Nice interface, easy to work with. An update after an update of the app: I don't like it as much anymore. It freezes periodically, and you have to close it and reopen. The holdings stayed on my setting before (largest gain to largest loss) no matter if you closed the app. Now you constantly have to adjust it. And it no longer has screeners...

(Using an ASUS Zenfone 6) The recent UI update has added a lot more space between everything, which makes it barely able to load a single column at times. It has also increased the text size it seems, despite being on the smallest setting possible. Wish we could go smaller on the text and re-size the columns and tables as we see fit. They shifted around a number of things, while annoying, means I just have to learn to not click on those buttons to avoid the useless "features." Still runs fine.

I dont normally do reviews, but here I feel I must. I Like the platform overall, but this newest update removed a key feature: the custom profit&loss choice. I used to look at it to see what I made on a specific day, and now I can't because the smallest available choice is 5 days! Also, I would like to see Webull add the "market internals" indicators to the list, or integrate with tradingview to trade from their as well, since they have more indicators to use.

Overall its great but the recent update makes it a bit more challenging to use some of the drawing tools whereas before it was easier to select. The time frames are set up differently and i dont think thats better either. So its a tad bit of a downgrade for me personally. Still gave 4 stars as i do like the exchange overall. Cheers

The update made everything very large when using the big screen on the Galaxy Z fold 3.. it's easier and better to use when it's folded on the small screen. The interface changes to the worse when flipped open. I will change the rating to five Star as soon as this issue is fixed, the app works great otherwise.

Love the app but the new update has brought upon some issues Drawing tool is now very difficult to get too, it should just be a stand alone button. The lines you draw now frequently disappear when zooming. I'm not sure what's going on with the 15m time frame, but it's hard to get a good view of the entire chart when zoomed in and when zoomed out, it was not like this before. Please fix some of the issues! I would revert back to the last update if I could!

The recent update has made it difficult to add drawings to charts. The menu button for the drawing tool was moved and is now harder to get to. To get to it you have to scroll down to the bottom of the chart, which causes an issue when using the drawing editor since the chart isn't fully visible after scrolling down to get to the menu. The drawing menu needs to be accessible from a permanent border, like next to the trade button, where it was before the update.

The app has gotten worse on the fold 3. Fonts and numbers are all different sizes and the charts lag and no respond. Drawn trend lines and other objects disappear after zooming rather than staying visible on the screen. Drawing trend lines attach to points I don't want it to go to. Whatever update you guys did made this app absolutely worse.

I used Webull for over a year. While it offers a lot of functionality, it is confusing to work with, especially its options. They also allow users to make plain calls/puts, but forbid option verticals, the former being FAR riskier for the user (especially if they're new). Their undisclosed reward expiration and customer service penny pinching on refusing rewards for not using specific referral links, found on different pages, (they all should work) was unethical.

At first I hated the update; I wasn't used to the new interface and it looked a little childesh. However, I've heard from a lot of people that webulls old UI was not new user friendly. I think this is a good step in the right direction. My only complaint is that the app is more buggy now. Notifications will not show real time. Even though I have a flag ship phone it can be a bit laggy. Other than that I recommend the app over other free trading platforms.

Was so happy with the previous UI. I don't get why they need to make all these silly changes. It was really good before. Also the time frame feature is a mess now. Gotta swipe it all the way to check different times on my charts. Could've kept it simple the way it was. It's a trading app not a social media platform to make such changes.

The app is mostly good, but I've been having trouble with my trend lines disappearing when I zoom in. The fact you can draw on the charts in one of my most favorite features of webull, but if what I draw doesn't stay on there at all levels, it makes it super hard to assess what's going on. Please fix this!! Will re-rate 5stars once fixed

I loathe who ever designed this. This app interface / navigation is literally all over the place. There is no home button that shows how many funds are available to buy stock or crypto with. Instead, you are marooned to be stuck in utter confusion. There are far more better options out there that are more user friendly.

