Story Writer

I like the fact that this app lets you import fonts and change the size of the menu. It's really well organized, however the dark theme doesn't look good and you can't import pictures. The UI is a bit ugly, too. I believe it would be better if you could change the default categories (instead of only having chapter, storyline, characters and ideas) and add your own.

I love making stories on it. The issue is that I am not able to put italics with my stories. I mainly make first person stories so there are alot of thoughts. I also would like an easier way to save my progress rather than hitting the back button and hitting save and exit. It also sometimes deletes some of my stories.

For the first story writer I've used, it's pretty good. I like that you can add a password and make it a diary. I see a lot of reviews saying that they lost their progress. You have to manually export your data by clicking to 3 dots in the top corner. After you uninstall and later install it again, you have to import your data. DO NOT import BEFORE you export, I've lost stories that way.

The only problem is that it doesn't automatically save your writing as you exspected it would. Instead you have to go on setting and click on it to automatically save your writing. Sadly I had to learn the hard way. Though other than that, so far it cool! It's nice how it goes in litte sections like charaters, and our ideas. It's hard to make a book but this makes it a little easy. (in my opinion).

Really good. Until just now. When ever an ad would pop up at the bottom like you would expect. No big deal right? Except it plays the audio from the as if it was a full on pop up. That audio does no go away until you close the app or a different ad pops up which plays different audio. Really annoying 😤😤😤😤. I really want to give this a 5 star but the as glitch is way to annoying.

It's a great app for writers or people who want to make quick notes. Another person wrote that it doesn't save automatically but in settings you can set it to save anytime you close the app or switch tabs. I uninstalled it recently to clear space and looked for another writing app but still this one hooked me in again. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone I know in real life who needs a good writing app.

This app is great. I've used it at least two years for writing stuff, and it's awesome because there are hardly any adds, you don't have to make a profile or anything to use it, and there are different catagories for different things, like characters, ideas, and you can make as many folders as you like. Definitely suggest it for people who like writing, because it's really handy.

I absolutely LOVE this app! It's so helpful for my writitng because it give you a characters, ideas, chapters, and storline folders all when you add a new story. I myself am a writer and have been making stories for two years. This is so helpful for my planning and outlining. It even saves everything i've written when I delete the app and download it again! You can sign in to make sure it all saves, and honestly this app is just a life saver. It's the best of all writing apps I have tried.

Pretty good. I think it could be better in some way. Eg: when you go to a new paragraph speech marks automatically appear. A bit frustrating but I still enjoy writing on here. Edit: Thank you Rain Drop! I can now do my stories without having to delete the speechmarks when I go onto a paragraph! BEST APP EVER!

I like this app has the ability to make chapters. The annoying things are the automatically insertion of quote marks, it is slow to get started cause you have to select all options upfront. It also seems to erase writings at random times, so annoying.

It's a pretty cool app and I really enjoy writing storys I only have on suggestion: please add a thing where you can kinda I guess "illustrate" so like you can use pictures you have taken and put them wherever in you story so if anyone reads the story they also get a little picture too. I really hope you can add this other than that GREAT APP!!!

Its a great app to write stories!It does have a few adds,but they are so little! I like this app because I always wanted to write stories,but,on paper,they would get torn up and destroyed.With this,I could make stories that would last FOREVER! But,there was this small prank,where my sister thought it was okay to delete one of my stories I worked on,though,I can;t reverse it.Afterall,this game is really good,has to deserve more 5 stars!

the app doesnt save anything when you accidently log out. it got be so annoyed since I had to restart atleast three times. and the app stopped working as I was writting and I lost all my written text. its a great app but it got me so annoyed please fix this and make sure it saves, when it says it saves when it doesnt.

This game is GREAT!!! And for all you say it doesn't automatically save writing it actually does you just have to go to app settings and turn on auto save and to help you out even more when you first enter the app right after download it it will ask to be able to activate Auto save! Good game

This is a good app, but it annoys that on my type of phone, the keyboard barely works. I can barley write a sentence without having to tap a key for a letter over and over again. But this app is amazing. Would recommend!

This story writer is very good as i am practicing my hobby and talent with it. I cant tell much of some of the problems one may encounter such as deleting tge updated story if one press the back button,i have learned that. But how do one give permission to finally export the story as an ePUB or ZIP? Thats my problem now,because i want to have a final thing.

I love to write and its easy to just have it on an app instaed of paper. But it has one problem... If you press the back button to many times it deletes your intire story wich is ok if you remember to copy after every time you write. My baby brother did this and it made me very mad. Otherwise 5 stars!

Very simple yet affective app. I love the lack of pay wall, although the formatting is flawed. I also recommend using a separate format for plot planning. The one the app is less detailed, and more simplistic then optimal.

This app was sooo good until I went on it earlier on to review my story and it was gone. I hadn't seen any of my chapters and even though I signed in with my email nothing was backed up. I still can't believe it now I'll have to do everything over again, all my chapters.you were good until you were not!😥😞😢😭😓 I'm not sure if I'll be able to recover from this.

It saves up my stories easily but when I wanted to add some pictures, it said 'not supported' Your app needs improvement. But To be honest, it doesn't need network when, writing so I really love it because it saved my data..

Its super helpful and very organised, and the different settings with the sizes of the font and line space helps everyone! I use it all the time for everything, only writing app I need!

Great app but I wish it would have let us have a backup file using the account that we have sign in. It would be pretty handy so we can continue our whenever something happened. However maybe add some few features like we can write in bold, italics and underlined words

Easy to use and great for writing stories and scripts, but would be good to see the final product of the "book" when done and finished making it. Just an idea!

Love the app, love that I can italicize words and see it in writing instead of just getting ** signs. One thing I would change: please at least give us the option to pay you to remove adds. I would love to fund this app's development in exchange for not having adds draining my battery.

I love this app. It makes my life so easy. Half the time I get ideas for one of the books or poetry compilations I'm working on while I'm at work or some where no where near home and I can just pop on my phone and seamlessly add them and come back later. I'm just hoping I'm going to be able to get this app on my new fire tablet and be able to cross communicate as my Android phone and Samsung tablet which just died did.

I will give it -100 if I could..😡 such a waste app.. I typed so much and after i put down my phone for just 30 sec and when I unlocked my screen the app showed msg that the app is not working close the app.. it automatically closed and when I re opened the app everything I typed was vanished.. all my effort and time was in vein..😡😡😡 don't download this app ever..

BRUH, u couldn't even change the default setting. All it would let me do was anme the title. LIke if they want a better rating, then they're gonna hafta improve. Thanx

I gave four stars because the anything written in the app does not automatically save, which is a big deal for me because I do not always remember to save my work or I have to go somewhere quickly and don't have time to save. I like the app, but I don't know if I can deal with my work no saving automatically.

Really good for story creation and fun to use! 4 star because if you forget the password you set, there is no way to reset it! You either remember it or you dont! But good app overall.
