The reason I downloaded the app was to use the partial brightness feature to lighten the background of my photos. When I attempt to use it by touching the picture, the picture disappears and all I see is a grid. Would love for this feature to be fixed so I can use the app. Love the other features.
I have been using this this application for the past 3 years, it was working fine. After the recent update the partial calibration feature is not working. When tap on some area to be brightened the whole picture vanishes. Please can you solve the problem?
Amazing!! I've been selling online but certain selling apps would not take good pictures. Using my phone camera wouldn't work either cause the app would crop it automatically. This app not only fixed the dull color I couldn't get rid of but fixed other issues!!! Okay, hope you fix the partial calibration part of the app but still not worth taking a star away. Thank you to whomever developed this app!!! Its so appreciated!!
It used to work wonderfully, but the last two updates have introduced a problem when I try to remove the background. I get an error message that says something along the lines of "network connection lost." For a while I was able to use an older version of the app, but now it forces me to update to the unusable version. Please fix this as I love this app and want to continue using it.
I really like the partial color option but there's not where you can make the color darker. like I need a dark red but you can only use a light red. doesn't look like the color I need. PLEASE fix this because I really like your app and I want to use it. 🙁🙁🙁 Also please make partial darkness. and I can't figure out how to use backdrop.😭😭😭
REMOVE BACKGROUND• APP CRASHES SAYING "INTERNET CONNECTION LOST" AI, is leaving areas, not precise background removal is prime need my sales items, the last update stopped this from working, Close & reopen does nothing!( If you get to work: the cursor to remove or restore on both remove background process & Erase/ Restore is very delayed, if you change size delay freezes for a even longer long time. For an app that is promoted for Sellers to use, it needs a lot of perfecting, PRIMATIVE!
This new update is horrible. Why does it go to a page to "start a new shopify store" every time I take a photo? That's ridiculous! Then when I back out, I have to open the app again. I understand putting ads on your app, but this is awful.
Please go back to the old version! I LOVED this app, I sell on Poshmark and photos have to be 1:1 This was my holy Grail app. You could adjust brightness before even snapping the pic & my pictures were perfection! The update has ruined it, photos can't be taken in 1:1, only edited to 1:1 but parts gets cropped out, the brightness doesn't adjust like it used to, just adds the flashlight. Not happy at all. I don't even know another app that compares to the quality this was pre-update. 😭
This app is most promising when it comes to editing product photography, i tried like 13+ apps and found this apps accuracy at par. I would recommend this app over other popular apps because this gives results as good as ps, snapseed etc wiithout lot of efforts & editing is faster.However, there are many glitches and i hope the team will keep on improving. PS- My review is based on use of this app focused on product photography. Other apps definitely provide much more filters and editing tools.
Hi, have you even tested the app before rolling it out? I experience all kind of issues - black or blank screen when opening the picture, crashes when saving the filter. I miss the square photo option and the lighting range from previous version
Getting better.....Ok found it, please not add zoom in feature, you could zoom in and refine the partial brightness area. also the bottom right icom over the photo obscures the refinement thus the need to be able to zoom in and partial bright the area.once its available we are back to a perfect app.Thank you
Great app, I loved it from the first minute I used it. My first use was to remove a background and I have been impressed by the job done. The capabilities to edit your pictures are impressive as well
I love this app.......when it works. Normally it's fine, but lately all my photos/albums randomly go missing. They are there one minute, but not the next. I can't access them. So frustrating.
I have been using this app since past 1 month and have been very useful. But lately since past 2 days i am. Not able to see the phone images at all. When I go to select a photo from. Phone memory the screen turns white that's it.. Please try to provide a solution as soon as possible...
I've been using a similar app for years. The only thing that puts me off this is that it doesn't have a drop-shadow feature that makes the product "pop." That just makes products' appearance better. Otherwise I'd be more than happy to use this.
Laggy app, and the photos really are not the same as u take. BG function is not even functioning after apply cropping section, so what's the point of it? Instant uninstall.
I will start by saying what others have already said "i love this app". I honestly truly do. And I am SO interested in this supposid capability to link to multiple ecommerce platforms & upload item with photos and descriptions without having to do each marketplace seperately! So wow but uh HOW?? im usually not 1 to need a user manual but im not seeing the option or prompt and cant find any help topics/instructions anywhere. Where are these options or settings located? Anyone??
Bad update. Now i can't move my image nor zoom in zoom out smoothly as before, and app will force stop suddenly. Bad experience compare to last time.
I tried this aap earlier on my previous phone and it was working perfectly. Now on my Redmi 7A it is not able to show any of my photos stored on my phone, which I need to edit. Can anyone help me to fix this problem..
I hope u just maintained the old version. Old version is much easier to use. Old version can get photo from album. This new one caused me trouble i even thought my cp was thr problem...
After editing, photo quality becomes a little dull, which is not fit for uploading in any e-commerce portal.Needs a lot of bug fixes.Also,it doesn't work offline, which is disappointing.
Its better if we can still open and edit the pictures from the phone storage like before. Everytime i open the album it doesnt show any pictures.
This app works best but there is some issue in new updated version when you try to remove background of product picture the zooming is not working in subtract and restore options please do something about this issue.
This app is AMAZING!!! I needed an app that was a quality camerea that was easy to navigate and an edit app for final touches. All 3 needs effortlessly met. Highly recommend!!!
good photo editing and downloading but there is no option to add text on picture like price. will be helpful if had one.
Update is awful. The older version was perfect. Can no long take square photos or adjust brightness level.
Is there a way how to not lose quality after editing? Great app and easy to use, but seem to lower image resolution after saving.

When this app works it is fantastic! But it is unreliable for online business purposes. It was working great before the "updates/fixes". This is just awful. The first bug was worked out, and beautifully I might add. Now we have a problem with the "fix" from 1 July, 2019. What's going on here? Help!!! Please fix the fix, it was working just fine yesterday. And, just like that it is working great again!! Please keep up the good work. I have told so many about this app and we all depend on you.
