Very beautiful, but crashes upon image upload. Doesn't seem to have any alignment functions, which is bothersome, and text cannot be selected/edited once typed. You'd have to backspace and manually re-type the entire chunk. Still, can't wait to use it once these bugs are fixed and more (functioning!) themes are added. By far the most aesthetic stories creator.

Downloaded this app to help me make the most out of creating stories for the company I work for and it's made the process more long winded and frustrating. The templates are nice but the app is not user friendly or as intuitive as I thought it would be. I find I have to make one page then export to the sister app. You can't change the colour of the text which is annoying especially if your working with dark imagery. In essence it making my job harder than easier.

IT HAS EVERYTHING, ITS FREE! its not other apps that you thought you can get all templates but theres monthly payment, no. You can put shapes, texts, with colors thatcu want. BUT theres one thing. when you try to fit your picture unto the size of the template, the picture becomes pixelated. ex: the template is landscape your pic is portrait, when you zoom that pic in, it will be exported as pixelated. sad. but overall, its good!!

I just installed and made my first story design but when I save the design it crops a part of my text and enlarges the font size. I would like if I could completely customize the given templates. There are some parts that can't be removed or replaced. 😊 Other then that the app is good.

I actually love the idea of this app and what it's trying to accomplish. Sadly, it has a mind of its own. I create a beautiful post and as soon as I want to upload it, "processing" begins and once it's done it makes all the text smaller. Repeatedly. I'm keeping it installed because I hope it gets fixed. I will change my review once it's fixed.

Only works using one template at a time. A single template works for multiple pages fine, but if you try to change the template for page 2, it shows a blank black screen or backs out of the story altogether. Kinda annoying you have to keep making new drafts for one story with multiple pages/slides/whatever you call it.

The templates are pretty nice and clean. But I have a bit of a trouble when it comes to editing the text, for instance, once it has been saved, it doesn't turn out the same way I arranged it. And the quality of the image is ruined, like totally blurred out. I don't understand, but I do love the design and everything. I hope you improve on this.

The app looks really nice but...it freezes while working on a template and editing the text for example. I need to put it in the background and then it works again. Also, when editing the text, the keyboard overlays with the app and i cannot see what i am editing. (Android S20 device)

Wanted to try it out for the trial period but it charged me for the month instead. Canceled the subscription because it constantly shut down and froze. Not easy to use and not good with their word.

Can't seem to resize photos so they actually fit inside the templates, adjust colours, or position stickers once they're added. These features must exist somewhere but it's not clear how to do it at all. All the templates have the same neutral "home and fashion blog" aesthetic.

..This app is pretty good, the things that I would of liked in this app that arent there are : more creative templates but the one that are within this app are nice. I would of also liked more customization of templates, for instance opacity, more realistic stickers, have some fx and animation. But still overall a great app.

Very frustrating. Cannot change the templates text for instance. Bottom editing part keeps on being over the space where I need to see what I do. Nowhere to hide that part while editing. Love your logo but that unfortunately does not get my things done. Very very frustrating.

It's a little bit unresponsive and hard to control. Plus, the picture quality is low. Nice app for those who want to customise their story layout but it's a little bit hard to do the customisation when it's hard to control.

The app is fantastic with lots of great stories, even a free version. I was about text issue, yet had to discover myself, that it's a little bit complicated to add/edit text. Otherwise it's all good! Thank you)

I've been using this app for 2 years and it's been amazing for me target has what type of style that I want from there from each section of columns which for artistic people with their credit to a mindset that they have that they want to postpone in any social media that they want to do as well for me as a photographer told to help me to boost my audience in my photography account, and it will help it just find your creative style and your own mindset.

It's buggy. It freezes even after you've reset. It would have been really nice if it didn't freeze because it is so aesthetic. Uninstalling just coz I know it can be improved but I wouldn't recommend it until then

When adding or editing text, the toggling between viewing and editing could be better. This the reason I do not use this app for post. The editing is not seamless.

It looks like it would be great, bur for the life of me I can get any of my pictures to appear portrait. When I choose a photo it comes up sideways and I cant see any controls to turn the photo. Am I missing something?

Very buggy, freezes all the time. I double tap per instructions to add text and nothing happens. UI is not intuitive at all. Very disappointed as I love Planoly.

It has so good tamplates and features but while using this app i felt that it's only good for wifi network only coz on normal data Network, tamplates are taking too much time to load , saving them also takes so much time .Also it shows only white spaces in place of tamplated while opening the app. It would be a better experience if this app starts working smoothly on data network also..

I previously gave the app 5 stars, however I have been unable to get it to work for over a month, including an inability to send feedback bc it crashes too quickly. Unfortunately, that makes it not worth the money for me.

I really want to use this but it keeps crashing before I can even start - when I go in to choose a template it crashes. Every. Single. Time. Bummed

Keeps freezing and stopping. Now I can't even get into my drafts. Text feature is annoying, you can't customize the size/shape of the text box.

I have the free app and it gives me loads to work with, but if you purchase the PRO version you would get even more! I haven't even needed the pro app to be happy and Saturday with my content.

at first seemed cool but it isn't very responsive, is very glitchy and after wasting 30 min trying to get just one screen done I gave up and uninstalled it. bye.

Love the idea of this,please make it available for desktop. I already pay to manage two accounts with Planoly and prefer to create and schedule content from my desk.

Great templates but not easy to use. I love the design of the templates but I'm finding the editing of them very fiddly and frustrating.

Templates are cute and simple, but it loads so slow to do an action—such as picking the photos or changing the background colour. It's so laggy.

I really like it. I super duper like it. However it takes time to load the template. Sometimes it crashes. Any updates with the templates and improvement?
