I could not gain excess to enter the gate, because the system had changed. Apparently, my wife had been notified but, not me. Next day, I made another trip to the storage location and employee in the office helped load the new app unto my cellphone. Another employee took me outside and demonstrated how the app works with the system. The new app helps to make everything easier to enter and exit the storage area!

I am highly recommending the O'Fallon Square location. The facility and units are clean and climate controlled. All of the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. My favorite staff member is Jessica. She has been helpful to me from day one. Acknowledgement must be given to all staff for their commitment towards their jobs and I thank them.

Absolutely five stars these guys did a amazing job with their building and the units on the street. Our belongings are safe and most inportantly we are safe when we need to go to the unit. Amazing

So convenient i love the new system and app is so convenient I highly recommend and customer service is amazing always courteous and helpful

I've had no problems with this app. My only issue is keeping my phone charged.

I just installed the latest update. When I open the app it tells me it is out of date. So I uninstalled the app and am reinstalling. I'll update with the results in a few mins. Ok, after reinstalling the app and resetting the password (I didn't remember it). It appears to be working. I'm not near the location so I can't fully test this version.

Looses my unit every couple of months, and I loose access completely. You need to offer a pin code as a backup.

works a treat on our 2 Stax storage units. I especially appreciate that it locks out options not needed as in. both my units are on the ground floor. I cannot access the upper floors as i have no business up there, nor do the uppers need access to my floor. also you really don't need, IMO, to purchase an expensive pad lock. unless Someone can hack your Storage Smart login, then encrypted bluetooth, then the server, all the while on cc tv cams. just too many levels of security. 5 out of 5

Wish they had tech support online for communication but otherwise they run a tight ship. 👍

I messed my phone up and lost access with my storage unit (my mistake). And Jonathan was so helpful and awesome to fix my probkem quickly. Very friendly and helpful and knowledgable staff. I highly recommend them.

Great place clean and well managed. The managers are exceptional.

Stopped working: empty screen with few icons, none of them works. I wasn't able to enter my storage and needed storage personnel assistance. Very unreliable app.

To lock individual storage unit difficult when word at exit of use is not "please lock". The light remains green not red at exit of occupant and no way to lock and turn light to red again when I left. So again, went to office to have explained why and how to lock my storage unit which I pay a heaavy price $ to maintain. Thank you.

It is never working with my phone. Too much time spent trying with no success. Gals here are so great but they can't find the issue. Very frustrating.

this app sucks I keep putting in my email and it says wrong, put in password something! Then it puts a check next to email saying it's good but when I click on forgot password it won't send anything to the email address. Next I sign in with my phone number change my password then I log in and try to make a payment it wants me to sign in AGAIN. Then it tells my my user I'd or password is incorrect!

I would NEVER use a digital code on an App to have access to gates , elevator, and unit. I will relocate to storage facility with old school padlocks thank you. Very unsecure operation. Very sad as I had just moved in and would not have wasted time if I had known this was coming. Very 😭 Sad!

The staff was absolutely fabulous. We had issues with our move from PA. They were so helpful and patient when were unloading our moving truck. Wonderful people there!

So far, I don't like this aop. I spent 2 hours with my storage companies owner trying to get into my unit. After, all was said and done, they transferred me to a new unit, and STILL it doesn't show up in my app. So disappoihnted!

Our company Empire lockers went all in on this technology. It was a little bumpy in the beginning but they have gone leaps and bounds and turned this into an awesome app!

For some reason I cannot download this app. I have a new phone and tried to go to storage yesterday and forgot I didn't have the app on this phone. I press install and nothing happens. I cannot get into my storage.

Every time we come to the locker I have to uninstall, turn off/on my phone, then reinstall this app. Wasn't until after the storage locker changed hands that I have had this problem...

Driver Nigel was excellent, polite, and helpful really appreciate his help. Shannon on reception was superb, very informative, friendly and a stunning young lady, Shannon made the whole process easy and efficient. Definitely recommend Kent space to friends and family.

Sucks. No couldn't get in again so they had to disable the so called smart lock and get me in with there dumb key because of a battery that when replaced still didn't work. Then last month it made an automated payment that I didn't make so I had to pause my card for now

It is great to see an app under active development adding new features and fixing bugs. It has always worked great for gate and unit access.

Excellent app & works everytime for me. No more rolling down my window in the rain to type a code on a key pad.
