kindly provide a updated version of the application. Last updated was released nin 2014. Device is getting disconnected often.

Kindly Update this. Bluetooth disconnected in every few minutes. Please do something about it.

It automatically disconnect and sometimes8 reconnects itself otherwise u got restart the app or the Bluetooth headset. App hangs in between like it shows connected in Bluetooth headset but it is not for which again restart the Bluetooth device. I THINK IT IS TIME TO UPDATE and FIX THESE Bugs. Last update was on Jan 2014.

I bought it yesterday after saw some review, paired my sbh52 with Samsung GS5. It worked. I tested the media and phone call. But finally I found that the connection always lost within certain time. The indicator is still there, "connected to phone audio" but it does not work, there is no actual connection. It will be normal if it is "connected to phone audio and media". When connection lost, I have to restart my sbh52 to make it normal again, and I have to restart my phone very often in a day. Please help.

Bought the sbh together with smart watch 2 using smart connect sbh says connected when it isn't, smart watch disconnects randomly using this with the Z1 spent a lot of money and very very dissatisfied with the lot Sony you need to get your finger out and update the lot or you'll never compete with Samsung or apple what is the point in trying if this is the best you can do. Unstable - save yourself money and don't buy these items!!

It was designed for Z Ultra and it does not connect with Z ultra itself properly it keeps disconnecting very often and it is extremely irritating, an update is required immediately. OMG It is becoming worst day by day. I never ever expected that Sony would make such a worst gadget. I recently got an update but still no change it is wosre.

It shows as connected but it actually is not, I bought this along with smartwatch 2 to go with my Z Ultra but sometimes it doesn't work, I don't like to take my phone out while on the street but sometimes this bt headset doesn't pick up incoming calls, or sometimes I dial from my watch and the bt doesn't work, I have to restart from 2 to 5 five times a day to get it to work, and sometimes even have to restart my phone, not cool.

While the description mentions Sony's Smart Connect App it's not entirely clear that it's required to use this app extension. Once I figured that out, it works like a champ. I like the added functionality available via the other app extensions. I now really dig my new Bluetooth headset & the software Sony made for it.
