Steward Bank

Not worth downloading. I've been to steward multiple times to get assistance regarding the app and each time I'm told it's my device that's not compatible or I must redownload the app (which still doesn't work). This has been happening since 2018 and on multiple devices.

I havent been able to login since the last update or since i upgraded my Samsung to Android Q/10. This is not the first time the app plays up. Its very poor and useless. I give 1 star because thats the least available the app doesnt deserve anything and the developers are sleeping. Just biting my phone space for nothing.

I should have rated minus 100. It's a total waste of time. For the last two months, I 've been trying to register but it keeps on saying the details I'm supplying are not matching. A waste of data.

Keeps crashing. Absolutely worthless now. Have not been able to transact for some time. Seems to be since I upgraded to Android 9. Are you looking at a solution?

I can't login from an Adroid 10 platform. The app would return an error message, "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later!" This has been going on for a quite a long period

this is a good app,very convenient when you want to do your banking on the go but it keeps crashing......and you have to uninstall and reinstall it...please do something about it!!!!

I downloaded the app 2 months ago and it was working perfectly and when I updated it, it no longer opening or responding. Please sort it out.

I installed it and it has never opened. I'm tired of installing and uninstalling daily. Please give us an app that works. It's frustrating. We want banking convenience

Updated the app today and touch id is gone and now it requires a tone of permissions, might as well just stick to ussd...in all honesty the app is useless. Besides making transfers its good for nothing. At least for my envisioned use cases and also looking at other banking apps. You guys can do better...

Useless app. Doesn't work and when it does work it crashes nd it also charges me to see my own balance. Worst banking app ever. Go back to the drawing board

This app is less than useless. It crashes repetitively and simply fails to open after the last two updates. Please fix this urgently.

Application no longer working effectively. Everytime i try to use it i receive a message showing transaction failure reason being null and void. May you please kindly rectify these errors ASAP

Square World App, always fail to transfer money from the app, and money get debited/ deducted from my account. It takes Steward Bank a month to investigate and pay back the money. Customer service is 1/10

I used to pay for my utilities such as ZESA and ZOL, this version doesn't have that functionality....it always says check internet connection... Frequently you can't LogIn

Not working at all. Tried the contact center and no joy there. I cant check balance, i cant buy airtime I can send money. please fix this coz its now frustrating. its not been working for close to 3 months

Very useless app that has a date stuck on August 20 2019 which shows how useless the app team is despite continued ratings and feedback. If there was a minus 5 I would have given it to this app.

poorly done app and rarely works. failure to log in and when it does, one can't check their balance as it responds with "null and void".

After updating to Android 9, this app does not even open. Where are the developers. I sent a system log and nothing. Chiiko mazimba.

Part of overall poor bank. The app crashes. There is no response to queries other than that it's closed.

very stressful in areas with unstable internet connectivity. I tried to register no feedback but can't proceed by loggingin nor re-registering

Not bad but why is it always asking for OTP number , sometimes we change devices so you and up lost all those records.
