Good review of a lot of STIHL basics. Nice pocket reference since everything is easily accessible via the menu or "learning path." Wasn't able to complete the carburetor simulation because the Finish Button did not respond.
Ok to use as a Stihl tech, but does not give parts and quick access to numbers to order, or reference when helping customers. Should be able to do what the screen at our store will do.
Can't use this app, it's not for the general public but there description doesn't say that

@val vetter - this is not icademy. don't lie to people. has nothing to do with it!!! In non-purge carburetor! 3d pictures! click the name and it highlights! Pretty cool! This is not the icademy but it still makes you put in your dealer number. Very strange. that means it's only for dealers and distributors. Customers are not allowed. Ps - do not ask your dealer for thair dealer number because it is illegal. Do not ask someone to do illegal things. Thank you.
I rate this a number 10 so easy to use all the info you needed for STIHL PRODUCTS
When doing the simulation of a lean drop off you can't get the tach to sit and flash green to move to the next step.
I have seen this app in use by a STIHL authorized user. VERY impressive, provides 'point-of-use' job aids and information, a TON of information for the dealer/technician.
For dealers only. That should have been noted in this apps description.

Keeps looking for a user name and password which you can't access
Was expecting the "general" Stihl app mentioned in the product catalog, but this is the iCademy training app. Very good, but not what I was looking for. This app tends to take control of your device as there is no way to exit it if you device doesn't have a hard "home" or "back" button as it takes the whole screen.
