The latest update has been really obnoxious for Android users. I have no problem resetting my fingerprint once. Especially since I was given notice. In the last week though I have had multiple instances where the app "forgot" I had the setting turned on, so I've have to log back in with PW, turn it back on reset my fingerprint. After the 4th time I was beyond annoyed. This never occurred before.

Doesn't keep up the ledger, there's a difference in the swipe down transactions compared to what you see when you login. The app account balances do not match the web browser balances. We had a levy on our account for bad credit. Stockman charged us an extra $100 for them to release the money to them. Yeah, what a way to steal our money!!!

This app can be very frustrating when trying to deposit checks!!! It takes forever and then inevitably asks you to look again at the pictures of the checks, which are crystal clear and readable. Please, please fix this!!! I live remote from your branches and need this function. It makes me say bad words.

Love the new app - Followed the instructions when the new app was released and the change to this version was great. This version is so much smoother and easier to use than the old version. Love the memo line that you can now use when transferring money between accounts and the eDeposit is so much smoother though a bit longer to complete.

It is an easy app to navigate with a means to check your password before you sign in and so you dont lock up your account. Typing on tiny cell phone keyboard and work hardened hands isnt the easiest to do correctly.

I used to LOVE using the app but now I can't even log in. Even if I confirm my identity through text message or phone call. It won't remember my device regardless of how many times I press my private device to remember. I can't even fully login to due to being told to change my device's time and date when it is 100% correct and I do not see the point to change it EVERYTIME just to login to see my bank account. I have to resort to logging in on my internet, it's rather tiresome and frustrating.

check photo deposits are a pain. there is no need to have the robotic voice stating the instructions each time. the requirement of it detecting the mobile deposit only text on the back of the check is irritating and unnecessary. I've never had to deal with that for other banking apps

This app works pretty good for mobile banking although there are times it insists I am taking photos of the same side of the check when attempting to make a deposit. It might take a dozen tries. This is very frustrating.

This app is easier and better than any other banking app that we have had. When doing maintenance on the app it could be inconvenient but you've given us notice so that is to be expected. We are satisfied and glad we made the switch to Stockman Bank.

Mostly okay. Check depositing in a pain compared to my wells Fargo banking app. Will crash when trying to deposit a check or comes up with an error message. Have to do it 3 times before it accepts it. Sometimes days later they reject the check for whatever reason and I am not notified it never went through. Have to constantly check to see if they are actually processed before I file them away.

The inability to see my password coupled with the "three strikes and you're calling customer service" policy is an extremely annoying combination. Enough to make me consider Wells Fargo. Legacy versions would be nice too. I have an older Android which is a superior OS to my newer phone, but your app won't work on it. EDIT: A new eye button has appeared next to the password blank. I can now see what I have typed. Major problem solved. I now award another star for constant quality improvement.

Well, after over half of a year(roughly 8 months) I was able to finally make another account and the layout of the app is indeedly an improvement. It is very frustrating that I was locked out of it for this long but I'm glad to have the app up and running again!

Very disappointed with the new version of the app. Have not been able to access my account since Sunday. It has been refusing my login information (I am going to try calling in the morning). I had no issues with the old version and I was always able to access my account.

Better than 3 years ago but not as good as USAA Banking App. I can log in to my other Banking app with a simple 4 digit Number, and don't even have to hit an enter key. Stockman you have to have a long PW with number, letter, cap letter and a special character and then hit the enter key. Always have to reenter it .. just not that good yet

I use this app almost everyday and have very minimal problems. I can pay bills or send money with Zelle easily. There are only a few occasions when my info is not available due to updates.

You guys had to see this coming. You've been the best bank for us but this new mobile app is not a good experience. I called tech support when the new app wouldn't recognize my login data this morning and waited in que while being told my call was important. Update: I called my local branch and had the issue solved in under five minutes. Now a five star rating and a renewed appreciation for Stockman Bank.

If you want to use the app for depositing checks, don't bother. If you want to set up two different logins (one for you, one for spouse), don't bother. If you want to use the chat feature to ask for help, don't bother-they're all busy. So basically, if you want to use the app for anything other than checking current account balances, don't bother.

Ever since the most recent update this app is pain in the neck to work let alone have it be convenient. Why can't android use thumbrint recognition? Also wth is a "open circuit breaker" alert. This app was super convenient 2 months ago and now I dread even trying to get signed in. Why was this fixed when it was not broken.

Stockman Bank thinks that any purchases from a European Company is Fraud. Yes, because someone took my card to buy something for $5.50 from my ip address to ship to my address. Honestly just thank you for putting my card on hold twice after I confirmed it was me the first time so I went to actually buy what I wanted (card got declined and put on hold) the first time and you do it again. Best bank I have ever had would recommend 10/10.

Trash. USbank all the way. Stockman makes things overly difficult in all aspects, mobile banking, or not. The bank itself isn't customer oriented. Going the way of Wells Fargo. Customer Service is terrible.

Seriously Stockman? Why the **** would you create ANOTHER app when you already had one? And by Jesus I thought the last one was bad. Apparently. This app doesn't even recognize my account info and then all of a sudden knows my info then locks my account. So now I have to waste more time calling tech support to unlock it... Terrible. The fingerprint login is unusable at times. It only gives you 5 tries and then locks you out. Its maddening!
