This is why I hate apps. It truly a lot of work for developers to keep up with all the devices and the continuous device updates that make the apps non-compatible.

doesn't seem to work with a new Galaxy S9 UPDATE::: contacted developer and they were able to update app, now works with my Galaxy S9. I have used it once, I get an image, have not tested extra features.

This is trash. Wasted good money on something that doesn't even work. Matco tools won't take it back either. I will never buy another Steelman product. Total junk. Using Samsung Note 9. Maybe support your product with timely updates? I'm a mechanic and honestly, buying something with a pricetag like this isn't a lightly made decision. I feel cheated out of my hard earned money and there's no accountability from the manufacturer to make it right. Don't waste your money.

Will not connect to my samsung note 9 and the scope won't turn off unless i remove the batteries. Very frustrating and seems to be a complete waste of money

Put this on several smart phones. Never worked. The scope so far and app both have been a waist of money. Bought 6 and none have worked as described.

Doesnt work on S9, uninstalled, reinstalled, gave all permissions. tested on iPhone8 and works.

I have note 8 Samsung and the app says it cannot conect ...it conect on the wifi but camera does not ...please assist

Linked fine to my Maximus 2.0 android diagnostic scanner. Camera was over half the price of a Maximus borescope.

The app says for android but only works with apple products. I've tried it on galaxy s4 and s6. And it don't link to the camera

Will not connect to LG G5, bummer, I so much that I could use this tool for. Call customer support with the Number supplied which says leave your phone number and a brief description of problem (did so 4 days ago and still they have not returned call) Snap-on BK3000 is an awesome unit and works great!
