I bought a subscription to use this app after the trial expired and the app does not register that I am subscribed. Google Play will not allow another purchase as it says I am already subscribed. I have paid for a subscription and it's not active. That is taking money from people and then not giving them what they purchased...... I know a word for that! Tech support does not even answer my multiple requests for assistance.
The customer support is non-existent. Yes, they will reply to an email but they can't help with anything. All they do is confirm that they can't do what you request. They are useless. They don't offer any information or suggestions on how to help. I wanted to start over with the app because errors were made setting up the account and the watch/phone device. Their response, 'we can't delete accounts or devices... thank you.' So be warned, THEY WILL KEEP YOUR INFORMATION FOREVER.
An irreplaceable program for my child's smart watch. There is a full range of functions and capabilities that I need for my peace of mind that everything is in order with my child. After the update, the application became a little faster and more stable. Thanks to the authors.
sadly I could not get past step one. still waiting for the code. update: thank you for your reply, however... Just to be sure. I downloaded the app again, dropped the zeros for the international dialing format again and still nothing. I'm sure once registration is successful it could be a nice app. till then its still just one star.
I like the app and the locator works great compared to Setracker that is few blocks off. However it's draining the watch battery - so the gps watch is offline due to no battery already early afternoon which makes the app useless. Support team keeps trying to convince me that it's a battery life (device) issue.However the watch was on for >15h with a different app installed, so clearly not the right reason. I keep asking for ways to reduce the power drainage but they keep giving me the same useless copy/pasted reply. I will have to uninstall it.
The app and watch were working brilliantly until today. I can no longer use the app. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still nothing. I'm unable to use the tech part of the app as I cant get in, so now I cant use the watch. Hope the problem is fixed soon as up until this problem the app was brilliant.
2 days after the purchase was made i tried to install the new watches. But the app doesn't support the make. I've tried to get my money back, but Step by Step refused to refund me. Their solution is buy new watches that we can support. What service is that. Be aware if you are interested in this app. BAD Customer service. These are GPS watches, your system doesn't support. Please send me my money back. Even with updates watch is not supported.
The app itself is quite good, my only issue is that it keeps telling me I need a tariff or won't be able to use some features so I purchased one but got made to feel stupid for buying it by the technical support (Michael, who was very rude and abrupt and no help at all!) in the app as he says I don't need one yet the message still keeps coming up when I ask why he doesn't reply with an answer just DELETE IF YOU NO LONGER NEED THE APP in capitals and a very rude manner!
Before I rated this App 3stars...now I upgraded it a rated it 5stars...excellent work...Big thanks to the Staff, especially Michael... to help me work my daughter's watch...Technical Support they really responsive... I can "Share" also the device with my wife...I also upgraded my tariffa...its worth paying. GREAT JOB!!! ☺...P.S. I absolutely recommend this App to parents/to all. More power to you guys(Tech Support and the Developers of this App. ☺ P.S. They(the Technical Support, mentioning Michael) resolved the problem. Again Big Thanks ☺
I install this application and register my phone number. But i not connect phone number of my child. I received message: account holder ******* need to extend subscription. I contacted application developer on technical support application service, but developer not answer. And, site of developer not working. Wery not professional!
I was using SEtracker app all this time. I saw goot rating on this app and wanted to try it out. But as soon as I dwloaded and connected the tracker by sending some automatic smss, tge tracker has comoletely stoped working. Pls help me what to be done.
Do not download this app as you have to pay a subscription fee which will work for the first year then after that stops working but they keep charging you and refuse a refund claiming you have to do it through google pay. Google pay don't issue refunds for 3rd party apps which they no its a scam.
ok.but not brilliant. shows you where the device is but not how to get to it. thats a problem when you are in a unknown area. strange that they have missed this simple function out?. other apps direct you to the device. agree developers are random and when they don't know the answer they dont reply.
Very useful to see my child's whereabouts. A useful feature is that the parent can only switch the phone off via the app.
Can't even use it! This worked fine, the app won't even open now, it's been installed and reinstalled multiple times and won't load rendering the bloody thing useless!
The app used to work well. Since they have updated it I am now unable to even open the app. I have tried re installing and still no joy. Come on technical support please fix this!!
The FAQ section is unbelievably confusing! Having connection issues, so I went to the FAQ, but may as well asked my 5 year old! Please make your answers clearer, using proper English grammar.
i hv installed step by step in a watch, which already have setracker installed. Now setracker is not working. Setracker only controlled by mobile. But now its not connecting to the watch. How could I get setracker running again?

Stopped working and my kid's watches stop working just after a year. Trying to get through to anyone is a nightmare. Would not recommend at all.
Shocking brought the watch for my daughter only for the app to not work so the watch means nothing cant change the time any thing very unimpressed never again waste of money! If I could get get away with putting a star I would
looks and works great. didnt realize I had to pay a monthly or yearly fee for the app but my bad as I didnt read everything. Because im paying for a service though i had a problem while I was away in a different country. The watches wernt been tracked. A message to the app technical team sorted this no bother, very quickly. overall after a few weeks of usage the app works fine.
