I originally gave this 5 stars, but something has gone wrong. All of my settings for auto refill and text notifications are gone. Tried calling support and gave up after over 1/2 an hour in the queue.
Why does this app not show up when you Google "stop and shop pharmacy app". It's LITERALLY THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS. NOWHERE IN STORE DOES IT SAY RX APP
This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. It crashes every time I try to open it. I have deleted the app 3 times & re-installed it with no success. I see reviews saying the same thing going back a couple of months. Why won't someone fix it???
Convenient app, makes getting refills simple but I NEVER get any notifications that the refills are ready to pick up. What's with that? All my notifications are turned on.
Technically this app sucks; frequent crashes, bad user interface, not user friendly... but the ONE function it performs - maybe 60% of the time - scanning my prescription bar code to order a refill, gives this app a pass, just barely.
App worked great , reordering fast with scanner...BUT got a new phone, Samsung 20+, and the scanner is blurry when trying to scan. Tried another scanner and it's fine. It's the app. Please fix.
Big issue I have is the inability to remove expired prescriptions. When my Dr sends refills the old expired prescriptions are still in there... Forever... Years even. They show zero refills too and I can't remove them from my list. I use this for my parents too and they are on many meds and the list in the app is so long with mostly expired prescriptions or ones they no longer take. For goodness sake... They even leave in antibiotics that never had refills and were prescribed 3 years ago.
Update from 9/2020 - App worked great, and for a about a month it doesn't open. Sent feedback twice. Very disappointed. UPDATE.... Been working great for the past few weeks. Keep you posted 😊
The app used to work well. However, it now continually crashes. I restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled it, all to no avail. It is now useless ..
It's a pretty good app, especially coming from CVS 😂 Fairly easy to use and it supports using fingerprints for sign-in so that's nice 👍 All you need to get started is a prescription bottle. And maybe answer some questions? 🤷♂️ Just does the pharmacy, you need the regular Stop and Shop app for shopping.
Very easy to use to refill a prescription. Take less than two minutes to do. You can pick a time convenient for you to pick it up.
This App is so convinient and easy to use...
App worked fine until recently, now will not open, crashes while loading. Have installed, cleared data & cache, still won't load.
Easy to use, helpful. But by far the best pharmacy app out there cause it is well organized and to the point, I don't know jow else to describe it other than that.
Makes life easier!!! I can request refills any time of day. I also like that I am able to look back at my medication history when I need to or check to see if something has been called in by my Dr.
This app worked fine for a while. Now it does not want to open! I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times! What gives???? Fix it please!!!!
This app is great! Makes the refill process SO much easier. Would like to be able to remove scripts no longer in use.
App crashes. Prompts you to restart but it crashes again. Worked fine since last update

It's mostly good. I'd like to see the layout change to make it easier to tell what's refillable and what isn't.
Worst prescription app ever came across there is no hiatory info about the last time the script was filled. In Fact there is not enought info about too much in this app.
I agree with others, the app truly does suck. My pharmist told me to book a shot on line, even though they called me to come in to get it No place on the app to do so.
Great app. Very user friendly. Easy to refill plus you have access to Rx history.
Downloaded it, wont open. Pops up "app has closed" everytime i click it.
