Well, been trying to using this security for stock trading, i must say this is the one im looking for. The interface is Newbie friendly and as a customer, i love it but for trading, i find something missing. Its a Stop Order, to be honest i find it hard to check the price all the time by checking every stock whether it hit my loss percentage or not and spend more time by just looking at chart all the time. Please add Stop Order feature to make easy for trader to trades with TP and SL. Thank You.
Easy to use, user friendly and more than enough feature for newbie investors. The only issue happens many time is when I do deposit, it needs very long time. Even some time it has received in the history, but the balance is not change. Please fix this.
Stockbit is trying to be a learning and a trading platform at the same time. I give two thumbs up on the first bit they're trying to do here but not so much on the second one. I mean if you are a day-trader or one who needs fast, reliable trading app I suggest you go look somewhere else. As you can see from other reviews below, often you cannot login during trading hours and it constantly displays errors. So it's half decent, hence half as many stars.
The ui is good, but every morning I cant event connect to my account, it always said to check my connection. My connection is fine. Even i can access my other accounts in different securities. Early hour always inaccessible. You have to fix it fast because almost all the complaint here is about the same things
My most favorite apps for stock investing. The interface is very good. Complete enough, practical and easy to use. It has virtual mode for beginner before entering the real market. Also it has stream, a kind of open community for investors and traders. Very recommended 👍🏻👍🏻
Overall it's a good app, but unfortunately, sometimes the app goes freeze when the market is opened. And there is no official announcement from the stockbit official whether they have addressed the problem or not. I think I will still use another app other than stockbit
Good UI but poor withdrawal process. For deposit it's relatively quick but withdrawal can take more than 2 biz days to process. Same issue with transferring trading profit to wallet. At the moment my money is in limbo making interest for stock**t while I lose opportunity and still have to pay admin fee.
I have a bad experince with this apps. After i set the order at that time. I cannot cancel the order. And the transaction happens. THIS TRANSACTION is DETRIMENTAL to the Investor. Not recommended at all.
The Stockbit pro function is very useful and the ui is good enough, but every night there is always maintenance so I can't see my portofolio and can't withdraw whenever I want, and sometimes foreign flow in BUY(orderbook) its not accurate
probably the lowest barrier to entry for beginners like me. hopefully they build the auto order system for us later...
Very unreliable application. Doing maintenance during market open. Nice!! Many losing opportunity because of error We dont need stockbit to reply, we need stockbit action that this will never happen again!
Very poor performance on server. Update: Still unable to open my portofolio and resulting in loss of my money, this app is totally scam.
Originally going to give this app 3 stars as while it has a very bad drawback which is lagging n crashing in trading hours. It has many feature and good UI and with good management it should be able to prosper in the future. But keep deleting reviews is bad man

Can't add wishlist (watchlist), and can't show the watchlist in the home page (tap to retry)..please update this.. Something wrong with feature watchlist (type mismatch, parameter watchlist_id)

Good app and run smoothly so far. Please add another useful technical indicators, e.g. Williams fractal, Hull MA, etc.
Dissapointing customer service, customer service doesn't seem to read our issues and just sends robot replies. A lot of issues and errors with the app as well. Most importantly this app keeps undergoing maintenance during stock exchange hours.
Getting worse and worse.... Can't do any transaction during opening market in the morning. So annoying. Can't login to porto folio.... Worst app...
Basically, I love the user interface with various features and screeners. But the community is super toxic, especially for beginners. Put it on your phone and you'll understand.
Simple and friendly UI, but almost always had errors when in crucial times, like can't login, chart won't load, pretty much unreliable, i'm not recommending this app.
Easy to use, love "social media" looks that enable chat &connect between traders. Too bad it can't auto take profit which is really troublesome.
a few days in a row, cannot login, maintenance mode . 17/2/22 I've had it I'll withdraw all and move somewhere else. constantly on maintenance it's not worth it. don't waste your time and money with these guys 24/02 - very slow performance, di portfolio -> sell --> lama kebuka --> setelah itu klik sell --> no response
1. UI already great, but cannot set cut loss or proft taking, not good for trader for investment is okay. 2. Often maintenace in middle of trading 3. Still need alot of improvement

Like usual Indonesian trading and financial app or any other app... ALWAYS FAILED TO CONNECT EVEN THE FIRST TIME TRYING TO SIGN UP. STUPID.
Problem of RDN top up has been solved. I hope there will be smooth experience in the future
I come back again as Stockbit investor. I must say, there are a lot of improvements have been done. Integrated with Jago and own a security company are example of great business decisions that impact positively to users. 5 stars for all Stockbit team!
Super simple n easy to read. If only there's past report summary
Stockbit provides good insight, deep analysis, and easy interface, but it doesn't give an auto-order feature. Price targetting is important, but we can't always pay attention to merely an alert. Please provide this feature, and you will be much better.
