You can add items to document in a variety of ways:
- Select item from goods catalog (you can search it by name);
- Scan item's barcode with your camera;
- Import from Excel spreadsheet (use Settings to define columns for import);
Other features:
- export documents to Excel spreadsheet (for example, you can implement exchange with your back-office software this way);
- send documents to E-mail, Google Drive, Dropbox;
- backup and restore your database;
- setup convenient document colors;
- search, sort and filter lists of goods and documents;

I love this app! I've tried several inventory apps to record and organize my very large paint inventory and this one is the best BY FAR! I can quickly add a new color to my collection and even add a pic or two for it. It's also very easy to organize items by groups, which I use to separate into different paint brands. And the search function is fantastic! Makes it very easy to find that one specific color I need, and which brand I have it in. Recommend this app to all my fellow artists!
This apps is great. How does the subscription work? If i accidentaly reset my phone and reinstall the app, will my subscription be gone? And if i have 2 phone, should i buy 2 subscription? Thanks before

Fast and simple with great features Needed something simple and fast to use for general stock keeping of my small business and this looks like its going to work a treat. Love the fast input and including a little pic with each item. Should help me keep on top of ordering more raw materials. Really like it so far 👍🏻
Just now entering data, but have exported to excel and I like that feature. I Hope to add bar codes someday to use that feature.
Great app. Sort of. Inputting large amounts of data via a phone isn't the most efficient way of doing business. How about making it available on a PC for doing real work and having a phone for checking inventory?
Unable to setup automatic backup/sync (looking primarily to google drive). But there was the ability to do it manually, as well as appears to maybe have the functionality if you pay a subscription (unsure as I couldn't test). So while the app is not enough for my usecase, it might be for you.

Amazing app only wish is that a calculator didn't pop up everytime I wanted to add an item instead of just raising it by one, and for the number pad maybe hold the + - to activate
Can this be made available for an iPad in App Store Or is there a way to link my account from Android phone to iPad, can’t figure it out or create account with an email...Otherwise really love this app.It does everything I need and very simple to use
a very long winded way of stock taking for a food premises. Very difficult to add .2 or .7 of food items and takes an absolute age to add items made in house. I'm sure its great if you want to count stock in a warehouse but in a kitchen, forget about it. Unfortunately you have to download and subscribe to find this out. That's the reason for the 2 stars, just wasted an hour of my time.
So far so good, just working out how this will benefit our inventory management and stock control but looks to be good. Can't seem to find a shortcut for it to add to home screen but as stated incredibly easy to add products and pictures.
Great app to suit my needs. Simple and effective. Only issue is I can't seem to add customer purchases/sales .
how set goods as opening, cause everytime i set it going to incoming, i see in your thumnail view number 7, there's an option column for opening and incoming stock..
still learning the tool. also need a function that combines individual products into another (i.e. finished goods).
Seriously good, 10 stars indeed if it would be possible. Sure, adding pro features or subscription or life time license would make it perfect but I cannot afford that for now, at 67 my use is merely hobby than business level. Keep it on, good job
I'm just using it very simply as my products don't have bar codes and I don't use Excel, but it's perfect for what I need.
Aweosme app...simple , easy to use...no charges for base app...very usefull for small enterprises & shopkeepers, using this app from years.
I use it as a home inventory to know what we still without going into the basement. I even setup some minimum point when some goods reach a certain levelmlike for the bread and milk. Easy to use and a good money saver. Thank

OMG! This is the BEST app. I tried 5 or 6 others and kept having issues. I had a question and they answered right away, too. It took a bit for me to figure out all the setup and configuration and map all the fields to my excel spreadsheet. But woohoo! I bought an adapter (C to USB female) to hook to my hand-held scanner (because it seems faster than my phone barcode scanner). It is now easy-peasy to keep up with inventory. It would be great if it hooked to some type of Point of Sale, but hey -- overall, this is a great app!
I use this app to sort my inventory in a video game lol, Warframe. I've been making my own spreadsheets for years now for this purpose but never again. The ease of management is huge. You can search by title, description as well as by any other terms you've entered. The best part is that the search covers all inventory regardless of category. I wish I could hit an arrow that would +/- by 1. It's tedious to go through so many steps when you have a lot to enter, frequently and quickly.
I don't think I have ever reviewed and app before but this one happens to fit my needs perfectly! For basic, yet solid and somewhat elaborate stock management needs, it is perfect! Looking forward to the multi client version! The quality customer service is great too ! 10/10 would recommend.
