I feel this app is missing the most important feature it could offer. Account balance and billing cycle details, I would love to make early payments or be able to see at a glance if my last payment was actually received. None of the in-app features are terribly useful besides being able to scan into the gym.
The new 'update' has a glitch where it asks you to update the app. When you go to do so, it just opens the app, back to the same screen - 'update now'. I can't scan into the gym now.
Well the app currently is good as a digital membership card, but nothing really else. The rewards points system sometimes works (sometimes not), but the points are currently worthless as there is nothing to redeem them for. You formerly could redeem for items such as towels, bags, membership upgrades, etc. Alas no longer.
Removed all of the rewards from the catalogue so theres no point in getting points. I dont know if it's a big or a change but the removal of the rewards is really annoying. They also are the only reason why I stay with Steve Nash but if they're going to keep it off then I'm switching gyms!
The points catalogue got wiped out. The only item left is 20% off appareil for 90 points, which is literally pointless since they hardly have any selection at the clubs and appareil is "marked down" 50% all the time.
So ... Updates arrive which they would " like us to have ". But the app doesn't work unless you do update. So it's forced on you under circumstances where they make it sound like they are doing us a favor. Further to which the update doesn't work. I will let you dry your own conclusions.
Unable to accumulate points, they said they would manually add the points but never did. Also the class schedule viewer doesn't work either. Has been faulty for a long time now.
I love the fitness world gym! But every video in the app i play freezes every 5 seconds and it's almost impossible to get a good work out while the trainer is frozen.
It tells me to update but there is no option for update. I tried Uninstall and reinstall and still the same. Even autoupdate function is turned on. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
Absolutely no customer service. I got locked out of my account and the password reset did not work. Sent in a service request with no follow-up. I am incredibly frustrated overall as there is also no number to contact a real person at.
The check in rewards points has not worked for over two weeks (since Feb 10) and I have about 4+ visits that didn't get logged. Mentioned it to the front desk at my gym and they said they were working on it and I did receive a point for that one day (Feb 20) but it stopped working after that. What's up?
Doesn't work well. Bad support! If you have an issue, instead of resolution support will tell you reinstall the app, clear cache and data and will forget about you.
Glitchy. It wants me to update it, but it won't update, going on an endless cycle. I can't even use it now. Shame.
Sadly the app doesn't register when I sign in, but otherwise it has helped me with my goals, the second free app I use is the Fitbit so it sync with this one. I hope you guys update it
Rewards system got wiped out as of 12/31/2019 update and the long-press shortcuts no longer brings up the "Check-In" short cut.
The last version was better and more practical.

You need the app to access your membership barcode, but they use the app to send you marketing notifications. Screenshot your barcode then uninstall.
App stopped launching. Had to uninstall and attempting reinstall now. Only use it to sign in because I have to really
Terrible app. Full of bugs. The points system doesn't work properly.
Super easy to use and now I don't have a silly keytag I will definitely lose.
this is the worst app. it has lots of glitches. it gives wrong scores and misleading info at the challenges. This app collects data and sell it the add Sponsors. The winners of any challenge should be revealed so that everyone knows it's genuine. What's the point of points system? When I redeem something, I have to wait 5 months to get it ( are you serious). If you can't keep up with the demand, please shut it down.
