The app works really well and the collage formats are also unique.. Would be great if you could decrease the amount for premium membership and also keep few more options under free to explore the app more..

so here are some thing I think you should add! So first. Being able to scrool to the part of the video where you would like to add things. For example I wanted to put text at the start of my video but I couldn't. I had to put it at the other part. And second, is the transitions please make just simple single transitions and not multiple in just one. It would give users a lot more Cusomabilty like just spins, shakes ect. and last, bring able to make your own transitions. Thank you!

I could swear I paid $15 for the year, not per month when I subscribed to the app. It's a cool app. But not worth $15/mo, $40 a year, that's ridiculous.

The templates are good but it's so frustrating when i just paid for the yearly subscription and I can't use the vip access. I clicked on Restore and it still routed me to the Trial window. I tried updating, installing, and uninstalling. Still none. I feel like i've been robbed. Until they fix this issue, i'm not gonna change my rating.

app is OK. I like the background / frames you get on this app, a bit too girly for my taste, but still use them. I don't like that I need to use Internet to see the frames. it will be nice to have an offline experience too. has NOT make any difference on my Instagram, many filters have to be purchased. some seem repetitive.

Most of the templates are unlock.. Cant able to open.. Then how can we use this app.. If we want to unlock any templates we want to recharge amount more.. How is it possible for all the people..

It used to work fine but for like a month now I cannot save any stories that have videos in them. It shows it's saving the file to galery but then the file doesn't even open. It works fine with just photos. I have the premium version because I loved the app so much but at the moment it is almost useless for me.

Best in the world for quote makers. However, it should be free for creators like me as we are always ready to promote such an awesome app.

Dissapointed !! I've purchased a VIP plan. 1)Most of the templates doesn't work. Just a blank white screen appears, it keeps on trying to buffer even with high speed internet connectivity (Wi-Fi). 2)Also the alignment and spacing in the template is different from the Instagram's Story (screen). Once the video is uploaded to Instagram Story, the entire content in StoryChic template doesn't appear on Instagram Story screen. I have screenshots of the same, there's no option here to share.

Love this app but been experiencing an issue for a while now. When I upload videos instead of recognising them as 4 seconds long or 10 seconds long or whatever it may be, it says something ridiculous like the video is 12455 seconds long and exceeds maximum length! Super frustrating, maybe a bug but I have no idea how to fix it! Send help please!

I got the annual plan now, the app is great but I missed some things. 1. Login via Facebook or Google. 2. Having the same functions of the app on your site, it will be easier to make Storys through the PC 3. Integration with the dropbox, google drive, etc ... This way I do not need to download the images into my cell phone

Had been using this for almost a year but couldn't take it anymore because of it's constant lag. It slows down my phone too. Worse, it didn't save your work after finishing it. And you can't edit a story anymore once it is save or if you accidentally exit the app. It's a shame because the app is very easy to use.

This is app is really nice. However, I want to request for a refund. A family member used the free trial and after that they didnt use it anymore. It leaded to a full year subscription, and playstore said that the subscription is already cancelled. But this day, it made me paid for that. I already emailed you, I hope you'd see this one.

Makes it seem free.... even free to download. but you have to pay to do anything. uninstalling. there are free ones just like it and they dont try to trick you either. Be upfront. I would've paid. but I won't pay for something when it seems I'm being effed with. reminds me of places that quote one price then you get the service and that's when they up the price. it's quite scammy

It looks like it could be awesome. However I am a try before I buy type, and there isn't enough options currently for me to buy. Wish there was a few more free options to see if we would even like certain collages or animations.

Its one of the best editing app, I had ever seen. I just loved the different background videos and the styles used in it. Even we can get ideas of clicking pictures from this as there are persons posing in different ways. Features are also amazing. And i could just wish a same app for making live videos then it would be absolutely a amzing and a perfect app There are many different variations in it and its not so costly . I would recommend everyone to buy this as you will be benefitted🤗😄😉

Not a fan AT ALL. I was just testing it to see if I would like it but I sadly dont. I wish we could make our own slide shows with our own skills that we have or dont have..? Its basicly like the others apps I've been seeing. But its pretty easy to learn so Ill give some support on that.

A lot of areas of opportunity. It's a Greta tool for new business owners or bloggers that want beautiful story's to post. But the editing is limited. We're not allowed to get things exactly how we want because the templates are preset to basically follow their design only. Disappointing to be forced to use their style completely

One of the best apps for photo and video editing...! I was being asked by everyone who saw my stories that which app was I using, but after 2months I'm not able to save the video even if it shows it's being saved, it is not seen in my gallery... Totally disappointed😞kindly reply back for a better solution???

I used to love this app so much. But I can't use the app now. Everytime I try to load pictures onto the templates but I can't, cos they don't load. Don't know when this nonsense started but I can't load any pictures on any template. Thinking of deleting this app. It's become useless to me. Updated. Problem persists. Deleting app.

Super great. Except for lacking of templates, which I think is going to add-on as and when, everything works fine. Easy to use and user friendly! Suggest to allow user to do some small editing themselve too. That will make the experience better

App was fine. So that would be 4/5 stars. However, I Paid a years sub. After a month i no longer have acces to VIP content! Developers slow or non responsive to compalints. I've tried everything suggested but it will not restore! Does this app work with Android 11, as that's the only change I've made?!

I used to really love this app but everytime i try to make a story now, it freezes and it would exit, and the one i have been working on obviously won't be saved and I have to start over again. So disappointing and such a waste of my time.

Paid for this app, and can't even use any of their features?! What a waste of money. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times and it still doesn't work. I've also tried clicking on the "restore" button plenty of times but it's stil useless. Please fix this issue!

Love the templates. Easy to use and plenty of options to choose from. Just one suggestion, for the animated templates, there should be an option to make 15 second long stories to make full use of Instagram story policies. Thanks.

This app is brilliant & I use it daily and even pay for it! But lately the app is completely pointless as nothing saves at all anymore. I've used this app for 2 years and never had an issue so I'm hoping they fix this soon because it's been over a month with this issue.

Robbers! I downloaded the App by mistake and got charged 39.99€. I asked for a refund to Google Play but I was told to contact the provider directly. I sent 2 emails asking Insta story to refund me. So far I haven't heard from anyone! Poor customer service! I would urge anyone not to download this App. They charge you for 1 year even though you haven't used the app...

As to me, it’s the best.I can make fantasy stories and send beautiful photos to Instagram.Every story maker can try the various template and layouts in it.This cool app really have super powerful and unique charm. I really really really love it ! (#^@^#)

App has very good editing features. But it was a 3 days trial period on which they deducted yearly payment of 3.4k , and no option to cancel the subscription. It is a trick to misguide new users.

Waste of time ... Payment fails..... Play Store issue or the apps don't know....
