used the AIE store in nyc to store my luggage after the plane landed but before my hotel check-in. everything went well. luggage was not tampered with. the man who checked my stuff in and out did very little explaining. there was zero paperwork at the beginning NOR upon retrieving my bags. he just gave them back and went on to his next customer. I had to ask if I was finished. but yah, overall, no issues!
I used StoreMe during a trip to DC - we were easily able to find a place to drop our bags for pretty cheap near the capital mall during the day so that we didn't need to schlep them around while site-seeing on a pretty miserable rainy day. It was super convenient, easy and cheap. I would highly recommend the service.
Overall it is a simple concept executed well. The app worked well and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. My only complaint is that you can't modify the reservation time within the app, you have to call the venue.
Works great, easy to set up. Added bonus of finding interesting places to visit. We would've never found the museum we went to if not for this app.

The place wasnt open, I called and they said they weren't doing it. There was no way to rate or report this so it will continue to happen. And I got charged a cancellation fee. (Update: After this review I was given a refund and an additional voucher)
I used this in Charleston and it was perfect. Easy drop-off and pick-up, quick staff, and safe keeping of our luggage!
I couldn't have lobbied on Capitol Hill with my carry on. it was absolutely perfect...and Capitol Hill Hotel had amazingly kind folks there as well. will use again!
