Hi there friends could you please add a feature to either the app or at least the website where one can see one's total balance? I do like Stex and I have enjoyed using this service and the support is really great! But I find it kind of crazy and outrageous that you can't see your total balance on either the website or the app. I really think you need to get that feature on there right away or people are going to be turning away from your product. I hope you can add that feature soon!
Stex is a scam they take everything in ur wallet when you go to support the scamers copy past there scam script and make zero sence and just dont answer after that dont use
Stay away from these scammers. They locked me in verification process for almost a month. I was able to send XRP to their app for trade, but they basically stole my money leaving me unable to withdraw it, with endless rejection of my documents needed for verification. I've never had this experience with any exchange before, it is unreal. Absolute criminals.
It's broken apparently. One day it wiped my pin/login info and I can access the website fine. The forgot your password option is also non-functional because at first, I thought it was me. Fix it please! I've cleared my phone cache, redownloaded several times as well.
I like how this app/exchange is managed. I rarely have any issues and their professional support team reaches out rather promptly. Best of all is the withdrawal fees. Far lower than most places, which really boosts the appreciation. Thanks, guys.
Website does not work. Signed up and could not log in using the credentials that were just entered. Captain pics are fuzzy and hard to see if on a cell phone. If your handling cryto and currency your app website does not live up professionally. I ser the app does not either. Sticking with a more reputable company. To bad I will have to forgo MBC for now.

The previous version was Better. This new upgrade is very slow during the day and it wipes off my login details. It only works well at night and early in the morning
Hello. This is a pretty user friendly site, however, It's been over 10 hrs since I tried to make a deposit and it's still not loaded. Also, your tech support ticket process is too much! I don't understand what you all want. So site is good....help, not so much.
Poor service or very bad experiance in stex exchange, if you use this app be carefull , if you didnt use or open for one year this exchange they will stolen your all asset in just 100 days, 1 % daily. You have nothing after 100 days. So i suggest never use this exchange.
Can you exactly tell us how to sell sumcoin. I am creating orders after checking index price everyday, but it gets cancel everytime. I read your article and followed the instruction but none of them worked. I want to sell this coin just help me.
The worst exchanging app ever..... it's about a week and they still don't verify my account...I think it's just a big scam.
Worst exchange I ever saw , no proper UI and no charts u don't see ur investment and balnce clearly, crypto prices not updated regularly, don't install and crypto currencies don't choose this app to launch ur coins and don't put investers into trouble
Kindly update the app and fix some issue such as appering zero amount in our trade orders and then the commas(,) in thousand has dissapeared. Please fix it immediately,we can't trade on this app because it's so confusing now because of those issues.
They keep declining my account verification for little things that I know was right. I got verified with TD and binance, but stex is the only one saying I can't. Funny they took my money to start but won't let me trade with it.
Need to make so that the app shows balance in fiat value. Reply: Constantly improving the app but not adding a feature users are constantly requesting!! Why not?
Can't login to app with same credentials that work on website. Maybe app doesn't support 2FA but 1) the error just says "something went wrong" when I try to login so no real indication and 2) why wouldn't the app support 2FA?!?
Really loving the new vibrant color update with the dark theme very nice on the eyes, overall one of the best Crypto Exchanges out there, been using this for almost a year now with no issues
don't put your money there. I had several k of DOGE but they started never ending wallet maintenance. they say they not lock coins as you can sell them but as transfer ls are locked, the only buy orders were like 30-40% below coin value. they say they are working hard on issue and to be patient. After 6MONTHS I sold my coins on that great loss. never again, and they are in EU commission preparing regulations... what a shame. stay away!
Third class app experience.. in Balance section we see all unnecessary garbage list of all listed asset that we didn't buy and that also for bought asset it shows only quantity of assets bought, with redundant and clumsy zero values.. no asset value in dollars or current trading rate... Pathetic user experience
Worst app ever. The verification process is cumbersome. You verify with one of their partners and they still dont let you trade. Dont waste your time and data on this app!!
Their customer service is poor. Messaged on twitter, on the platform and telegram and got no response. It's so difficult to proceed despite verification done on fractal. I still get prompts that I need to verify
Verification process is extremely poor. My verification faild 5 to 6 times and they didn't even mention the reason. Talked to the support, They don't care about you.
Very Bad update, working very slow, Showing rate Didn't match with other exchanger, Didn't complete order.... So annoying..... Bad experience...
it's hard to see the current volume of buy/sell. because you can only view the transaction history.
Rip off I used this service for a specific coin and withdrawal amount was high so I topped up with more BTC to get to withdraw it and they took most of it as there fee I will Never use or recommend it to any1 please avoid extremely high fees 0.00144381 BTC and I received 0.00044381 in my currency nz $60 fee lesson learned
