I use to love this app but after the Samsung update it wont let me scroll through my accounts. It just turns green then it's at the bottom of the bnb page. I'll bring it to the top and turns green and back to the bottom again. hard to explain.

While scrolling my transactions the page skips down to the very bottom EVERY time. When I scroll to the top, it does it again. I use a Galaxy Note 9 phone.

Upsetting! I uploaded the app and could not even get in. The app just stayed green and would not even let me in. It said it installed and even said it was loading every time I tried to get in and then nothing!!!

This app is GARBAGE!!!!!! No matter how many photos I take of the check I am trying to deposit,it always says the amount I entered does not match the amount it detected.

With the new updates it's much much better. I can actually access everything now. Only down fall is every time you lower the window you have to log back in not good for us fat fingered folks.

Biometrics no longer work. When I try to set it up it just spins. Never times out I have to force close the app.

This app upgrade is great! Thank you! The other one was a bit antiquated but did the job....this does a much better job and easier!!!

Wish the people at the branches were more friendly, and more clear about how I can get the most from their bank.

Almost unusable on Pixel XL 2....keeps jumping to bottom of my account transaction list.

Much better now that the scrolling issue has been fixed. Not impressed with the time it takes for the account information to update. I'll see a payment taken out and when I check later it shows I have a higher available balance then I actually do. I deal with it on the weekends which seem to be worse but it's started happening more frequently. It does work great for deposits and transfers, I'll give it that. App needs a little work.

When you try to scroll through the history, it will disappear then reappear back at the beginning. Very aggravating to say the least.

Can only have a few devises linked to the account. Not good when you have 2 phone, 2 tablets, and a PC you use to access the account.

When trying to scroll through your account transactions it keeps resetting back to top every time you stop. This is only a Android problem seeing as the app works just fine on my iphone. Android app needs more work

Can't check any of my accounts because I can't get passed the security question page. Not invalid answers, just keeps re- asking

Most of the time I can't sign in. When it finally let's me it jumps around.

PLEASE fix this app! I can't actually view my transactions. When I scroll it jumps to the bottom, and if I scroll up from there, it jumps right back. I don't like to check my account from public computers and this is the best way to check on the go -- so please make it easier!!!

When checking account history it just jumps around all over the place you can not scroll through and see several transactions without wanting to throw your phone.

This app is not user friendly nor is it very appealing to the user

I actually really love the app. Remote deposit is a really amazing feature.
