Had to exit and open several times in order for it to play different stories. The sessions didn't update. 7 days is not enough time for all these glitches. I also wouldn't call the app straight forward but perhaps it's because it continues to glitch. The lady telling the story is not soothing and it looks like the only option is to turn her off instead of changing her, I love the idea and concept. Looks like the potential is there but unsubscribe... The experience maybe different for you.
I really love this app. It creates a perfect bonding time for me and the kids during bedtime. They love getting massages and listening to the stories. This app also helped my eldest sleep through the night - before, she would always wake up in the middle of the night and get scared and have a hard time falling back to sleep. Now they all sleep peacefully thru the night and wake up in the morning. ❤️
Forced into free trial! I downloaded it and started setting it up. It then came up for the free trial and asked for the payment options regarding the membership after the free trials ends. I immediatly pressed back as i didnt want to continue. It then said that my free trial has now started and i cannot cancel the subscription (which i never agreed to). Do not download!!! I need a reply back from the developers asap as i dont have that kind of money spare to disappear.
App worked well, for a few days. Now it won't load. Their Customer Support is lacking. They tell you to email them, and don't email back.
I like it so far. Please make more of the stories free and probably I'll give a better review. And in the second last picture showing what parents can do, how do you get that feature?
Do not download this app unless you 100% want it. I immediately discovered it was not for me and right away tried to cancel it. I tried for 7 days to cancel the subscription. For 7 days it would not let me and kept saying technical error. Funnily enough, after the trial period my card was charged for the whole year and the app works fine now.
Works wonders! The stories are fantastic and the combination with massage guidance have really changed our lives for the better. Ended up converting from a free trial to a subscription. Worth every penny. The negative reviews are misplaced - their customer service is helpful and super responsive.
It's a good app that has massage techniques for babies with a story (voice over) with calming music. I have a few suggestions though. Would be great if there was an option to speed up the video. The number of videos is limited, for an annual charge of 3000 INR, it seems quite less although the content Is good. I'd have loved it if they have monthly charges instead and age wise changes in story/techniques. Andrea from the app team was super supportive in getting a refund. Overall, worth a try!
I downloaded this app to see if it would help my 5 month old go to sleep easier and stay asleep longer. Sometimes it took 30 minutes to get him to go to sleep! This app was very easy to follow along with and the stories were very cute, however, it did not work for us. I forgot to cancel my subscription before the 7 day trial ended so I reached out to the developers and they were able to refund me. Very nice!
I have been charged twice for the subscription. I have yet to receive a refund that I was told I would receive. I SENT the email 3 weeks ago. I AM SURE they are busy racking in the money. False Advertising, they come back at you saying, it is a yearly subscription, so WAM hit between the eyes and mouth. OUCH !
Notification of the massage no yes yes what time to start the sleep routine. My kids love her My son and I really like the app but we would like them to incorporate head massages and more variety of stories. There are a lot of backs, but my son really likes the hands and the face and there is little variety. But it's still a nice app!
I keep trying to open the app for the first time and it closes. I get a message saying the app had a bug.
Amazing...we have been using this app at bedtime for a little over a week... My 4 year old has stopped the nightly routine of trying everything under the moon to not go to sleep... since downloading, I ask her if she wants a back, tummy, face or hand massage... she picks 1 or 2, I do them and then she goes to sleep & does not call for us multiple times... she is also sleeping later love this app I am more relaxed she is relaxed no more bedtime fights... can't praise this app enough ...
Very sneaky. Download for free set up account and then tells you, you have to pay for any relevant content. Not really worth it. Would have been nice to know about costs before setting up account and wasting time. Some people may have money spare every month for these apps. I however do not
This app literally changed our lives!! My daughter has been a bad sleeper since I can remember. We couldn't get her to sleep throughout the night. After a few days using it now she likes her bed even more because of our Storybook time. She loves the stories and being pampered by mom or dad. It's brilliant!! Can't understand why there are bad reviews. If people forget to unsubscribe is their fault getting charged. Just like any other subscription service
I downloaded the app and it wasn't what I thought it was. I was looking for stories to read myself to my daughter. I tried to cancel it but, tha app wouldn't let me. I was charged the year subscription. I spoke to customer service and they were very understanding, quick with there replies and my refund. I give them 5 stars for there awesome customer service! The app may not be for daughter and I but, it's worth checking out if your looking for something different than just a story.
