Has promise, but far to many bugs, although the battle controls are simple enough to understand (A vet of War Robots would feel right at home) a little tutorial would be nice before going into actual battle. Heck, a tutorial on how to navigate the game functions would be even better. The biggest drawback for me was the game functions overlapped my tablet functions. So it I couldn't go beyond the first assignment. Graphics are decent, gameplay (from what I saw) is fair, overall not a bad game.
While it is ok... There are 3 issues I see. The first being what are the point of the Gems/Crystals? Second issue is why does it take so much to even buy the first few ships compared to what you make? The third one is what is the point of prestige? It seems to have 0 effect on anything. Not only that but no ability to check incoming messages nor tutorial on what the in game menu is used for is put in place.
I enjoyed Stellar Trek ever since it came out for the Atari 2600. This is a great adaptation of that game amped up with interactive graphics and action. I've been playing the Glactic Conquest mode and I wish there was a Teleporter or tractor beam. The controls are awkward but part of that is my tablet. My only complaint are the "stars" in the Sector Battles. I know it's there for extra points but other than that they seem silly being smaller than planets. Maybe drop resources when they're hit.
Game is fun but there a lot of bugs that need fixing. You need to put in full directions to the game. 2nd is that I had a starship that I got and fully upgraded and then once I left a star base on a level it put me in another ship that I had bought before. So then I had to pay $520,000 to get the ship I'd already bought. It'd be great to get that currency back seeing I paid for the same ship 2 times
I downloaded this game because I was looking for something similar to the old Macintosh game RESCUE! It plays just how I expected! This was the perfect Rescue! clone for me. The graphics are also really REALLY nice! the controls are pretty damn solid too. the only thing I could really ask for is tge player ship sprite be more like the Enterprise instead it kind of looks like Defiant from DS9. Anyway its a great Star Trek style game and I will be playing it more often!
It's okay. I wish there was a mode to play it like the classic Atari game which was strictly strategy based with Henry resource management vs these clunky controls and minimal resource management.
My gosh. This is horrible. The stupid new update took away all my progress. I was almost close to getting the defiant class ship (i spent a lot of time as i dud not use purchases for this app ) and now i need to start all over. At first i tried to regain progress but it is hopeless. Had the potential to be great but now....
Fun but also weird bugs. Example one: Ship skins change when.warping in game or into.zones . Example Two: In the Galaxy Conquest areas there are so many different ships (skins) whichis awesome as the ability to earn enough money to purchase even the most powerful ships with enough grinding..but for some reason game will not let you purchase them in Galax zones no matter how much cash, or maxed rep. .
I am big star trek fan and this game is pretty game ships and enemies are pretty much what you would expect from the star trek universe but I had an issue just awhile back were the game froze and I had to reinstall it it happened it the KRAKEN mission 2 while orbiting a planet my ship froze and would not move even after I reset my tablet. Please check and advise. Thanks
I love all the different starships that you can take into battle. The sound effects when at a spacestation are really well done! Save anytime, play anywhere is perfect for people on the go. Nicely done!
i like the new mode but make it to where you dont get sucked through a jump gate you haven't unlock yet because I teleported to the essen sector in galactic conquest and got sucked through a jumpgate i hadn't unlocked and got stuck in the cygnus sector with no way out. but otherwise great game.
Back in 2017/16, i was too critical of this game after an update which in my eyes then was a "step down" from what the game has been. Now it's to me clear that this game has improved as a game and brings me back the same nostalgic memories of back when i played this a few years ago. Thank you very much.
the game is ok but the 3d graphics need improvement and most of all the game controls are really really bad guys I would love to keep playing but the controls alone are too sluggish and unresponsive and without full 3d its forcing you to be like Kahn instead of real space flight or battles not too mention the ship designs lack any depth. please update and advance this game
Was going great then I lost the ship I bought. As another review I had earned enough credits then told me I couldn't buy the ship. Bought a cheaper ship and went through. Then I went to play it and it's gone. My progress in the galaxy beta was still the same. So not sure if I will keep playing this game.
My favourite game so far! Am pretty addicted to Stellar Trek. Only two things I don't uderstand: can't switch between the regular and Beta games while in the app and every now and then, my points don't accurately represent my position related to all other players.
Playing the space battles in the review screen at the end of the sector when hitting the back button on the screen erases all your earned money and takes you back to what you had at the beginning of the game.
It is a wonderful game and is quite fun to play, especially if you are a huge Trekkie or Sci-Fi buff like me. I just encountered the Borg and got promoted to Lt. Commander. And I'm super excited to become captain! I'm wondering though if there are more ships than Terran or Auroran (my fave)? It would be cool to see Vulcan, Klingon, or Romulan ships. And... wouldn't it be neat to be a Borg yourself? Just suggesting. Again, wonderful game!
It's a fun game, my only suggestion would be that they add the planets to the small sensor readout so it's easier to find dilithium while fighting the enemy.
Was pretty fun until I bought a new ship. The game froze after that. I restarted it twice to no avail. With the last update being 3 years ago, my guess is the dev is on to bigger and better things.
Very good game. I just want to know how to use the missiles. Know how to use phasers and torpedoes, just not missiles.
This game is a BLAST (no pun intended!) to play, with beautiful graphics and smooth animation, along with cool, authentic STAR TREK-like sounds, that keep me coming back for MORE!!! 😎
really like the game but locks up during battle in beta and upgraded the default ship for beta in the sector mode using a ton of coins thinking it was a ship I just hadn't upgraded yet then it didn't upgrade but coins are gone... 😑
Great update! I hope that the new mode could be developed even further. Perhaps you may also improve the menu interface, SFX, and such.
It's a fun space shooter, and I'm enjoying the beta, but what do you do with collected cargo, besides jettisoning it (which obviously serves no purpose)
Triple AAA developer who cares about his fan club! Well worth it to support the endless hours of gameplay. No BS, removable ads, offline gameplay - it doesn't get any better than this. Keep up the great work, and I look foward to your next endeavor!
Dropped my review to 2 stars because I have been having issues purchasing a new ship in the beta mode. Tells me I don't have enough credits even though the price of the ship is less than the total credits I have. Reached out to the support email listed on here and included a screen shot of the error message and still have not heard back. So far seems like support is non existent.
