Add money transaction is not reflecting in stock note but in the samco star cash balance is appearing. It took entire day now there is weekend activity for which sum was added is missed also the opportunity for which it was added is missed. Also customer support is not available. Called the support number it automatically disconnected after 5 mins of waiting for several time. In short you have no option but to wait untill they wish to show your sum on the stock note. I would never suggest.
Very pathetic app. Don't know which joker heads the technical team. Inspite of repeated complains there is no improvement. To place a sell order is a headache unlike other apps in which you have exit option and sell order is placed easily. A bunch of jokers run the technical team who are just time pass and immatured. The charts are ridiculous and very slow
Awful experience.Should be model of how not to design an app.Whoever runs your UI/UX dept.-you need to fire them. They will singlehandedly bring down this platform.It's like navigating through Amazon with blindfolds on.Every unnecessary detail apart from core functions is just stuffed left right and centre making it slow,clunky and redundant.I don't have words to describe the pain felt using this app can never perform simplest of tasks without a glitch.The whole backend must be a mess.GET A GRIP
Worst application....please donot work in this app ... They are fraud .... Creating problems and issues for there customer rather than giving benefits .....they have square off my position of 1.3 lakh without my permission or knowledge .... Please thing 100 times before investing through this app... Stocknote or samcoo is the worst application..
Bad app because lots of trouble given in trading time. I want to exit. On starting tick it will given problem to trade. Not executed on 9:15am.
Need to have a support for switching between different accounts without entering password each time This feature is there in stock note web app need same feature in app too

I'm giving 2 stars because I'm fed-up of your password policy.. You have a good user-friendly interface but every time I have to struggle for the password.. Plz plz plz chane the password police and let ppl decide what's good to remember and not let them force to write on a paper...
Fatal, because your app does not working properly 😡 Now app is not updating Today 30/3/2022 App is not working again not opening worst 😠 service and sometime app also not worked on Saturday, sunday and other holiday please improve your app. App not now in top 10 trading app how disgusting.
App lags heavily. Loading time and transaction times are very high. Might be due to unwanted/unnecessary images, graphics and background colours on the home screen and in the content as well. Suggestion: Remove background colours, images and graphics. Keep it simple and plain. Business persons look for performance with simple and decent appearance, not for colourful decorations. (Many other apps serve as guide/ reference.) Other points in subsequent feedbacks.
One of the best discount broking firm and their all app are good. Small small issues are there, but it's there with all broking firm. There research calls superb. Need frequent customer support.
It always shows under maintenance at night and full day on weekends or public holidays.

Worst customer help services they are not resolved simple problem about kyc I faced issue 5 days 10 calls still facing same issues, thank you samco, for the worst service.
Sir u are not providing bulk order facility in mobile app. Iam talking about ordering 50000 or 1 lakh nifty quantity at a single order. For example, to order 1,80,000 nifty quantity (at 1800 freeze limit) I have to make 100 orders. What iam asking is provide a facility to order it in a single order.

With this new update the margin amount required is blurred, which is such a dumb thing. Have to look at it again and again which is quite unnecesarry. Also when we want to look at weekly options of nifty and bnf , it always shows the Monthly contract by default. Then we have to do the whole process to find weekly contracts, which are traded most. You guys need to look at other apps like Upstox which shows the weekly options contracts easily. Room for improvement.
After the recent update app is behaving like snail 🐌. When we need this app most (in trading time) it hangs and loses connection frequently. Please update and fix the connectivity and hanging issueof the app
Nice app but it start trading after 9.20am, it is not update automaticaly current price, need to refress by you, it takes some time, to update prices of the stock, while booking it also takes time to place your order, I don't know when it will stop.
Pathetic application. Doesn't show total amount invested and current status against the investment. I submitted all documents including POA at the time of activating the account. Now at time of selling equities buggers are asking to share POA again only then they will allow to sell. Why didn't they complete such formalities in the beginning? It's better to discontinue investment through SAMCO. They are a kind of discounted brokers and hence services are also below average.
1.This app doesn't allow to login simultaneously in 2 devices. 2.sometimes its lagging the data 3.lack of in time News update regarding stocks and market info.
Very very bad application as well as very bad customer service management. They are like ham he to aap trading kar sakte ha bak nahi. For making loss samco is best as when you want pofit they will shut their application.
The interface is not very friendly for beginners. when i buy a stock, it does not show my purchase price and total amount of purchase and current total valuation for given stock. it would help me if these simple calculations are given on main screen in portfolio. right now i am having to click details and then see. plus a swipe action for buy or sell should he there. the chat functionality also is so-so.
Charts are not loading properly. Very very slow app for a trader I would say. Should be very smooth and fast to load and place trade. Very much disappointed. Horrible experience. Samco is far away from speed of trading. Too much bulky and heavy to load on normal speed of internet. Also there customer care call disconnected automatically. Very bad. I would not recommend it
New user hence sharing my initial experience with setup and support. Clean interface, easy to follow and EXCELLENT support. Received follow up calls from Samco. They explained the details and app options very nicely. Queries were answered very patiently and in detail. Will further add my experience after using it for sometime.
I was booking lot of losses in ICICI direct application. But here Inam making profit from the first day. It's not as easy as ICICI direct application. We need to be extra cautious during giving orders. We are told samco is free of brokerage. But support is superb. And clarity on deals and investments is superb.
