After updating the app on Sept 21, 2018 all my important notes which were saved for past 3 years have started disappearing one by one when I started opening it. Before updating the app it was working perfect. How can the same be retrieved ? Plz reply as this is really important.
I need help retrieving a note that is gone but I did not delete! one of my notes duplicated on it's own when I opened the app to nearly 100 and I had to delete EACH ONE INDIVIDUALLY! What did you do to an app that has been fine for years and has now lost ALL OF MY PASSWORDS! Also, chosen images do NOT appear on background.
Just wondering why the app developers have not responded to any of issues reported in all the latest reviews. I have used the app for more than three years with important reminders all suddenly gone. Still waiting for a response to the message I sent to the developers over a week ago . They should take down the app if they are unable to resolve all these issues.
The app just updated and now I can no longer open a particular note to read it or make changes to it. Very disappointed with this update. Now I basically have lost all my stuff I wanted to have notes on.
Latest Update made a mess... Used for a year for saving important notes.. Now my notes are showing. But When i click it, it shows nothing...fix it quickly... Had a bad experience..i have saved important notes. But now all are gone...
Poor functionality on new update - unable to type anything in the new note screen(!?), and the instructions to recover old notes don't work. I loved this app previously due to its simplicity but I will be uninstalling it and finding something else.
Sucess!! Txz4the new Update! Everything its now again working before the new version all my notes r gone too. Love thiz app very mutch, easy handling, many option 2 make every note different (colour /writing types), aso) , timer, good homescreen wigdet, n now with photos!
After the latest update all my important are gone, my notes aren't showing now. I had saved important things to remember in the notes and now when i need them, they are not showing. Very disappointed. I lost all my important notes
come on states: SYNC NOTES WITH ALL DEVICES. This is a deception. Will not sync with windows devices, for example. Given this deceptive come on, you have to wonder what he will do with your data.
The App is good for saving notes, when I was try to synchronise for backup or import the notes, it shows unable to do contact developers, please suggest me how to import the notes or synchronise to Google drive
I am using this app for quite some time now .....was working good... however recently after an update one particular note somehow got duplicated more than 300 times. ...I don't even have the option to select multiple and delete the same... please help
I've been using this app for two years. I just tried opening one of my very important notes and everything was gone! I tried again and again losing note after note of information!!
I updated a week or so ago and since then ALL of my notes are BLANK. I've lost over a year's worth of notes. Developers did not respond.
After update to the new version. I can't read my note... every opened the app always try to connect my gmail and then closed automatically.. how can I fix it? cause I need the note.
After the update I can't figure out how to type a note nor can I find the paste after I have copied the old note. I have even copied the old and tried to paste in a new one but paste is not an option.
Why does it keep reproducing deleted notes over 100 times? Just deleted over 100 of the same note and it did it again overnight!! I am uninstalling this totally frustrating app!!!

After the update, my notes did not disappear - one note got cloned about 400x :) Guys, guys - I like the app, but if it keeps doing these things, that would become a no-goer...
The app was working ok. Now it just shuts down as soon as it comes up. It's frustrating to see all the information I put in there disappear.
I used this app last 2 year but this time update future create problem and not working well,, especially writing Urdu very deficult ,, writing point on other side of the writing my word,,
this app harder to use after im updating it one month ago. have to uninstall. im love the older version. easy to use.
I like the app for the most part, but the sticky notes often duplicate themselves and old deleted notes ofen come back.
Since doing the update, i can't open my notes..I have information on them i need and now i can't open thrm to see . please fix this problem
the app was great until they made a ton of changes and added a ton of stupid adds. dont waste your time

As my data got lost bcz of this app how I can again restore it? As I used my gmail account for backup bt it is not accepting it now. Plzz look into it.
[NEW REVIEW] this app is pretty good except for the fact the ads are really horrible unless you buy the pro version which is only about two bucks but the widget itself is not big enough for what I need. They're way too small and it cannot be attractive. Other than that the export features are except for the fact that when you first load up the app you're forced to log into Google which I don't mind doing that except for fact I have Office 365 and I don't plan on using Google Drive.
