They refuse to provide service with out prepayment and the only mode of payment is via thier online portal. If this is how the service industry is today, God save these scam artists.

I'd had to remove the fuel from my bike prior to transportation, and it was lying stuck at my house - 8kms from the nearest petrol station. I contacted a few roadside assistance organisations, but they either didn't cover my city, or charged too much. I came across this app, and installed it even though it had only a few hundred installs, and opened it up not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call back from them, during which they put me in touch with the local service provider who'd deliver petrol to my place. The provider could only deliver 1 ltr. of petrol, which wouldn't even have been enough, so I cancelled the request. A while later, I got a call from them again letting me know that they'd located someone who could deliver 5 ltrs of fuel to me, and I asked them to send him over. Knowing Pune, I was expecting a rather long wait. And while the fuel didn't reach me within the initial time frame, the team at strandd kept calling me and giving me updates. The fuel delivery person reached my difficult to find house without bothering me for directions. He was professional and polite, and once again I was pleasantly surprised. All in all, a great experience.

Registered once before and added my vehicles... now when I try to log in ..it gives a toast message saying "Phone no registered with google"

Doesn't open quickly takes a long time to open

Works as advertised. Car ran out of diesel. Mechanic with diesel arrived in 35 minutes flat, car filled and jump started in 45 minutes flat all for just Rs.344 (+cost of diesel). Pretty cost effective vs. other options. Keep it up guys, I think a much needed service, especially if they can get a good highway network going.

I made my first call atleast 1.5 hours ago. And nothing has happened yet. I spoke to 2 people who would come to fix my car however the second one apparently charges more than first one. Never to use when stranded for real. You will not be helped

First page is a carousel, it lags so much. After that each page takes a lot of time to load. Very dissappointing

Quick response from website helped me out of a flat tyres situation. The charges are reasonable and grievances are attended quickly. Fast interactive app.

Great! The app works in a step by step manner, updates you at times about every step taken in regard to your problem, very simplified and overwhelming service. Good work guys.

If you can consider making the application on Native Android it would be much better, I had to leave the app due to numerous bugs and lags.

The app is a life saver in the sense that it comes in very handy. However, the prices are high and was some friction with the call centre. That being said, they are quite receptive to feedback and I hope they iron out the minor issues soon. I also understand from speaking to them that they are working to reduce the prices

This is not a fun app but a utility app and it's so necessary that I think it should come pre-installed in every smartphone. They've done the job brilliantly and I am pretty much happy user when my car got into some problems last time. Top work team and looking for new updates!

485/- for changing tyre, in a area like bommanahalli, if it's in a highway or little less populated then i can't imagine the prices

One of the best apps. Provides real time solution to your problem. They get back to you in a minute. I'm very impressed with the effort. Let's hope the service doesn't deteriorate with increasing traction.
