Delay on collection time and then ask for one hour more for collection time ..not happy with first experience so cancelled the test ..

Great App!! Very glad to have all the tests done at home with a simple to use app. Just have a suggestion: once test order confirmed please add an option to add more tests in the same confirmed visit. Will save lot of time and resource of every one.

Very useful app to book test with different packages. User friendly and easy to understand packages which helped me to choose the test. Also one of the best thing which I liked is that you don't need to go to lab for collecting the reports, it will be uploaded directly to your application which can be easily shared. Nice health app...

Very easy to use and convenient app, I booked test for my parents and it was very smooth and pleasant experience. The app was very informative. The phlebo person was on time and very courteous.

Pathetic experience I need to get the sample collection with fasting I uploaded prescription, they didn't reply back to me for long time. when I checked back to them they are saying we can see only half of the photo. They have issues in their system. They supposed to call me back to avoid delay I will never go with online option from now

Perfection in timing, easy to schedule, and one place all historical reports we can find. I had really good experience during covid time.

Very very pathetic 1. They do not follow the time schedule, they do not inform if they are late or not coming..they themselves change even day of appointment and sit relax.. let customer call, then they will inform. 2. There app is super, but execution is way bad. There phlabitomist are even not aware of booking schedule... when I asked they told that, my appointment was given in emergency, where I have booked a day before, and that to emergency (so called) was 4 hours late. Not a worth

One of the best health check-up app that helped me book test for my parents. The best thing of this app is we can upload prescription, so we don't need to manually find the tests. Also, we get free home sample collection that reduces the burden of going to the lab for the sample. I have booked test thrice and all my tests are on my app that helps my family doctor to check it.

Bakwas application... Otp never comes and they have no clue what they are doing even we book over phone. They have only one line for phone and there is always 20-30 minutes waiting. After booking, local lab doesn't have a clue for what tests we have booked. Very bad service.. zero star

Worst app ever in medical industry. They just provide login id and password but it shows incorrect and also they didn't receive calls. *Please* do not do covid-19 test via this app. Worst app.

I had booked lab test on mobile app in the morning at 03:59, sample pick up time was 6.56am but no one came and not received any information about it. Contact number given in app and google is not working. Even Amazon and Flipcart are more better in communication and customer care. Sterling is being in medical field and so careless, you should keep in mind that you are dealing with a patient. Very much disappointed with so called big name.

Not coming on selected time. I book for 10 am and till 11:30 no one came. This is for sugar fasting blood test but they don't understand the importance. My father not taken any food as it fasting test. Very much disappointed.

as soon as i scroll down for list of test, it goes back to login page saying something went wrong. it was not a good experience

BEWARE: Critical reports not delivered via app or email even after 24 hours. I had to collect physical copy from nearest lab.

App is not working on my phone. Not getting reports through whatsapp, mail or not even through this app.

Could not book test because OTP for mobile verification is not being sent. This is frustrating. please fix this asap.

Critical service. Not collecting sample on time. Giving reason that your call is on waiting when we call you 3 times in 1 hour. No process for getting complaint number. Never make any test with sterling. Go with local path lab. Never use sterling for blood test

Mobile no. is not getting verified. OTP is not being received after trying many times

Overall all test are there but didnt found PS for malarial parasite.which is more important for me.
