Step 2 Mobile Qbank

Absolutely terrible. I was able to take one test and now the app won't let me create any more. Stops working as soon as I try to do anything within the app. I can at least log in which is a step past last year with the step 1 app. Truly shows a lack of customer service and a disregard for you after receipt of payment. A shame that their name is so prominent in the industry.

I don't know where to start. Outdated clunky UI. Clicks don't register, pages slow to load. Can't review my past tests but just check my overall progress. I don't understand how they can be okay with this type of app. Its not only useless, but actually wastes extra time when you could be reviewing stuff.

It used to work when I first got it. It hasn't worked now for 3 months despite reinstalling the software, etc... Works online, but the app is crap. Got Kaplan q Bank so I could study on my phone during downtime, buy I guess I'll be switching to u world. Not bothering with getting Kaplan again

I generally don't review apps but I have to on this because it's so bad. You would think a big company like Kaplan could get this right for students who are shelling out hundreds off dollars for their products. This is ridiculous!

This app is ridiculous. I could not do a block on my laptop and review on my phone on the go. So what is the point of this app? Also, after I completed one test, I was shocked to find out on laptop that I got 19 incomplete questions because the app already submitted the test or did not save some answers. Seriously kaplan? You should do better than this. Very difficult to exit questions. I wish I bought uworld. What a waste ! Beaware of expensive cancellation fees of 35% or more.

I wish it were easier to sync with my online qbank. Also it's difficult to exit the question block once you're done with it in tutor mode. Also wish it could remember my credentials and bypass signing in every time...it's not my bank or money market account, it's a qbank!

Can't tell you how much of my precious study time I have had to spend wrestling with this app on my Android. Now it seems to have permanently stopped working during last week of internal medicine, regardless of how many times I reinstall. Go with UWorld.

Can anyone helpe please? I registered for 1 month Q bank USMLE step 2 ck and downlpaded this app to be able to access the questions from my phone. Now I am trying to log in but i keeps saying invalid log in. I am using my e mail amd password that I am using to log in my account on kaptest aren't they the same? I works on kaptest but keeps saying log in failed on the app

Like the many users below me, I am really disappointed in the dishonest advertising and lack of support for mobile apps from Kaplan. Called tech support and there exact words were "not sure when or if that will be fixed." If you had plans of using this on android phones or tablets good luck because it seems like a crap shoot on whose will work and whose won't. Not a bad qbank but buy USMLEworld. Its more polished and easier to use. Kaplan... stop ignoring a growing user base and fix this, it can't be that complicated. I expected more. 9/8 Update has fixed this so now I can actually log on and use the qbank with my phone.

cheaper than Uworld but not as good. Clumsy app software both for android and online. My last Kaplan product.

Just let me create one test, after that it crashes everytime I try to restart it. Totally disappointed

Unstable UI. Crashes unexpectedly. Uworld is a much more refined app. Content is as expected, but cannot be appreciated due to poor UI.

crashes constantly. crashes every time "review test" is pressed. unusable.

It was ok until yesterday mud test I got an error message and it hasn't worked since.

Cannot access mobile created test from PC, cannot view images such as X-ray, hasn't been updated since 2012. Worst Kaplan app ever.

I can't review my previous test. Doesn't work well at all kaplan hasn't fix it. Horrible

Works fine on my asus infinity, it will be better if you can see videos explanations and you can highlight some words

A completely failed application, it does not even log in. It does not even function well as a paper weight, which would be slightly more useful in terms of studying.

I can't even load a test in my phone as soon as I hit create it crashes and shuts down. Even after I Uninstalled and Installed again.

Uworld is so much better, this app loses data all the time and locks up. Stay away! Plus they have terrible support.

Terrible. Too many errors. Does not even work now. Always says incorrect username ID AFTER i have logged in...

Kaplan is very bad company, they rely on their good material and their questions. Their service is the worst ever.

App opens just fine, but when I select "take test", it crashes. Every time. I've got an unfinished block from months ago that I can't do anything with because it just sits there mucking up my stats. What's up with that?

This app is great, could have better features like highlighting and ability to do blocks offline, but other than that it does the job. Yes you do need a subscription to Kaplan Qbank.

Limited capabilities. 1 star for just existing. Now if it could only work. Its been 2 days that I cannot create questions. For the amount of money students around the world are paying, one would think Kaplan could invest in a proper app team.

I can't review tests that I did on my laptop. This app needs to run seamlessly with the main website. It doesn't work for us students that do questions all day long even when we're in the bathroom.

Rotten App. Very very poor Customer Care. First Ended the test when I Suspended it. Now Created a test and Not loading it. Can't access these questions from anywhere.
