StoryArt - Insta story editor for Instagram

I paid for the subscription only to find out you need to pay for a second Pro+ subscription just to use all the templates. I don't want to pay for the second subscription because how do I know their won't be a third waiting for me on the other end. I don't mind paying for a subscription but the extortion subscription model irritates me. So for that one star.

Very much ussfull It can be better if have more free options like music,s or stills in the program .. but it's not the same thing about it can be better .. tnx a lot 🙏🙌😃

I'm a sweet potato who's been using this app for so long, I don't have a subscription but still, their free frames are still the best.

I just used it once. But it's something else what's a brilliant app. Superb one no complaints. But I recommend you guys to make some of the effects as free that's all. Superb work guys 👏👏

Just started, and I'm enjoying this app so far. So many cool templates and amazing formats. So far Storyart is in the running to be my most fave social editing app

Wow can it be so easy! Just flipped it on Pick 3 pictures and boom it made a video it knew exactly what I wanted. You creators rock thank you I hope when I try all the other functions they are just as easy too...

Aboslutely fantastic and easy to use.

I decided that I like its interface more than Unfold. I installed it and bought a film theme. However the app has some bugs and I can't use it anymore. For example, when I type a text on my story and then go to Chrome to specify smth and go back to StoryArt, my story remains empty and I have to type the text again. Also I can't edit previous story or delete them. Fix it and the app will be excellent.

I was REALLY disappointed when I downloaded this app. I had really been looking forward to using it, however. As soon as it was installed on my phone my Norton security identified it as a privacy risk. When I took a closer look at the details of the risk, I found that this app can cause unusual behaviour in your device. So, until this is fixed I will just have to find another app.

It was fun and game until it crashed in December. Couldn't use any paid template even though I've paid for the membership and it should work until July 2020. Emailed the representative but they couldn't really give any solution. We just went back and forth emailing and I've tried everything uninstalled and reinstalled it a several times but it never worked. So now I can only use the free templates :( Please fix this issue. The app is pretty good but some changes would make it better. 1. A blank template where you can start from 0 and position your things at your liking. 2. The stickers or ornaments should have an option to go under pictures. It only goes under other decorations and not the pictures. (Same with text) 3. I understand the PRO things, but almost everything is PRO. Should leave some more stickers out of PRO but not every one of them. 5. More fonts please!

Its very easy to use even though the number of fonts available in the free version are very few but the templates for all purposes have been very helpful. i even tried the paid version and there isn't much difference in quality or even quantity for that matter. yes there have been days when this app will just delete all my edits so i have to make sure i mail them to myself in case the app crashes. the most annoying this is that u can not crop anything. so u crop on some other app them transfer it hence not the most convenient situation.

It has been frustrating to use this app. Though templates are great, but editing in them is frustrating. It doesn't save your drafts. One back click, and all is gone. I would be writing text, to close the text box and keypad I would click back and one extra back I am back to my template page and all my progress is lost. There needs to be drafts saved or save button. Also one can't remove text box, the cross button doesn't work.

As a photographer this app is a real game changer for my marketing and social media posts. It gives me the possibility to complete the whole look and feel of my instagram story or other posts. The only thing that bugs me is how precise I have to tap the text editor to move it around. I'd also love to see a possibility to change the line height of my text.

The last two updates had useful features especially the transition feature. But unfortunately since that feature was released saving pictures and videos have some bugs. When I use transition for a picture and save it the video is broken. Sometimes even when I don't use transitions the picture's texts is not completely saved and only some alphabets are still there. These bugs make the app pointless to use. Please fix it. I thought the last update would do it but it's still the same.

I really like this app. I've been using this for a long time. But there is one issue. Sometime back I bought a new galaxy note 10 lite. When I export a photo from StoryArt to Instagram, the filter no longer applies. I mean the templates do not align properly. Please fix this.

I love the app, the filters and everything. I am using the premium version. But please, there should be a save draft option. And an UNDO/ REDO BUTTON! It makes the app complete. Otherwise it's very frustrating to lose the entire thing because of one wrong click. Please do this asap!

Pretty great app, but you really should add the ability to do 1:1 ratio templates for Instagram posts....not just the longer Stories. Would be PERFECT for Instagram if you added that feature. 2-28-20 Update. I'm un-installing. If you ever add a Lifetime (one-time payment) option like your competitors do (I can get a competing app that does exactly the same as yours for a lifetime one time payment of $20) let me know & I will consider buying your app. As for now, I'm going with your competition.

So far so good! Only first day using the app but I like what I see. Nice background designs. Would be nice if you could upload more than 3 videos to a collage.

I requested a refund on the day I made the subscription. According to the FAQs it's possible to ask for it via email within 10 days from the subscription. Well, i never get any reply neither a refund

Please fix the quality issue. I just thought the app does works properly but when I saved the photo, I got shook when i checked it on my gallery. The quality of the photo was really bad. I did it again and saved the photo but the quality didn't change after all. I'm so disappointed.

Overall is good. But recently I cannot save the edits I made to Instagram, album and/or any other options. Edit: suddenly the app can save my edits after idk maybe about 2 days. I am not sure the cause of it. But as of now it works. I don't think the problem lies in my internet connection. I tried w/ both my house wifi and mobile data but unable to save. But it's all good now.

I purchased Pro version, which worked only a first two or three days after the purchase. After that I could only use free app features, even though I clearly have yearly Pro membership. I tried to solve this with their customer service, but they ignored all my e-mails, and responded only in app chat, saying that I should send them e-mail again and again. I asked for cancelation and a refund (inside a deadline - 10 working days, but they ignored my request). So I obviously would not recommend.
