Fix your app. It had no problems before and now Suddenly the idiots at straight talk broke an essential function on the app. It has been over 2 months of trying buy a plan on the app. Everytime it crashes. There is no point in having an app that doesn't work. If it isn't fixed by next month I am switching to cricket. It's just as cheap and I already know of two people that have switched and are happy with it. I live in a remote area so buying airtime at a store every month is inconvenient.

Payed $60 for a service I couldn't even use. I payed my bill and the first time around I could receive calls but not make them and that was it. I could not send or receive texts and I couldn't use my data at all. Directly after that, and the most recent, I wasn't able to use my service at all. Spent 4hrs trying to fix this and spent at least an hour of that time with customer service and they fixed the call and text part but not the data. Then it all stopped working AGAIN. Never again. I'm done

This app use to work great now I can't even log in. Starting to think I may switch. Ever since February I have had nothing but trouble with straight talk. Now I can't even use the app. I even deleted them redownloaded the app same problem. Been with straight talk for years and never been unsatisfied until February and have had nothing but problems since.

We've been bought by verizon, they said. Here's a new free verizon sim, they said. Now my service is absolute S*!T!, I SAY. My smartphone is abt as useless as a brick. Best video speed 144p. GOODBY, AND GOOD RIDDANCE! Customer service was of little help, no signal is still no signal.

3 ☆'s for the App. The StraightTalk service gets 5 ☆'s. I've been with StraightTalk since '08/'09 minus 5 months in '19/'20 when AT&T lied to me & broke their contract w/me. I've had reception trouble only occasionally & it didn't last very long. The worst was streaming a movie in another city. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the Cell Phone Service~! The app: it's very slow & glitchy~! Especially when trying to access the Rewards Dashboard~!

I'm forced to go to a store to buy a card. App use to work fine, but now it's prompts me to call Customer Care whenever I try to buy a plan via the app. It's very frustrating and I wish it would be fixed sooner than later. The only reason it's still on my phone at this point is because I can't uninstall it. What is going to the support link suppose to do? The app needs to be fixed and it doesn't make any sense to send me to a support link to accomplish that. Poor customer service. Going to BBB.

The 1st time my phone crashed ya'll fixed it relatively soon after I finally was able to learn how to get the writing enlarged after it failed. That took me almost two weeks. This time it didn't take me as long to figure it out but it I couldn't get it turned on directly from my phone and I didn't have another one to call from. Text, would not send, no internet,photos disappeared backup gone, completely crashed.I finally found a list of all systems and apps and turn permissions on for all.

I like this app, it's easy and you can buy minutes when you need it. However, you can't add airtime for a friend anymore. It let's me fill out what I need then takes me back to my home screen. When I click on the help button to talk to someone, it kicks me out, and I have to sign back in.

For months, this app has been totally hit or miss. I'm currently sitting without service because I want to save some money with rewards points, but I can't access the app. If ST won't let me save money with their programs, I'll just have to find a provider that does. And no, the support chat link they reply to every negative review with doesn't work, either.

The app itself, IF, you remember every single bit of your passwords and login, works fine. However, i cannot find a way to reset it back to its original install look aka fresh phone without any login. My family is older, they cant remember logins and passwords well anymore. We have been just using the app direct add feature without a login and apparently NOW it requires a login. This is straight up stupid.

I've had this app for awhile and was working great till recently. Everything I try to buy a plan for a friend it crashes. I've done it several times before and now all of a sudden it crashes everytime I try to add airtime for a friend. Please fix.

App is essentially useless. Every time i try to use app, a message appears saying "app keeps stopping". I am having the same issue as everyone else. When i try to buy airtime for my wifes phone, it sends me back to home page. Tried to contact Straight Talk and was connected to chat, but was 76th on a list, i dont have hours to sit and wait. Ill just delete the app and start looking for a new provider. If i could give this app less than 1 star i would. I dont want your link, i will be deleting ap

It keeps telling me to enter phone number to log in, doesn't work, e mail to log in, doesn't work, finally use serial number to log in, then says to enter user name, doesn't work, maybe wrong user name, but been so long can't remember, but besides that IT SHOULDN'T BE THAT DIFFICULT, Samsung A11 phone....

I don't understand why you would call it an update if it makes the app inefficient! I have used this app with every phone I've had threw straight talk, never had a problem. Now that I have enough "rewards" to exchange for a free month of service your app quits working!

I used to enjoy this phone service and thats why I'm going with 2 stars. Having to restart my phone every time I disconnect from wifi to use LTE is becoming annoying. And not being able to purchase a plan on the website is ridiculous. Its how you make money, why isn't this fixed yet?

Everytime I try to buy plain it closed the app. I tried to talk with someone throw the app and that was hours ago and no response. Straight talk app used to work great but now they have some major problems. Also when I try to pay bill with 611611 the link they send won't load correct. Please help straight talk it would be nice if I could at least pay my phone bill.....

The only real reason I have this service still is because I live in a remote area and its the cheaper of two options. My problem is their customer support. For the first year or two, no real issue to speak of. Recently tho, simply trying to transfer my number to a new device resulted in being off and on with customer support for 12-13 hours! Over 2 days! Only to have neither my new or old phone work and getting so frustrated, I abandoned a number I had for years. Find another service, seriously

This app causes problem, when you have to exit to retrieve a pin number and you want to go back to page but you have to resign in then you end up with a different person on chat after you wait when your 35,49,62 in the que it's unbelievable, I hate using it and if you connect with a human there accent is so strong and being 74 and not having the hearing of a younger person it is usually to difficult to understand.

Wish I could actually log in to my account through the app without having to repeat several of the steps multiple times to still get no where. I try to play the match game but now it only comes up with words and not pics and it freezes so often during play that I don't even get the chance to see what it was to find the other

Read the plea below to make it right. 3 more calls, while they were checking things out for 40 min., and I am still waiting on a scheduled 4th call back for 8. Done! I was on the phone yesterday and today with straight talk....... After quite awhile and still on hold, I had hope we were going to resolve this issue, we were disconnected, probably due to the weather in my area. Still, they had my number to call me back since I couldn't directly call them. Still nothing resolved and no call back.

My old sim card could read my phone, so I couldn't get any texts/calls. I bought a new Sims card and it's still not working. I can only use WiFi at home and for some reason away from home I can still use WiFi. I just had gotten this phone in December and nothing has damaged the phone. I'm not understanding why I can't get texts/calls or send them out. Even tried using my account on my phone and it keeps saying error when I'm trying to activate my phone.

I really like this app! The only thing I am having trouble with is when I click the buy a plan option. Everytime I click it, the app closes and takes me back to my phones home screen. I've tried restarting my phone, checking for an update, and even tried reinstalling the app. Hopefully this issue gets fixed, cuz I don't want too look for another app.

Fix the app. Second month in a row that I've went to add/buy airtime and Everytime I click on add/buy airtime it returns to the dashboard and says the app has a bug,once developer has fixed it to update app.

Support used to be able to actually fix issues but now it seems a if you just get passed around. My Wi-Fi hot spot has not been working for weeks and was told I needed a new SIM, which didn't work, and now I'm in an endless loop of promises to contact me that are not fulfilled. Edit: They did finally contact me at another scheduled time but 10 minutes late and I was immediately put on hold and told to wait for the next customer representative, and now my phone is supposedly incompatible.
