STC1660

The service of Suriname Taxi Central (STC) is completely aimed at the customer. Although the company has been very able to respond to the needs and wishes of its clients, we wanted to go one step further; to create an app that not only brings the customer closer to the taxi service, but puts them in a position to control this service also. The STC-app will provide a 24/7 overview map of where our cabs are and which are closest to the customers location. This way, the customer can order any cab on the map with an estimated arrival time and distance calculation. They will also receive a confirmation SMS which tells them that the cab has been successfully ordered and will be arriving at the given address and time.

after reading the reviews i was sceptical but eventually i decided to download the app. i ordered a cab yesterday: the cab was 15 minutes late but he called and asked directions as i was in a particularly unknown area i did not mind. i had a great experience nice driver, well spoken, overall pleasant. so today i ordered a cab twice: both i canceled after they did not show up. underwhelming, the three stars are for mr Eifflaar cab number 222

Whoever developed this app needs to be fired. Sinds they updated to a new layout and added features, I haven't been able to order a taxi in more than two months! What kind of service is this?!

Hate it when drivers cancel my order of a cab. I can see where you are and you just cancel me!!!!!!! Please work on fixing that.
