this app sending money for my family for how MANY TIMES and then 1 day i have little a problem i cannot open this app it says "connection error" but my net is in good connection. I try already to restart my phone and upgrade this app but when i try to open it same thing problem "connection error" i hope you can fix this issues please.. it really helps me alot.. thank you!

I started using this app when their was 10% cash back from carrefour. Then I stopped because there wasn't good offers. Now I decided to use it again and when I tried to add money, there's a 105 Fils transection Fils. Why should I pay for the transaction fees when there are alternatives in the market with no additional fees.

I gave you one star, because it Doesn't work for payment for my wireless internet services, it asks for a mobile phone number. Even I tried to access it from my Saudi account, where I pay sts bills. I hope you fix this issue and then I will give you more stars.

its good aplication. but you must add the option of "cash pickup". is here only bank transfer. we want to send direct mony by name. so please add the option. its very easy and helpful.

There is a bug in your app. user registration cannot be completed. when one tries to upload the cpr image, it didn't gets attached. tried with multiple devices

I just updated the app, now it's asking for OTP and when I enter the OTP the app keeps stopping. And there is an other app in play store ( stc pay ) & Im really sceptical about this one, because after the update the name of app changed to 'stc pay BH' (thats not a problem I think) The problem is there is a different app named 'stc pay' from 'stc pay' while the 'stc pay BH' is from 'STC Bahrain B.S.C Closed' hoping a feedback Thanks

Really bad app don't use it in start i was able to use my account but after 1 year they can't verify my documents even I have all the documents available w me after calling many time at help line and sending emails they replied sorry there is a some same name matching issue so u can't use this app and u can get ur cash back from sadad now its been more then 4 months now I still didnt get any cash back and whenever I tried to contact them there customer service representative didn't knowanything

Extremely poor experience twice in last 12 months, the app is managed by SADAD while it is being branded as STC product / wallet. Majority of the time it don't work due to network issues in the malls. Saar Mall is an example we purchased BD 75 amout of items but couldn't pay via STC Pay as there was problem. The qr qode is generated by the merchant, but when scan and pay it says success. Within a second it return money in wallet and merchant is not paid.

Can't even log in. Now shows blocked. After try so many times. And Contact customer service no response. They told we send request to office. Nothing. Happened. Very difficult.... 😡

Very good app for cashless transactions. My request is to tie up with NBB to transfer to bank account transfer also. It will be very helpful.

My bad experience. I pay with it but does not work so they ask me at counter to pay cash then later it works when i am home already and they did not help to bring money back. More than once. Very lousy app won't recommended it

App is OK. The way we are conned into installing it is bad business practice. There is no 3GB available. Don't be conned friends.

Still my account is not activated and it's been 3weeks since I applied for it. I thought they have fast service unfortunately I'm wrong.

App is good. But STC should free its website and app as sometimes when our data plan expired then we have no net to refill our account to renew the data plan at same time and we lost our balance.

This app is poor option no access to many accounts and can't switch between accounts. Not useful at all waist my time.

it is good app. I am using from two years. If there is increase for sending money to international. It will be more better.

I already added beneficiary accounts for international transactions. Still sometimes it says add beneficiary again. Its frustrating