The latest UI changes makes so many features harder to use. The drawing tools shouldnt be 2 menus deep; it's something often used. The monthly/yearly P&L used to be swipable, but now you have to use a drop down to change the month. The custom P&L is also gone. Why remove functionality? It would be fine if you had a daily P&L option but the shortest timeframe is 5 days.

App update made this more of a social platform. I get it... but there's too much fud out there. Not always good to hear so many opinions when making financial decisions for yourself. Update also looks terrible on foldables now! Previous version had a great layout and now it's shot. Why is it super blown up and big? I had access to so much information before Withdrawing my money from webull for now, unfortunately. They need to stop with these silly changes. The App used to be so much better.

Terrible for intermediate to advanced options trading. I really wanted to like this trading platform and given the amount of information that it provides to help research trades, it is incomprehensible that you cannot enter custom option orders. The vertical spreads and condors, for example, are preset to specific widths and you cannot adjust the legs separately for a custom order. This is possible in even the most basic trading platform (the Sherwood Bandit). Will close my account.

Holy smokes, the new UI is terrible. I have my font set to the smallest allowable, yet can barely fit any information on screen. This looks like it was designed for an elderly person with terrible eyesight.

Doesn't seem possible to add the FTSE100 250 etc. to the watch list. It doesn't understand the symbol UKX or ^FTSE for example. Searched for ages and couldn't find anything. So not easy to use especially for the non-financial pro!

New update is irritating. They added technical analysis cues and symbols over the charts and even after deactivating them from the settings menu, they'll show up again after playing with indicators or spending some time in the app. Please add an option to permanently disable the feature.

Great app!! The interface runs a little smoother, not only that but the tools and in depth financials of a company help a lot. They now have trading pattern indicators already built in so you can learn chart patterns as well as investing.

Cant read red text, help! App is good, fairly simple and robust. 2 changes I would ask. 1- I like the blue theme, but CANNOT read red text on either blue or black theme. Maybe orange would work, but I can't fix it. White theme hurts my eyes.. help?! 2- I wish like on the desktop app I could enter a limit and the stop loss in one place but does not seem to be possible.

Downloaded app. Finally funded my account, waited several days for my deposit to clear. Has cleared, shows money available. Unable to purchase any stocks or crypto. Says account restricted. Reached out to support, was told would be delt with in up to 1 business day. Was ok with that. No response. Plus, stocks that were issued to me as a promotion for funding the account show settled, but do not appear in my portfolio. Would like a response and have this fixed ASAP. Not a good first impression!

Was a happy customer until the latest update. Now all my manual indicators are gone and can no longer add them which is the most important feature on the app. Latest UI is messy, especially moving buttons around.

Simulated holdings were showing dividends paid on ETFs until today (or most recent upgrade). This skews the overall P&L numbers. It shows, today and in past, dividends on stocks. Just not ETFs. This issue exists on both my phone and my Android tablet. It is definitely application or server-side related. I've used this application since inception and loved it until today.

The latest update screwed up the sorting of investments so not I have to sort, sort again, and then a third time to be back where I started but with the sort actually working. I am tired of the constant nags/adverts and stop asking me to rate an app when I've already rated it. You come off thirsty. Edit: Took a star as punishment for thirst. I took away another star because the advertising is relentless.

New UI is a huge downgrade. Font is massive on my Galaxy Fold, even when I set it to the smallest size possible. It doesn't show nearly as much information as it used to, making is harder to use

Today, the app update REMOVED the column for day's P&L % on the positions list. It only shows day's P&L now. We used to be able to sort positions by day's P&L %. This is no longer available. We can now only sort by dollar amount changed. 🤦‍♂️ Robinhood, TD Ameritrade, Fidelity, all offer this column. I contacted support about this and they don't have a timeline for adding it back.

Downgrading to 1 star. After being assured multiple times by customer support that the UI and flexability of this platform would improve, it has not. No bracket order for options and they sell your info and position information to hedge funds. Great UI including desktop app. Will not calculate wash sales for you until tax time, doesn't even notify you if you enter a potential wash. Needs some updating.. let us sell specific lots. Dangerous for new investors
