Would like an update. App is slow. Can't edit my beneficiary list
why can't I log into this app anymore for over 3 months have upgraded it but still it won't give access
this app hasn't been working for over a week now. I can't even log in

The application is a wonderful improvement to the old one. It allows swift telephone recharge, interbank and intrabank transfers, pay dstv/gotv bills, internet subscriptions, etc. Another awesome addition is that you can set a monthly target of your expenses. Keep it up Sterling bank, others should take a queue from you guys...
Hello team, I have been using this new app before my phone got lost, I changed the phone and ever since the error Msg is Card Details not found. Unlike other banks app when u click on New Device u are either sent a mail for new OTP or something about it BVN but for this I guess u are compel to go for ATM card which I guess shouldn't be compulsory. Kindly work on it. Thanks
Hello Sterling Bank team, u guys should stop wasting my data and time, I received a notice SMS that d M. App has been restored, after abandoning it for months of disappointment, I reinstalled it but very unfortunate d message trigger still remain dsame: this account has been mapped with another device. Please go back to ur initial version to enable me use my M. App
You guys did a great work here I love d app, next update add the credit update too so that wen someone pay you it will be updated on the App just like sms alert, the chat section need to be lifted up because the keyboard blocks the message wen typing and make it hard to see your complain before submitting it. Kudos
I have never see the worse app than this. Since I updated it, I can't do anything , transaction or transfer. Pls Guys if u have the older version don't updated otherwise u will be messing up keeping complaint online and Branch still no solution every day they are working on it.
I have a huge problem with this app. After several weeks after installing the app it couldn't be used because of registering. When I got over that and the app decided to work my balance on all my accounts does not match what actually exist in my account. This leads to another problem of the app not being able perform any operation. Please give us something better for once
The app is a massive improvement on the last one. It helps me set monthly spend targets and allows me to pay for my internet subscription which is not present on the other bank apps. It also allows me to send money via my phone book contact list and pay bills. Brilliant. Can't wait for the next version!
I'm an Astoria Bank user and was curious to see if this app would transfer over account data. Looks like no. Also, it keeps telling me that I have an invalid mobile number when signing up for a new account. There's no such thing as an invalid mobile number. I'm typing in my cell properly.
I really don't know why its telling me "card details not found" must everybody be coerced into having an ATM card before I can transact on internet or mobile banking? I opened the account for the purpose of having a savings culture not for daily withdrawal or for the need to have a card attached to the account. If the bank believes without me having an ATM card I can't operate on their mobile banking platform, then I will say, they are far away from the current trends in banking. I don't need an ATM card linked to my account before I can access my mobile App. Please correct this and you have my 5star.
Sterling Bank really needs to improve on the quality of services provided by them. A signup problem on the mobile app has been reported for over 2 weeks now and still not resolved. Even after speaking directly with the customer agents. Too bad!
I downloaded the app on my phone, submitting my details i found out my phone number is not the on the ATM card verification page, the customer service checked the system it was my correct phone no but on the card verification platform there is a mix up with one digit ie the last digit instead of 2 is 5 that is there. how will I resolve the issue. Thanks
Arguably the WORST bank app out there. Most times the freaking thing never works, constantly buffering. Even crazier, the content displayed are incorrect, the account renamed and bank names are duplicated. Can never see your actual balance, instead some rubbish about my budget. Sterling Bank and this app are useless!!
Before the update, I use both my two sterling bank accounts, but now the update rejected one account. This absurd.
This sterling app upgrade is fantastic. Processing transactions is quite easy and fast. I confess my use of the internet platform has reduced immensely.
Though I recently encounter this kind of experiences because the app is running smoothly when I first downloaded it but now I don't understand the problem like; having an attempt to recharge, did the process correctly, duducted my account with proper charges applied but unable to get the value... I don't understand.
I don't know why I can't log in with my phone number, its telling me it has already been matched with another account.
There was absolutely no contact with the branch or any personnel as I downloaded and registered, registration was smooth and the use of the app has been fantastic.

Since I have been using Banks mobile apps, I haven't seen the one that is as reliable as STERLING BANK APP. Honestly, the Bank is pulling weights. Kudos to the management of the Bank.
This is the most backward thinking app ever in Nigeria banking sector. Why would you develop a mobile banking app and tied users authentication to MUST present debit card? Take a cue from Zenith bank, GTB, etc. This is so annoying. Whoever came up with that idea should be sacked.
I have not been able to see what is in my account for months. I've tried to uograde my wallet to no avail. Absolutely appalling.
Good improvements. Please increase the active session time, it expires too quickly also include the possibility of a mini statement comprising all transactions instead of limiting it to transactions carried out on this app
Nice improvement. Ease of transferring funds from all accounts tied to my phone number. DSTV and Swift bills payment. Eku ise takun takun ni Sterling Bank.
I've been using app for a long time now. I lost phone and downloaded it today. Server issues since then. Fix server fast and I'll edit this.
