Story Saver for Instagram

Sorry I'm going to have to uninstall this app, it was such a good app, then it logged me out & I keep getting an error message, I'm done, I can't log in any more Update: I seem to be having issues with this App, it was working perfectly, but now I'm having trouble saving anything, if I click save on a photo, it says Video was saved, but nothing happens & I've saved nothing, I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling the App without success, please HELP!!! Love it, easy to use, Thank you

This app used to work decently but on the last update they took away the swipe-right functionality and replaced it with an insane amount of ads. Stay away from this app until the developer gets less greedy and fixes it back to what it used to be. Edit: At least for now the ads seem to be greatly reduced. I wish there was an option to buy an ad-free version.

Return the tap and hold (long press) to see/play the picture/video. Tapping the play to see pictures or playing videos is not efficient, it takes more time and effort. Will change to 5 stars if you do that. Edit: 4 stars since dev didn't put the tap & hold (long press) feature but return the swipe feature (still need to tap the "Play" button) instead.

It used to be fine with the ads but lately they've gotten so ridiculous I actually ended up uninstalling it. I'd rather pay for an ad free version than deal with the ridiculous amount of ads in this app. They pop up AS you are trying to save something so you don't even know if it actually saved in some instances. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

please. it works well but theres too many ads. like for real, the ads are on extreme rate. you can't even have time after tapping on a story to download it. i mean, when u tap on the story, before the menu even showed up, the ads come first and it really annoys me. please. i know you wanna make some bucks with the ads but place and set them properly. thank you. the app works as it claims properly btw.

This was a great app until the latest update. Before, tapping on the thumbnail would give you the option to download and holding the thumbnail would allow you to view it. Not anymore. Now you have to hold it down to receive all the options. And once you're viewing a story, you can no longer swipe left or right to view the next one. You have to view them all individually. If these problems are fixed, it's a 5 out of 5 app. I don't even care about the constant ads.

I loved this app because the stories we saved has the same quality resolution as the owner of the stories. But it crashed a lot and I can't even open the app before so I decided to uninstall it waiting the developer to fix it, now they fixed it I just installed it again but don't know why I can't save the stories with the same quality anymore. I miss the old you :(

The ads since I began using this app have been intrusive, annoying and intentionally placed and triggered to get accidental clicks. It was bearable. But since the last update the ads have become absolutely cancerous. It just took me nearly an hour to work through my list of follows thanks to an endless string of video ads that take twenty or more seconds to bypass. The operator of this app should be ashamed of their greed.

The app itself is fine, but MY GOD... THE ADS. I understand the developer needs to make money, but this is excessive. I've had multiple occasions where I've had an ad went to download another story and before I could download it, another as played. and these things aren't short either, they're 30 second ads!

the app started crashing a few weeks ago. If i do log out and try to log in an error appears. I have to reinstall the app and when i open it im automatically login without put my data. When i try to download some story the usual message appears: "video saved" but when i press the "open" option a message appears saying that the video don't exist so that means the video did not download. I ve tried to delete all data to change my video viewer and other things but no one worked. Pls try to fix tysm

AAAAADDDDDSSSS!!! I get that ads make the world go round but this is an especially insidious model where full-page ads will pop up randomly and FREQUENTLY to essentially trick you into tapping on them thus earning the devs $$$. The back button is often disabled, and after every unskippable 30 second video, you're treated to an additional 5 second still ad just in case you weren't paying attention. Mind you this can happen as often as EVERY OTHER TAP while you're in the app!

Have you given up trying to fix this app? It's been a long time. It was great and I miss it. Logged me out and won't let me log back in. I even changed my password to no avail. Had to open another story saver app and logged on with no problem. Please fix this asap if you want me to come back with 5 stars. Useless. Too bad... it was the best imo

I used to love the app but changed my instagram password and now I can't log back in. I've changed my password in the past and was able to log in again so I'm not sure what happened. Clearing the cache and data didn't work. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the app again didn't work.

Used app for a while and was pretty good. All a sudden logged out and cant log in again. Seems am not the only one experiencing this isue. Hopefully get resolved soon and then i can leave a better review. Which is a shame really, compared to many others this one was very good.

I like this app, but I've been put in Instagram jail for a week for "using third party apps" connected to Instagram. I don't know if Story Saver had anything to do with this or not. The app does save stories as advertised, but I do not like all the ads that pop up. I do understand that they are necessary for the developer to make money.

Hey there, I've been using the story saver for one year and it has been amazing so far, but for the past two weeks the stories are not showing instead it gives me "error feedback_required". Please fix the problem as soon as possible.

It's still need to tap 'Play' before we can slide to move to the next story, unless like older build that we can just slide to play without tap 'Play'. But hey, that's better than the previous build that we need to tap 'Play' to chrck every story, THANKS for your hard work, very useful app.

After I updated today, when I clicked on app afterwards it shows forced stopped. I tried clearing cache and even cleared storage but nothing seems to work Need assistance Thank you Yoba team to respond this soon. I'd also like to provide a suggestion to add more conveniency to the app. E.g. Downloading multiple media from stories by having a select option. Having another tab on the main app UI for downloading their feed. And please not too many ads. Please keep the app this way. Thank you again.

New Update: This is the worst IG dowloader ever. I'd give it 0 out of 5 if I could. FULL OF SPAM AND LOOONG VIDEO ADS. I think the ads have been ramped up to the highest, most intrusive level possible. Seriously, don't download this unless you enjoy full-screen, animated ads taking over after every 3 to 5 taps and that are as tricky as possible to get you to accidentally tap on them. I switched to Story Downloader and now am much happier.

works well but I miss the swipe left function (the one that lets you check more than one story from the user). it is not working anymore since the last update :( it's a bit painful to tap on every story and select Play. upd:hey Dev thanks for your response. Disappointed today. Today, for first time ever, this app started to play music. it's not a music app. couldn't get it to stop without restarting the phone. I've uninstalled until they get it together. I dont mind ads within an app. I have a problem with music playing when I use it and even after I close it

You can sign in with multiple Instagram accounts at once and easily switch between them! It does what it is supposed to do, but I would LOVE for their to be a highlight download option! I would also love to be able to download profile pics!

Latest update is a joke. Uninstalled it and won't be using it until things get back to normal. Edit : thanks for the heads up developer. The slider in player screen is exactly what I want to be back, just the same as before. Thanks in advance. ........... ............ I keep getting an error message that says "feedback_required". The app has done wonderful things in the past but recently, specifically the past few weeks i have experienced many bugs including my Instagram account getting locked. Please continue to support and develop this app

App keeps stopping every time i open it. Tried clearing data and cache, reinstalling it twice ... still didn't work. And i noticed that the two times it asked me for my login info, my ig was hacked from two different phones. I had to secure my ig account twice. Just giving a heads-up to everyone else facing the same problem.

This app used to be absolutely perfect. I would've recommended it to anyone, but after these updates I wouldn't trust it for a second. The app now asks for you to confirm your login with a code sent to your phone number or use one of your saved login codes. You guys are crazy if you think I'm going to do any of that. I might as well hand over my Instagram account if that's the case.

A disappointment I used the app for years now that I reinstall it, it turns out that I cannot log in, I enter my correct credentials and it tells me an error, I have the feeling that they only want to steal information, I advise activating double authentication and changing password

for those of you who annoyed by constant ads like, unskipable 30sec ads to watch. sure it does what it says but theres better app called storysave. i highly recommend that one instead of this. this is kinda like lite version while storysave feels like premium.
