Edit: the bug was on my end and fixed after a reboot ^_^ Anyway, I really appreciate this app. Checking in with emotions before and after a session, and suggesting certain meditations, is a really lovely touch. If I were to improve anything, I think it'd be nice to have a way to offer maybe 2 basic meditations while offline even if it only runs a timer and some guiding text.

The meditations are conscientious, inclusive and have been created to be accessible to everyone from beginners to advanced. I am so sad to lose this app, it is a life saver. I have been using this app as a way of managing my anxiety and grief during this crazy time. As a therapist I know the benefits of meditation and still find it hard to do without some guidance. Being able to enter how I'm feeling and find a meditation that suits me is so helpful. Thank you. I am a therapist and use it for myself as well as my clients. Feedback from clients are very positive. It gets you in touch with yourself and being present. Rather than having to search for an exercise, they are provided. Great mindfulness app

This ap was recommended to me. I like how you can check, what you feel your emotional and physical states are, then it selects relatable activities to do. Easy to use. I've only used the free version so far because I use it every now and then. However, I have recommended the ap to others to help them with how they're feeling.

Amazing app, I'm so glad I found it. I love how there is really short and really long meditations, so u don't have to skip a day just because u don't wana do a 10minute long meditation (they have meditation as short as 3 minutes!!) Also it's really nice they have some in Spanish, I can meditate and improve my Spanish at the same time 😆 As a broke student I don't have the paid version, but saving for it thou!

Edit: This app is still five stars but what the abrupt cancellation with zero explanation given. I've payed for 2 years now and I thought I'd at least be able to use this year's subscription. Out of all of the apps this app is the only one that I think is the perfect combination of everything. It doesn't feel cluttered or overwhelming. Love this app. I've been using it for around 2 years now and it has only gotten better.

Edit 1/18/22: I've loved Stop Breathe Think since 2016. The meditations have gotten me through a lot of hard times & kept me grounded (& the stickers are so cute!). When they switched to a subscription model after I'd paid to unlock individual meditations in the early days, I was intially disappointed. However, I've since been gifted a lifetime subscription. I'm extremely grateful. It's given me a chance to see how valuable all of the content is, and the library is constantly growing!

I absolutely love this app! The mindfulness breathing helped me relax so much and help me remember what I am grateful for! I would recommend downloading this app (all ages) even if you aren't stressed or upset. I have just done a five minute one and I feel so relieved. There are countless meditations to do, and the app is free (except premium Access) and so are the meditations!

My go to meditation app. So inclusive in its options and love the check in set up. An excellent example of where the free version is super good, with the paid version not taking away from the free version or limiting it, only enhancing. I've tried Calm and a few others but I always come back to this app.

Great app for meditation, lots of options to choose from even in the free version (I realised that's because they've made all their content free as they have stopped offering future service to this app). I like that it has Spanish as I'm learning Spanish.

I have been using it for nearly 8 years now and it has helped me to a lot more stable and less moody. I've tried lots of different meditations in the Stop, Breathe & Think menu & because I'm pretty stable at the moment I have a set of staple favorites that I choose from depending on how I'm feeling when I wake up. It's great! I'm now using the meditation timer a lot with the wood/ birdsong soundtrack. Edit last updated 6 Feb 2022. I can wholeheardedly recommend it.

Just a really good, relaxing app. They make it so easy to use, and I feel as if I'm personally being spoken to. You get to input your emotions and do short, simple exercises based on that. And no ads! Lovely.

I see you are terminating your service as of April 15 (according your web site). It would have been helpful to include that info in the message you sent via email and the app. All they said was we're sorry to see you go, and (from the app) that I should download the updated app (which i have). Not knowing this I have sent multiple emails and just ended a conversation with a rather confused help desk person; even he didn't have the service terminating info and told me he couldn't find my account.

Still 5 stars but... as a long time user, I am incredibly saddened and disappointed by the abrupt cancellation of this app. Minimal notice and no explanation is unacceptable for users who have been using this app for YEARS. I've recommended this app to so many people. To have all service just stop is concerning and will affect users' mental health. Recommendations by the creator for other apps are pointless as no other app does what this does.

I cannot switch to another meditation mindful breathing. I downloaded the app because you made your youtube videos private and I couldn't find Jamie's clear, clean, no distractions - voice. While other videos begin with the introduction of the person, a background music, your meditation sessions are non-intrusive. Its like being with a person but respecting their space. There are lots of free exercises available. I love how you can enter your emotions and they will compile the most helpful exercises for your emotional state. Really fantastic app!

Life-saver. I use this app daily to help me manage my stresses, and to learn gratitude. Check in option is particularly good, as you log how you feel physically and mentally- adding up to 5 emotions - and the app will recommend the most helpful exercises. In my top 5 favourite apps.
