App keeps running after I log out. Also half the time I have to reenter my login information or it just keeps giving me the error screen and to call for assistance. Never had this problem up until recently. App needs an overhaul!!!
I like the ease of transferring money from one account to another. However, with the old app when I made a transfer I could put a note explaining it, this app does not allow that.
Never works correctly keeps kicking me off of app now the bank tells me that I have got to have a certain phone that is compatible with this app I have a Motorola Moto E smart phone and the app was working fine until this week now the bank tells me that I have got to purchase a Motorola Moto G to get to use this app THIS IS STUPID I shouldn't have to buy a certain phone to get an app to function properly this is a brand new phone not even a year old either the company is CRAZY OR THE BANK IS.
Used to work great, but them the camera function for mobile deposit of checks is now malfunctioning and will not work. If that element would get resolved, them it's a five star app again.
Can't even get the app to open the past few days. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and nothing. It's not my phone either.
I'm having issues with the app not letting me type anything in to log in, it's like the whole thing freezes up. Other then that I enjoy using it when it let's me.
Useless, log in errors and sends you to pages that just error message to reset password or join. Wow they actually pay people to design this stuff.
It's everything I need in a bank, but recently it totally froze on me. It won't let me log in, all the buttons are inoperative, so I uninstalled it for a few days. I will see what it's like after that and if it's the same way, I'm done with it!
Used to work on my Galaxy A11, but no longer does. Reached out to the developer but no response. Very disappointing.
It works super well until recently I keep getting errors when I check my balance or log in. Is there a way to fix this instead of uninstalling and reinstalling?
Very convenient app for my banking. Whether it is for checking my accounts or depositing checks it is very user friendly and easy to use!
Allows me to view and transfer money quick and easily. Dont know what I'd do without it!
best for me so i dont have to run all over town to see my balance and i love the insta balance feature on the sign in page
the employees of the bank are always willing to go the extra mile to help those that need help !! friendly and helpful!!!
cant update. cant uninstall and reinstall. wont reinstall. must use wifi to reinstall. only way to update is to uninstsll and reinstall. mostly fixes the update. sometimes wont.
The app will not let me access my account. In fact, I haven't been able to access my accounts online at all for 2 weeks. Maybe it's time to find another bank.
Not working on s22 after I upgraded my phone worked fine on s20
it is always needing to update and then wont let me update it. so i have to uninstall, install again, and most times it wont let me do that 😡
All was great until 2/10/22 then all of a sudden no contact with my bank online...hummm
Can't use it anymore with galaxy a11..and it looks like they aren't even trying to correct the issue
Bank needs to overhaul app. I have a A11 .app doesn't work
It seems very glitchy right now keeps saying I have some developer option turned on but I don't even have developer options on

I had this app on my old phone but just bought this A11 and can't even install now. Yes very disappointing.....

Bugs - When attempting to take pictures of a check for mobile deposit, the app opens the camera for about half a second and then closes it. This was the only reason I used the app and now the feature is broken.
