It's terrible, they took off the dark mode, I can't find it anywhere. Also when there's sold out items in your cart it doesn't tell you anymore, thats essential!!
The app has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed The postal code issue explained by many customers in the comments Moreover the wishlist doesn't last more than a few hours. Last but not least the app is not synchronized with the available stock sometimes it shows an article is available while shopping but mark it out of stock while moving it to the cart
The only reason I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because there arebsome software glitches.For example, I am trying to place an order right now and it keeps giving me an error that one of the products is currently out of stock and to remove it so I can proceed with the order, but when I go back to my cart, all of the products arw showing in stock.Also, I requested to be notified when my size is back and for 2 days I kept getting half empty email notifications that my size was in but it wasn't
I ordered something and it broke in Shipping. The shipping company told me to contact stradivarius for a refund. I wrote 2 complaints and a month later have still never heard from them, so probably never getting a refund. edit: after a month and a half I was refunded thankfully.
Your app is fine but it still needs some improvement. Anyway, your effort to reach customer via whatsapp is really great, it gives us satisfaction and comfort because we can easily consulting with the store attendant. Keep up the goodwork and oh yeah, add 'customer service' line to your app, when we need to ask our on going order, etc. So, three stars for the app but five stars for the whatsapp services.
It's full with bugs. You can't complete ANY order. Postcode localization for stores and items quantity doesn't work and throws you back when you enter bank account creditials. And why do you need my ID number if I don't want invoice???
The actions were smooth, layout is amazing. It's really easy to use and navigate through. It was designed perfectly and smoothly. I like where everything is placed. I tried many different shopping applications they were great but almost each lacked something, but this app seems so have everything. I just placed an order and everything went smoothly and great. I just love it!! 👍👍👍👍

Horrific app and terrible website! Attempted to make a purchase through the very slow app. After adding my items to cart I went to check out and upon selecting a payment method was unable to complete my purchase, as I was met with a white screen that would not load. Nm I thought, I'll use the website. Equally laggy. Added an item to my cart and went to check out only to find that the item had duplicated and now I am not able to remove or edit the item. Just a bad experience.
Not only the app is full of bugs, the web app is also very problematic. The app has significant bugs for adding new items to the shopping cart. When there is 1 available selection (for example "regular length"), the item cannot be added even if it is available. it can be added on the web app through a browser.
Such a ridiculous design. Trying way too hard to be innovative and its just turned out a mess. Plus slow loading every time you click anywhere. Really unintuitive too. Scrolling to see the clothes nearly triggered a seizure, just way too much going on and hard to know whether a picture is for the same item or a new item as there's multiple photos of some items at the top level of scrolling. Plus stupid photography means it's impossible to actually understand what an item really looks.
Searching is very bad. You can type 'ottoman' and there will be no search results even thought the product with this word in the title exists. 'Cycling' won't work either even though 'cycling shorts' exists. When you type 'cycling shorts' it just gives all types of shorts. This made the whole experience terrible. Page loading is also very slow and laggy which makes the casual browsing impossible. This should be optimised for a better user experience.
Last few months this app went downhill. First I had a problem with my wishlist appearing to be empty, which seems to still happen at random times. Then for some time I wasn't able to log in, but I decided to wait a bit and this was resolved after a few updates. But yesterday, I see that it ate up 20GB of internet in background processes, which is just ludacris. I'm not sure what happened, but this is just absurd. Especially without a warning or some kind of ask from the apps side first.
A lot of bugs. Please open an option to report app issues. At registration, it does not accept my phone number which is entered correctly. I try to send a report about this in help, but a phone number is needed again for that too and it cannot be entered. Also, for a registered user, if you select to be notified about an item when it is back, the second Notify button is inactive. Please fix these bugs so we can shop.
Best shopping app yet! Easy and clear to use. However just one small thing.. I ordered trouser in two different leg lengths and am unable to tell which is which on my order!
I tried to buy using the pick up at store service but doesn't work, appears like there's no store available, but we have at least 3 stores in this city !! Very disappointed.
I don't understand why they change the ui of scrolling through photos. I keep on scrolling to other products instead of scrolling through different photos of the same product. And sometimes I'm lost in a lookbook and not able to get to the details of a certain product. It's nice they have a different style, but for me it's just very bv confusing and doesn't seem to work in line of what people are used to.
It keeps saying to update the app, but there's no update available. It's not possible to do anything else besides go to play store.
It freezes multiple times, especially while trying to start a conversation with the support team (using the chat section). When a product that you have saved in your wishlist is out of stock, you can see it's out of stock only when you access the product and try to select the size...
I really like the app! Unlike others, while using it there were no errors which is great!!! I went back and forth with adding/changing products to my basket and it worked smoothly. Payment methods and speed also perfect! Highly recommend making your shopping orders through it. 😊
App needs some improvement, I wasn't able to check measurements of the item, because it showed me a return option instead, it didn't show that the size is unavailable, I was only told about it when I was about to finalize my order... A bit frustrating experience to be honest.
The app is crashing, especially the bit with returning item. I've finally managed to get return label and I've returned it, it was delivered in 2 days. One month after I've only received automatic email and no other response nor refund (which I'm still awaiting). This is really discouraging and I won't be buying online in the future. Thanks
The app has a lot of glitch.. it declines payment methods just because and sometimes you find Klarna options..and sometimes is not there.. also it says "items are not availble to purchase as a gift" when you havent even choose that option... then you have to remove an play around with the order until it goes thru after hours trying..very annoying.
My experience with Stradivarius was and still is the worst I ever encountered! They changed the item I've ordered to whatever suited them. Sent me an empty warehouse box instead of the items I've ordered. Items came faulty and falling apart before wear. No customer service to help you out! It's extremely hard to get any help or refund for that matter. Unpleasant costumer support. Overall would not recommend to anyone. Save yourself a hassle and some money... BIG NO to Stradivarius!!!
Hi, This app was working fine for me up until yesterday. It's kicked me out of my account and when I try and log in it says it's incorrect. I've tried to reset my password but it says I can't do that either.
There's no way of setting up returns on the app. If you aren't gonna send forms out with the orders at least make it less difficult to return faulty items. Plus customer service doesn't seem to want to help. Sent the order number 4 times and the asked for it again today. Edit: online returns finally working. Thank you
The app has a misleading information. It says you need to spend 10 more euros to have a free shipping, you add ecxtra 20€ and you sitll have to pay over 5€ for delivery. As well there is no information about jeans colors. It is hard to see for example if it is dark blue or black.
The app is stupid, its stuck all the time, doesn't work, and i can't login to my account, beside after the last update it doesn't move, i have the first screen that telling me that this app using cookies and that it, i can't get forward other sites or get into the app Such a waste, that in corona locked up i can't buy from my favorite store! What a shame!
After the last update, the app crashes and before crashing, it works really really slow.
