Storage Shortcut

A wonderful app! Just what I was looking for! It takes many steps to safely unmount my flash drives from my phone. So many, I just want to pull them out from my phone! No more! With this app, just ONE TAP and my Storage, with my unmount link is right in front of me to unmount my drive and remove my drive. It's that simple! You don't need another full-blown File Manager suite, you already have one. You need this app! Small, simple and does the job in 2 taps! I could go on, but . . .

If you use an external storage device with your tablet or phone, an app like Storage Shortcut certainly makes life easier. It eliminates the multiple steps it normally takes to issue the command in the OS to unmount a flash drive or external SSD hard drive. Storage Shortcut works flawlessly on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 and S7+ It does exactly what it's supposed to do with no ads or other distractions. I recommend it without reservation.

i have been snatching connections from devices for fifteen years and never had an issue.i guess my luck finally ran out ,trashed a high end external drive. so i figure it was time to start doing it properly but it takes one of the seven wonders to unmount.not any more.

I kept corrupting USB drives, then I discovered I needed to eject thumb drives but it was hard to get to the setting. This shortcut now lives on my home screen and saves me a lot of headaches.

Does just what it says on the tin (on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A) and a lot quicker than searching through the settings. Could not wish for a simpler app. Perfect (almost - even Mary Poppins is not perfect).

I am MIUI 12 user and they have removed the cache option from storage. It was literally very hard to clean cache data. But this app helped me a lot. Now I can delete my cache data easily and reduce my storage.

Makes unmounting my otg device so much easier. You would think Google would build something into the notification drawer like this but they haven't. This app makes it super easy to unmount usb connected devices.

Thank you! Very simple very important app on my home screen that shows me my storage on my SD card internal memory and USB drive. And most importantly this allows me to unmount my USB drive quickly.

This did nothing for my fone all it did was when to my storage. What i was trying to do was to unmound a USB to copy movies.

Very simple, but great at what it does. Wish it had the option to set sd as internal storage.

Much easier than navigation thru Settings "Unmount USB drive" is not in my drop-down list and this gives the needed access easily.

This is great! My Android 7 Lenovo Nougat has "storage" in the quick tiles and I use it daily, but my Android Lenovo 10 doesn't have a storage shortcut, so I've been looking for something like this. Thank you!

good try, exept I dont need to know how much space I have used and still take out my calculador and do the substraction(total space - used space ). having an app to show "total space" and "space free" would be nice.

Best app. Deserves 5 stars. No ads, not even ui present for this app. Clicking the icon simply take to the storage settings.

this app really is just what I need, simple click ITS SOMETHING SO SIMPLE YET ITS BURIED DEEP INSIDE THE SETTINGS APP, WHY? ANDROID WHY???? In windows I can just pull it out and nothing corrupts after copy pasting is done
