I cannot sign in making the app useless! Every time I visit your page that it directs me to to make an account using google it puts me back in the app and nothing has changed. Your suggestion had no effect and as much money as you people make and as many people use your app this should be an absolute 100% #1 priority to fix! My guess is that it is either your site or the app or even both! I CAN'T EVEN MAKE A PURCHASE ON THE APP BECAUSE WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT!!! Do you hear what I'm saying?!
Changes item quantity by itself... overall horrible ... no customer support, no returns, no exchanges, long loooong shipping ... it's hard to find something in the app and always redirects to website!👎👎👎SCAMERS!!! I did contacted your Costomer Support and I need to wait for at least 1 week to get a reply and then they keep asking the same questions. As a result, it's never ending Chay! Moreover to add, your company has NO phone number and email is the only way to contact you👎.
Love the app when it functioning properly. At times, it fails to load. If I have a list of sneakers from the search bar showing and I click a sneaker to view it... when I try to return to the search page the sneakers won't load and I have to start the search again instead of picking up where I left off.
Zero stars. We make this business successful the least they could do with all the money they are making is create a dedicated customer service staff. This place has Zero CS and is out of touch with the community. Flight Club is way better and has customer service that is easy to get to its not like stockx where they try to get you away from emailing them. Worst customer service for a business I've seen on my 43 years on this planet.
It says every shoe is 🔥🔥 to drive sales and activities. Difficult to change payment method. Won't let me, and it crashes frequently. Still can't update shipping address. 😔

I have used many applications since I like to see how the order arrives, most of them take time and some others do not come in the correct size, but this application deserves all the stars.It arrives super fast, just your size, do not ask for more or less because the size is just right, the product is never damaged and it is original... I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!
The customer service here is pointless. The chat closes once you leave the screen. Losing all progress. This app needs to be more user friendly. I'm a first time seller on stockx and this is the most annoying transaction ever. I definitely will not be buying or selling on stockx again.
I've tried to be patient with customer support for over 1 yr but I can't do it anymore. They used to be great, timely. But something changed it's horrible. They consistently just abandon support threads mid issue. There are no checks balances to make sure reps are being held accountable. I create new cases, use chat feature. Nothing works. Supposedly I get "VIP" support. I can only imagine what that means for customers who don't qualify. If any manager is listening out there please help me!!!
As was shared via chat w/one of your staff members, nevermind a HUGE request & problem all @ the same time, please implement a "shopping cart" for check-out time, so we can all purchase multiple items at once; one by one isn't only tedious as can be, but there's NO other merchant who doesn't have that capability. Thanks, in advance & pertaining to a request not all that complicated either.
Was always scared to order from stock x cause I figured there would be some bs with the ordering . Of course I was waiting for my order for a week already before they told me there was an issue with with the seller. Can't speak for anyone else but I don't trust stock x the stuff is way to overpriced for them to take almost a month to receive. No different than ebay, except I've never had any issues on ebay
Disaster waited 2 weeks for the item I ordered and there authenticating process does not exist because during that whole process they could not see it was the wrong console I ordered and now I have to wait for them to contact me to return the wrong item and have to go thru the whole process again. I do not recommend ordering anything from these people because everyone I talked to I got different answers and they apparently do not check to see if it is the right item you order.
Recent price hikes make this less of a convenient option. I've found deals on Ebay a lot more often than I have here in the last year or so. The last pair I tried to buy was met with little to no assistance and a half-hearted apology. Greed from both the sellers and the cpany itself have ruined a great option for sneakerheads...
Well, my 1st few purchases I've made went smooth. Then I decided to just buy more, then it went down hill. I'm so disappointed in the service that I have decided not to purchase anything from Stock X anymore. I'm just disappointed that one minute you get great service, then the very next, you get really bad service. 👎👎. Thank you, but No thanks.
Once again it's crashing and won't load info. Can't even buy anything. This is getting beyond old fix your app too many crashes. Reinstalling is a cop out. I've contacted your support and the of course they can't support\fix issue. This has to do with your tech, server, and interface. And your chat tech is a joke it keeps resetting people to the back of the line.
Doesn't give you the option to purchase multiple shoes at a time. They tax so much for them and you still have to pay for shipping. Most places take away shipping fee when your order is over $100 but not them.
2 stars because at the very least you can actually view items and thats basically about it. The app won't even let me sign in, Im trying to click accept on the TOS and it just won't let me get passed that page, fix it.
Already created a account. Downloaded the app BUT cant log into the account from the app. Updated the app, rebooted the phone and even uninstall then reinstalled app. Still no good (3/7/22) undate: still can not log in even with updates and rebooting. "Not good" became awful.
The few things I've gotten from here are legit! My only issue is that you pay $15 for shipping and it takes longer than free shipping sites. For the amount of money ppl spend on items here, shipping should be atleast upgraded to justify the $15

Super helpful app in day to day interactions and conversations. It's also an extremely reliable resource to accurately judge shoe prices on the spot. It's also helpful to have the app just for when you were wanting those new pair of kicks, or the newest consoles, or even buying from an expensive brand. Totally recommend this app to everyone, and it's a great experience. Not to many difficulties either.
Bad app, can't message sellers or buyers. Sold a BRAND NEW vlone shirt and of course the verification comes back as negative. Ver difficult to navigate through the app and the quality of customer service is very poor. Dont download this overhyped app, its overall a pain and not worth your time or money.
Your basically paying double the price if the buy tag says $300 and you end up pay $500-$620 with there fees and what ever scams they get you for and still have to wait 3-4 days and it's fishy How you still have get the ok from the seller cuz they still wait to see if the could get another bid like don't fall for it it's the same people who would place a higher bid
App it's good, worked great in my old phone (Galaxy Note 10 plus) but unfortunately for some reason is not working properly at my Galaxy S22 Ultra, I do not receive any notifications, yes, allowed notifications is on in my phone and app and still ain't got non, I have to open the app everytime and check for sales or bids, yes, app has last upgrade
I had purchased a pair of jordan 1s Crimson tint for my sister's for her birthday. In the app it stated that it was delivered but I never received them. I called the shipping company and was informed the item was lost due to their hands. I contacted stockx and filled out and affidavit.to with I was told there nothing they could do. I spoke to many different agents about this matter. I was ultimately not giving a full refund of $345.19. I respected stockx alot and would just want my money back.
Got a PS5. Took about 2 weeks from purchase to delivery. No issues with the whole process. I was kept updated and informed on the status of my package. Finally got my hands on some next gen hardware! Completely worth it if your tired of being beat by the bots at every drop!
They don't care anymore. I have used this app for years and have been a constant buyer. The constant delays and added fees makes the entire experience terrible. I've had items that were damaged during shipping and StockX told me they could do nothing about it. Terribly disappointed and won't be using the app anymore.