Don't ever download or subscribe for free trial. After the free trial end it will automatically charge the annual subscription. It is scam apps. I only notice now that I paid for annual subscription on Jun 2020. I just download and open the apps 1 time only and totally forgot bout this apps. Then found out about subscriptions
I downloaded this app for the baby massage but realised I already do half of them anyway whilst she plays on her tummy ect! But if i didn't this app would be very useful. There are video description you can follow very simply along with calming music and poems! I forgot I had it after the 7 day free trial but customer service are amazing and understanding and refunded me the money back! Marcio's was brilliant help! Thank you!
I tried the app but my 16 month old didnt seem to have any interest in it. I wasnt able to cancel my subscription in time but they were very nice and helped me get my refund. I just had a hard time finding the right email address to ask for the refund but it all went very smoothly once i got in contact with the developers. Thank you familify.
I really enjoyed this app, i am new to it but was also quite pleased with it in general the music is also very peaceful and soothing nearly put myself to sleep lol and my daughter really loved it , it helped her to relax whilst going to sleep and i can sit for hours reading book after book , but to be able to massage her off to sleep was amazing so this is a hit what a beautifully illustrated app also. I would recommend this to all parents.
It was not the app itself that I was disappointed in. I was very fond of its functions, but my daughter was not a fan. With that being said, what was not okay was the response time of customer service. I didn't receive a response or confirmation. I was also unable to cancel my subscription when my trial was over. I tried to in the app and it simply would not cancel. Now I have a permanent subscription being charged to my card with no way to cancel and no way to contact the people with issue.
The case was, I got in touch with the developers of the App and the service and attention have been magnificent. Very close and very diligent. I felt talking to a person who was concerned about my situation and helped me solve it. I have applied massages to my baby and I have to follow that she has improved the time and tranquility with which she is going to sleep. Without the massages it took a long time. Anyway, it's great and those behind it make it even more wonderful
This app is horrible, they charge me twice for the annual subscription, and I send a message but they never replied to me. The worse part is that when I tried to log in it says that my information doesn't match or when I finally log in it ask me to subscribe to the annual subscription.
Tried to play a story but playback failed and only one song would play. Tried to cancel my subscription but haven't received any confirmation of cancellation, so I guess I have to wait and see if they charge my card. Very disappointed.
If they offer a free trial, it shouldn't be necessary to include your credit card! If, after 7 days I want to continue the program, then they ask for my card and I decide if I will continue, but it is a scam to count on people for forget to cancel so they can charge you even if you don't like the program.
Downloaded it 2 weeks ago. I did the 7 day free trail and forgot to cancel it before the 7th day. But they were very helpful with getting my refund. The stories they have are short but having that massage and quality time with my son was very nice. Really did help him fall asleep faster. I also notice he stayed asleep longer.
How do I stop this from charging me? I cancelled the second I signed up. Was not what I expected. Now it's saying it won't be cancelled until Nov 3 and the trial ends the 2nd. How does that seem fair? This better not charge me. Is there someone I can contact like customer service to make sure this does not charge me? I don't have that kind of money to go to an app
I feel cheated. It is suppose to be charge monthly. Then I just got a message inform that I was charged yearly for this app. Why? Right now I cannot uninstall it because I already paid for it. For those that want to install this app, if you dont need it dont install it. But for the function and everything, this app is good to help your baby to sleep. It just that don't trick people like this. I don't like it. Thanks.
Still in the trial phase of this app and I am not able to cancel my subscription! I am very upset because my daughter doesnt like it and now I'n stuck having to pay an annual subscription for an app that would not be in use! Plz fix this and cancel my subscription plz thanks! I did however send an email also and is still waiting for a response from you all. I regret having download this app.
During the trial period you can't cancel the subscription when you went in it led nowhere when I clicked next, and surely so, as soon as the charges were made it led to play store and then appeared the option to be cancelled only a year from now, I sent messages via contact us during my trial period and got no replies.
