I registered from my home computer and then attempted to login with the same error message as others (wrong email). I believe that the registration screen drops a character from the email field when you submit your info and that is why so many people have had difficulties. I had to call corporate to fix this. I installed the app on my phone and did experience some issues (blank screen, lags, etc ...) but that seems to have improved. BUT, the problem I've had is not with the app but in coupons/points not being rewarded. On 2 occasions coupons I clipped did not get applied. Another time my receipt showed I earned points but the points were not added to my balance. SVT did take care of me when I alerted them to these errors. I'm wondering how long it will take them before they abandon this program.

I tried loading this app. It never did. I couldn't get into it at all. Checking the troubleshooting page it says there is a lag time with Samsung galaxy phones. So I waited. Nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no better. I read the reviews and it seems that there are multiple problems with the app. The site admin needs to debug it. Stracks is our primary store and we use multiple locations. It would nice to have such a tool available when shopping.

I wish I could give zero Stars not only is this a horrible app it is a horrible program it has slowed down check out times dramatically keying in phone numbers seems like most people don't know how to use it at all which of course plays to the financial advantage of the store. There are nine pages of so-called digital coupons with no search option so people are left dialing through 9 Pages looking for 2 or 3 Digital Coupons manually instead of just giving you credit automatically it's absurd.

When the app works its nice however it seems to have more issues than it's worth. After the latest update I cannot even open the app. It keeps saying there are internet issues and it can't load content. I have even reset my router which is working fine.

If this isn't the most screwed up app ever it's definitely in the top 2.. a disgrace compared to other shopping apps & the low ratings prove just that.. hard to navigate, the home screen is pretty useless.. not user-friendly at all

If the points didn't expire I would rate higher! The most points I've ever accumulated was 600-not even enough to get a free gallon of milk. My next shopping trip 2 weeks later and more than half my points were gone! And you have 8 pages of coupons to look through and no way to sort them by category like produce, frozen, drink, etc. The only reason I still have this app is just to see the sales before going to the store.

Don't waste your time trying to use this one. I've tried installing from home and from my smart phone with the same results. Nothing happens! It mostly says it cannot access this site, even when I'm in the store. poorly developed and hastily deployed app.

Awkward layout/design/functionality. No way to search coupons, so you have to scroll through page after page to find something you might actually purchase. Can't even tell what the rewards points do. Disappointing.

You have to know exactly what you will be getting and clip coupons before you go to the store. The wifi in the stores wont let u add coupons while u are there. If u clip a coupon but dont use it u dont get your points back. Difficult to find coupons as well. Not impressed with this app.

Very generic. You can't search for coupons. Most of the offers are for the generic brand, which is fine, but there's not not enough variety. You have to go page by page, rather than find what you're looking for.the app can use an upgrade.

The app never seems to update instantly. I have clipped coupons while shopping only for them to not register at check out. Even the points total doesn't update immediately after shopping and paying like every other reward app does. Still love the store, but the app is garbage.

This app is a joke you have to have all your coupons clipped before you get to the register and 90% of the time I just stop in 4 A couple things I never know what I'm going to buy. It's a big waste of my time and once you get to the register they will not let you clip your coupons. There is a lot of work involved with this app and you end up getting next to nothing for all your troubles. I am deleting mine it is not worth it and I heard other people say the same thing. way too time consuming

This is hardly better then loading the website... not really even an app... just a direct link to their website... you cannot add items from the weekly ads to your shopping list... what is the point of this?... needs taken down and a full overhaul done.. it does not even run smooth.. what a waste of all our time...

could not remember my password, so I tried to request a new one but when I put my email address in and hit button to get new password, it would not do it at first and I never received an email to reset. I checked even my spam email and nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.

It'd be real great if you could update the app by adding a search bar to locate items and determine which are in stock or not. Also, why can't I search for specific coupons? A waste of an app. I'd rather take my money elsewhere.

Very unreliable. Randomly goes down and tells you to check your internet connection, even when no other apps are having issues. No workaround.

Stopped loading even after re-installation. This app needs some major update. Slow, unresponsive and the layout looks like something from 15 years ago.

Don't waste your time. Never received a single reward point. A store clerk told me to uninstall and install the app again. She blamed it on my phone. It did not work after I followed the clerks advised. It is a worthless app, too confusing and time consuming.

App just keeps wanting me to login, then says id in use ! I KNOW I just created it 5 seconds ago? Poor app. Will stay with Peaood for accuracy and reliability with their app, great delivery and orices too. Seriously Stracks, I'm local but you force me away with this app. Plus no place for handicap people to put carts near disabled parking. If this app doesn't work on my tablet, sorry but my business leaves Griffith.

i would like to know why i can only receive these discounts through my phone? Most stores have a little card i can attach to my key chain. And in order for me to download your app you want access to all my files, photos, contact list etc??? No way do you need this nor will you be getting it!

App is jacked up! Hard to download. Have to stroll through pages to find desired items. Layout is dysfunctional. Points expire without warning. Need I say more??

I was enjoying this app, but half of the coupons are for products that the Cedar Lake store doesn't carry. And today, seven of 'my coupons' did not deduct from my bill and are still in the coupon section. If it doesn't work, then it's useless.

App will not install even after several attempts. Really not fair that I can't get the the coupons or rewards when the app doesn't work. Never had issues with other stores apps.

So let's get this straight. I see something on sale if you use a digital coupon, but can't I search the app for it? Go through every sale item until I find it?! This app is the worst one I've ever used.

They always have a great variety of food available. Cannot beat their chicken dinners at the deli and the meatloaf is wonderful and affordable!

Makes shopping easier and helps you save even more money on top of their everyday low prices. Stracks is our 2nd fav store. The coupons they have sometimes are great. Can help your family save and get items for free.

You cannot see the sale ads. The ad specials button only says page not found. Some of the digital coupons won't let you clip them.

Pretty useless since they never upload the sale ads. Either the app developers or the store's marketing team need to be more on the ball with that. No point to the app without having the sale ads.

Can't get it to accept my email address, therefore can't use it. Store couldn't help. Didn't want to waste time calling corporate. Oh, and had to turn phone off to get it off screen. A big old waste of my time.

Glitchy. Redirects. No coupons ever. Tried for 2 years. No response from developer. Employees at the store have no idea what to do how to get app to work. Uninstalled. SA20; Crown Point; Boost for feedback. Please fix.
