This is a great app for a cold turkey quit and easing off. I like how you see your health and financial progress. How there are motivational things and help when there is a crave. It would be great to see this application expanded with other options. Like when you quit using help aids such as the patch. It is a easy to use app and rewarding to see the progress of quitting.
I have been quite impressed with this app. There is a lot of good info, that helps you put off the next smoke. I have been using the quit slowly portion, where you can help make a plan for cutting back before quitting. There are some ads, but it just helps to delay that next smoke, by about 30 seconds.
Helpful app. On my phone, the ads are a small horizontal banner at the bottom and I hardly even notice it at all. I see a lot of complaints about the ads, but I don't find that it compromises the purpose of the app for me personally. I'm using the free version which has been helpful as is. It's been 3 days of no smoking and I haven't found it to be that difficult yet? Maybe it's because I'm competitive and I want to see how long I can hold out and win as many badges? But it's working? 🤷🏻♂️
I use this app alongside another one but I love that it has a game built in to distract you from cravings and that at first, it has milestones of a few hours instead of having to wait a full day to earn a badge. Somehow having it broken down into much smaller chunks at first helps a lot! For the Developer: I absolutely love this but could there maybe be a paid option to remove ads? Even if you only feel comfy charging 99p I'd gladly pay it :) 10/10 would recommend.
Very helpful to see how I'm progressing. Seeing health come back. The little medals for each few hours ,days etc. Also the ability to share with friends. The game is fun. I WISH THE TOUCH SCREEN RESPONSE was consistent. Sometimes they flip around too fast, other times they stay still. You can treat yourself with money saved and buy their merch (with your quit date) to support them.
Love this app. JUst realized, after a long time of use, that the memory game has a bar at the top that is a 3 minute timer - the average length of an urge/ craving. I always thought it had something to do with the number of flips in the game, but never really paid much attention to it. My biggest problem was caving to a craving. But now by using this silly little game i have come to TRUST that a craving will only last 2-3 minutes, and I CAN beat it.
This app really helped me and my partner stop smoking after trying everything failed. Being able to see how long it's been, what's improved since you stopped and how much money you have saved was a real eye-opener. 100% recommend to anyone you is committed to stopping. After smoking for years we are now a year smoke free and feel amazing for it. If we can do it, so can you!
I very much like this app EXCEPT for the Motivation area. It allows you to enter as many motivations as you want but it only ever shows you the first 1 you enter. Why allow users to enter a bunch when you only ever show the first one? They should cycle through however many are in there. It's annoying.
This is an amazing app, very useful, great features and super easy to use. I love the health feature that tells you what part of your body has healed, very motivating. Also has a diary, games to help you beat cravings, badges. Love it.
Yes, very good app. Has helped me a great deal. If it could be improved a little, I enjoy seeing how my health is improving with every hour/day/week in the total health section. More of this with more in depth information would be great.
Widget was great for motivation. 10 months free! App shows a decent set of stats. Better than some of the other options.
Very helpful. Seeing the hours and days getting longer and the badges rack up, it's very motivating. Another tool to use in your journey to stop smoking.
1 week smoke free, the app is really helpful, particularly the money saved section and the motivation notifications. Ads are annoying but not a deal breaker for the free version
Ads are too overbearing. Decent app but can't stand the ads specifically the ones with audio. A little ad is Ok but these guys have gone overboard. The ads actually stresses you more while trying to quit.
I find it very encouraging being able to see my achievements, how much I have saved, how many smokes that have been passed up, and my daily health improvement, all these are tracked by this app, and many more.
I think a great added feature would be easy daily like 10 minute excercises. Maybe just linked to a video. Helps so much in regaining health . Still. App gets 5 stars all day. Whats to hate about an app that helps save your life. Im at 10 days no smoking. I check in every day on the app and see what it has to say about my "stats". Nice app. Works well. No crashes.
My favorite app for quitting. I downloaded three different apps so as I was going through my first week. I could pick one that fit my needs best. A friendly reminder of how far I've come, where I will be next. A health tracker. And a stimulant with a game that dustracts me. EasyQuit is my favorite. I love the set up, vibrant colors, and easy to understand icons.
