The app is nice and easy to use too. I like the interface. However, I used the app to subscribe for startimes, I discovered the buques and prices are mixed, I subscribed smart but it had the price of a different plan, as a result it didn't work. You might want to research their prices and plans to make the necessary adjustment to your app.

Nice application and the interface is brilliant. There's just a small issue with live chats with customer agents. Pressing the back button to hide the virtual keyboard could go wrong and you'll be logged out of that chat. You could try again and be linked to a new agent. Back where you started. Lodging in same complaints repeatedly gets irksome quickly. Some form of confirmation before leaving a live chat would be a nice

Ever since I tried out the panic mode password and it showed me the false balance, it has refused to revert to my original password even when I use my real password. It also doesn't let me make transactions more than the false balance. Terribly inconveniencing!!!!!! Well, to be fair to you, it's been good all along before I updated it. But right now, I'm quite upset.

The app is OK. Still there is room for improvement. Sometimes when I want to do one transfer, it will be done twice because there is usually a message that will appear , e.g. Oop! Time out. And when I try to do the transfer again, before you know it two transaction has taken place. Pls kindly look into this

This app needs to be properly checked. How can a bank app be this unstable? If you make a transfer it should be able to tell you it went through or not, recently it has started what it did same 2 years ago. I sent a huge amount of money and it responded "declined" only for me to resend and both were debited. I had a difficult time getting back my money. Now for past 2 days you send a find and same thing only for both transactions to be deducted. The receiver actually sees only one now.

Since I downloaded the app, I have been unable to sign up, it kept saying "oops! Something went wrong. No network connection, please check your internet connection and try again". Meanwhile my internet connection is working properly, and recently I received an email notifying me that the old app will stop working on 31 December. Pls you guys should do something.

Countless times,once I try to use the app to load recharge cards on my line,it always debit my account but never credit my line, I have to pass through the stress of calling the Customer Service to get the money refunded back. I have also experienced that error with money transfers with the app.Something must be wrong about the app. Finally uninstalling it!!

I activated the panic password which allow just a section of your balance to show, but since then i have not been able to transfer out of the account ,it keep saying my balance is not sufficient. They should look into the panic mode password settings and reconfigure the algorithm and also one should be able to disable the panic password mode with the app if no longer required.

the app is not functional at all. i hardly make a transfer with it. whenever i try i keep getting the message that reads > you have exceeded your daily limit of 30,000 and this happens when i have not even used the for almost a month if i dont get that message i will get this one >ooch your connection is timed out. try again. i went as far as going to the bank to resolve this they installed the updated version for me it worked in the bank on getting home it didn't work till today.

This is a horrible app ever! I changed my phone and had to download this app on my new device and that was the beginning of the nightmare. My transfer daily limit was reduced to 30k, I called the customer service to enhance the limit and I ended up not having the chance to do any transfer again. I called over 10 times now, it is the same story, they kept telling me that it has been enhanced, yet I kept receiving error messages that I have exceeded my N 0 daily limit. So frustrating.

App is more secured than the former, has a longer timed transaction, more amazing features and then again the security( i have to mention it for the second time because thats one thing i always look out for. lol) Only shortcoming is it appears slower than the former and doesnt give a transaction summary over time.. Registering on the app has never worked for me since i downloaded it, especially the Card Verification stage,customer care even affirms it to be true.My Question is,how long does it have to be so,Upgrade can be developed to fix the bugs,but does it have to take forever. it's been over a month & I can't still register.

Install at your own expense, the app works well for transfers but if you try to recharge, they use interswitch gateway and if it happens that your card issuer which is interswitch is inoperative at the time, you will be debited and you will have to frequent the bank before your money will be refunded, sometimes spanning a week or more. DO NOT INTALL!

The issue that lingered for years had been finally resolved. Now, I have successfully logged in and also, the app is incredibly fast. One more thing to work on is the statement of account, which fails to download. If not for the download statement that fails, I will have rated it ✨✨✨✨✨. Kudos to your reformed CustomerCare.

Stupid, what's the need for the update when you've venehemlty refused to offer me facilities after I repaid the previous ones without defaults. You intentionally stopped showing my sterling credit score on the day it was supposed to be refreshed. Loan platform continuously shutting me out. I cleared three months repayment at once and this is how I'm being rewarded. Thank you anyway

Just intiated an update. The interactive design is an up game relative to navigation, gestures and state changes but the newly incoroprated Kiki BOT have no proper visual feedback (Like a spinning wheel) to signal a request processing/ loading on connection to a customer service personnel. General app feel, Smooth!

The app can only be used if you have a debit card. activating it by OTP is impossible. Complained at the branch and online and they promised to have it fixed. It's been weeks now, they still havent fixed it and the customer care agent is asking me to just get a debit card to activate the mobile app. Seeing that it is just to allow people manually enter the OTP that is the only problem and it's taking this long to fix is just plain annoying. With all the noise you people make, i expected better.

This app is well designed, but the services fail often. Many times the transaction history and statement are not available. Airtime and data recharge for third-party numbers is usually a nightmare. Please work on improvements.

The worst banking app ever. Got a new phone and was unable to use the app on my new phone. No self service on the app. Infact, I don't even understand how the app is designed as customers can't stay at the comfort of their home and transact without visiting a branch. Too bad. You guys needs to upgrade please as this is frustrating. Not everyone have the time to visit a branch. Self service options should be made available else we your customers will have no choice but to look for another bank.

All check! Working perfectly (so far)! If you can't login, it's probably because you're trying to login with your old details . . . you need to calm down and create a new profile accordingly. Fingerprint stuff works fine (not really a safe thing though, but convenient).

Yes one star... Can not make any transaction on the app for about 2months now.. Been using USSD code even to recharge same thing. It keeps failing. At first thought it was network but my network is perfectly fine. Please do something about this now. Its really beginning to be annoying. Or is it because of the pandemic or what?

I've sent emails and even visited the branch yet I still find it difficult to make transactions above 30k.. so annoying. fix it or bring the old one back. same goes with the new atm card I just collected..everything new is useless. sigh.

I reset the password and still can't access the Application the security features keep screwing up the application it keeps locking me out and when l try to reset the password the Application doesn't allow me enter the OTP in the slot provided for just that.

I've been looking for something like this 4 long bt I had no orientation. I was opportuned 2 get this app by chance due to my searching for the O rider app. How I wish I had this app since 2015 instead of waisting time on *822# that doesn't work. Pls d bank's information & customer service should upgrade coz I nearly left Sterling for GTB 2 years ago. And lastly failed transfer of funds due 2 network doesn't speak well. I wasn't happy wt d last experience.
