The latest upgrade will drive u mad!!! It'll let u scan without signing in; HOWEVER, it makes u sign in EVERY time when u select Coupons!!! I use Password Manager & have really strong/different passwords for all my Apps so it's not like I can remember off the top of my head while shopping!! CORRECT THIS NOW!!! Especially cuz I feel safer scanning my groceries with my phone than their handheld scanners which are always charging & not available.
Doesn't always accept biometrics or pin number even though it is correct. Asks for username and password, but doesn't allow copy paste. I have a long, secure password stored in a password manager and it is a major pain to type it in manually. Copy paste would be so much easier. Plus, app lets me scan all of my purchases and doesn't force me to sign in until I'm ready to check out. Why not tell me that I'm not logged in before I scan all my groceries?
it's good to use memory, I have it for about a year, have tried to use it over 20x, it will NEVER logon to S&S wireless, when I ask customer svc. they say " it hasn't worked from day 1" you would think now especiallywith Covid corporate would what ever they could to help people expedite the amount of time they must interact with other people.. 🗣️ + ☣️ - 😷 = 💀
Never works correctly. It will freeze up on me after scanning one or two items. Or it will not scan when you are at the registers to pay. Then all the items you have scanned was for nothing because the cashier just has to rescan everything all over anyways.
I set up an account and when I try to log in to clip coupons it doesn't recognize my email or password. I have fought with this app both in and out of the store and never been able to use it. Overly complicated and useless.
App got alot better. I hated the older version, but this one worked as I expected and didn't give me any issues. I would prefer all their apps were merged in one app, but I rarely need to use all of them at the same time.
This app will not load my coupons anymore and it keeps saying the loaded coupons are not available at this time. This has been an issue for weeks now. Please check both your apps for this issue. When using in store there was the same issue.
Eureka! the app works great. Was garbage last time I tried back in 2016, but it's been fixed. Stopped using the in-store hand held units and now just use my smartphone. So far it's been working flawlessly.
They finally had an app that worked "OK" and now they update it with no real change log, no information, no nothing and it is incompatible with my Android 8.1.0 Motorola G5 Plus now. Learn to hire actual coders that actually put notes into change logs and someone who actually understands PR like modifying an app to be incompatible with millions of phones should be STATED UP FRONT. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a PANDEMIC going on and not having to touch in store scanners or self checkout machines is a VERY USEFUL THING TO HAVE. WHY DID YOU MAKE THIS APP INCOMPATIBLE DAYS AFTER A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC?
Works ok. Would like to have the option to input a qty instead of scanning 20 cups of yogurt or 12 cans of cat food.
I have tried it 3 times in 2 different stop and shops, hasn't worked once. I have just tried it again and still doesn't work. In store employees have no training in it either. Don't waste time on it.
Whose idea was it to create this app? The original Stop & Shop app worked just fine. This one seems to be only for delivery, the incorrect zip code is there, it insists that I create a wallet and it rejects my sign in. It's a waste.
Didn't work. Said I wasnt connected to wifi when I was, in store. Didnt work when I turned off wifi and tried to use phone data.
Can't update to wallet. Keeps sending an email to verify and there's nothing in the email that allows you to update wallet. It's and endless loop
Totally useless, can't connect to WiFi in store, doesn't work even with mobile data on. Redundant since I have stop n shop app
I've literally never taken time to rate an app before but this just made my grocery run so freakin easy i had to give it the props it deserves. i am angry with myself for not downloading it sooner.
I am not able to sign in...after entering my credentials it always says 'Please connect to internet and try again'. I am connected to the internet but always get that error.
Love this app. The store I use also supports mobile checkout/pay. No lines! I would give it a 5 if you could see receipts.

Best app on the Play Store. Makes shopping a breeze and I can skip out on the lines when I shop. So convenient!!!
I really like the app. You scan as you go and checkout at the end. I would like to see easy connecting to stop and shop wifi so you don't have to accept as the app should be the client. Checkout could pay too and that would be nice. Helpful thoughts, but it works well as is.
