Sucks for 3 days now I can't get in
Can't log in after the first time.
Needs an update. Its not showing transactions from over a week ago.
Every single time I go to use this app I have to call the bank because I can't log in for unknown reasons. Certainly can't use it for my convince since I have to do it during baking hours!
Unable to log in with my phone. It won't even open up.
Worked great till the new updates now it doesn't work half the time.
Used to work fine, but now I can't login. When I enter my credentials, it asks me to enter my phone number to "enroll." When I enter my number, it says I'm already enrolled. Indeed, that's why I'm trying to sign in.
App fails half the time and can't log in. Besides the fact u dictate to much on our passwords. If I want my password to be 1 or a or whatever its my choice its MY account. Stop making us change them.
Takes forever to load, after five mins I just close outta it... Old one is better
I like using the app to check my acct and payments made.I HATE that i have to call hornell AT LEAST once a week because i get locked out because they say i entered the wrong password..i have no problem logging into ANY of my other apps...and thier website olb is even worse.now its sat.on labor day wknd and i have to wait til tuesday to have a person in hornell unlock me...again....because they offer no other way to unlock yourself.nice when it does work...freakin hate that it doesnt more than it does tho..
No place to register as a first time user
While I appreciate the service of steuben trust bank, this app is quite disappointing. The lag is ridiculous. And when you're finally able to log in, it doesn't show the balance. Lately I've been having to just back out of it and then at the last try (by now it's the 4th time) it will show up. However, when moving between accounts, it is still tremendously slow and still doesn't show all the information. Please update ASAP because being able to view account activity shouldn't be this hard.
