Stock Controller - inventories

So far i am very pleased with the app and I expect it to really improve our productivity and inventory management. The only thing I wish it had that would make it 5 stars is that I would like a way to find any item without typing when adding/removing inventory: for example, click an alphabetical list of item types then a list of items in that type. Finally, I chose this app bc it says it works off line. That is true. However, keep in mind you cannot open the app without an internet connection.

Took me a while to figure out just how to use this App, now I know how I think it's excellent for my needs (I don't use the transaction or invoicing functions, yet). Especially like being able to upgrade with a one-off payment rather than with a subscription (as is the case with most other inventory apps). One problem though, switching from portrait to landscape always crashes the app and I have to restart. I wonder if this is a known problem? Using the App on a Moto X4, not logged in.

Just bought all in one pro version. However the web access doesn't provide option to Change the Currency. The default Currency is in $. Another issue with this app is that when adding a product, it doesn't give you an option of the QTY. Which in my opinion is very important! How much in stock you have of each item... I regret I pay for the pro version without making a good research.

Edit: Using this app for over a year and its perfect. *Using this for Inventory Management in my medium business in India, since past 3 months. I dont have any complaints. Have bought all the upgrades and I assure you, this is one of the best apps out there. The online desktop dashboard is also very good. The UI is clean and sleek. Userfriendly and Easy to learn. The support team has been quite prompt and replies quickly. Love it. 5 star! *

Your app is good, however would have been better if you can add the functions, such as 1) Opening balance of stocks, creditor (provider), debtor (client) and cash in hand. 2) Discount can not be always % (percentage) it can be in the form of cash against the total amount or service. 3) Single billing to a client for the products which are in different warehouses. And finally, 4) Balance sheet. Believe your knowledge and experience meet my expectations. And finally let me grade this app later.

🖋️Now some new features are needed & Our App will be even better if we have these features.🖋️ ☀️ Warehouse, product type, It would be great if it could be explained how much money there is for each of these individually and how much is in reserve. ☀️ Liability ,assets It would be great if it could be set apart.(balance sheets) 📌There is no doubt that our processor will be the best service in the world when you give all the above features📌

Very nice effort. App is full of multiple options like product categories, inventories, barcodes etc. Developers are very co.operative and very responsive. Worth to try different option, later decide to buy it. Cons: I could not find list view of products in stock.

App is good, but data interpretation is wrong and stock is not deducting even after sale posted, showing wrong closing inventory. I had purchased mutli user app and paid for it. But because of wrong data i discontinued to use. I had complaint several times at customer care, but no solotion given. App is too much good, i can pay more than they are demanding. But all data is wrong.

After using for 2 months, this is indeed a good web/ app. I have some issues initially as some parts are not really clear, support team assist to explain and guide me through, so far it is currently the best I have tried, good for small business.

Hello guys, Apps is very helpful & easy to use for many purpose. But there is a problem in showing the total cost in home page as we change the cost & as well as during transaction. I hope this issue will be solved very soon. Looking forward for your reply.

Its ALMOST a great app but I have some issues on AUTOMATIC INVOICE ID. I set the start auto numbering to "1", at first it did what it should do and follow the number sequence but at some point it always go back to "1" and said that its already exsist. I hope theres a solution for this other than changing the value AGAIN to what was the last invoice number. Pls fix dis and ill give 5star

It would be the perfect app for my needs if only I could add batch numbers when adding products to a purchase. It already allows expiry dates but batch numbers would really complete the product. Outstanding otherwise.

I'm a medium scaled business owner from India and this app is working wonders since past 6 months. The customer service is prompt and perfect. I have purchased all the add ons within 1 month and it is working seamlessly. The workflow is easy and learning time is very less. Really great work! Keep it up! BTW, Web Portal is also wonderful to work with.

I've been using this app for more than 2 years for my business and everything works fine with the exception of our inability to import data from excel into the app. I think it would be great if you can add such a function.

Quite fiddly to set up and couldn't use photo from drop box but biggest issue was the fact that wouldn't let me sign in even after trying resetting password was going to buy the £18.00 bundle but got so fed up just uninstalled

There is basically no detailed tutorials anywhere created by the developers. Secondly some sections in my account have my local currency others are in euro. I have changed it in the currency setting yet. Sometimes the inventory calculations are erroneous. Hope you solve these issues ASAP.

I have been using this product for 1,5 year ... and bought 2 x premium, I need an update but no one can help me ... I think this application has become trash for the developer... and soon I will throw it away if there is no response at all

All good except that the data doesn't sync properly across multiple users. Makes the app completely unusable

need improvement, need to add "paid invoice feature", "booked stock" (item added but still debt), deleting the past invoices without changing the stock.

Good app - sync stopped working. Will move on to another product. 2020/02/13 Tried to mail - could not 2020/04/06 Sync working again! Good job!

Very good apps at first. Very useful to my stocks inventory. But now i couldn't add more products i have only 35 products, i thought for the free version has 50 products???

Very useful and easy to use. Recommended for everyone 😊😊😊. Meanwhile, i am looking forward for the developer to apply this too in IOS version.

It's good. The only problem is that the inventory value keeps giving me wrong calculations. Im yet to get reply from the developer.Am sure they can do sth about it.

I like it so much, but i cant export all transactions data just for 1 product item. Maybe in future update can include the function.

Good app, would just like to limit warehouse access. Rather the users having access to all warehouses. Allocated warehouse to certain users.

Not able to calculate the actual profit. And many more little bug to be fixed. Showing different stock at a time in different users dashboard in multiple user

I lost my login details after changing the email address to my business address and tried it with a different device but still I got errors and all my data is lost.
