This app needs an overhaul...badly. l've used this app in the past with good results. Last Saturday, however it took me almost an hour to get a cab. I ended up calling Laclede Cab by phone and managed to get a cab in about thirteen minutes.

this place has the worst services they say there busy I seen one of there taxi cabs at fast food restaurant get food right after I called to figure out were are ride is but waiting for 4 hours for a cab instead we said fine I guess they don't want our money and it will be the last time we order from them again we had to walk bc of them. this Joe and I'm not require anyone to use there service at Saint Louis laclede cabs

I don't have a problem with this app. Laclede cab comes within 6 min.at the latest in St.Louis. The drivers are friendly so far and I like it when the cab company texts me to let me know what time they will arrive. I think it just depends what town or city you are in and the person who is driving.

Laclede cab is the worst pre-ordered a cab 3 hour before wait for like an hour tried calling the whole time didn't answer when they did they said their trying ask how long it will be they said they wouldn't know it the 3 time that's happened to me don't use go with uber!

(AM in the PM) Any time I need a cab in St. Louis, I call Laclede. I've ridden others, now I ride the best. Clean, comfortable cabs, prompt drivers, and this application is awesome. Automatic payment from debit is a sweet feature, and the nearest cab and ETA features with email confirmation are the cat's meow. Thanks for a great experience! Three times over the last week I needed to use the application, and it was spot on with nearest cab, estimated time of arrival, and getting me where I needed to go.

Seems to work okay for ordering a cab in advance, but if you want a cab asap, calling seems to get your order through much faster. Would be nice to get an estimate wait time instead of just seeing "waiting for driver to be assigned" indefinitely. App also crashes frequently and seems kind of buggy in general sometimes. I love the concept and like some of the features, but the app needs to be way more reliable.

Tried this once on a Saturday night in downtown St Louis-- where I live. The app itself worked, but the driver, that showed up in the app, data few blocks away and never came. I will try one more time but not if I am in a hurry.

The app works, but U will have 2 call them 2 make sure a car has UR order. If U book hours N advance...call 2 hours b4 pick up. If U don't, U may not get a car.
