Received all my products thank you. Only problem is that shipping takes too long. Ordering from countries further away has taken less time to receive products. Usually between a week to 2 weeks max. Otherwise everything else is fine and the app works well thanks.

Stupid App. Cleared cashes & data still doesn't open!! Says developer must fix this problem. Aren't they aware if such an issue is going o since awhile with their app!!!!!

The app doesn't even open. Just gets stuck on the title screen. Useless update!

Super easy to use and fab exclusive offers! I’ve shopped on their website for years but recently, they updated the app & so far, the experience has been great while using the app! It’s got a great layout and interface, so it’s super easy to use! Also, their exclusive offers are fantastic!! I’ve saved so much money due to their app notifications!

When I click on the main categories on the left hand side Menu, (e.g. 'Skincare') a list of brands will appear instead of all available skincare products. When you put on a category, aren't you supposed to use it as a filter?? I prefer to browse all products under a category rather than pick on a brand one by one. It is the reason I prefer the website much more than this app. The website is much more easier to navigate and the functions are better.

I just placed an order with my expired address. The app does not scroll back enough to show my shipping and billing address when I select delivery method. I had set pay by paypal as default so when I press it, it's done. I know the apps allow us to switch between saved addresses. But I don't seem to find a way to make one as default or even delete a saved (now unwanted) address.

App is a long way off from being a good user experience. Wishlisted items get lost, the checkout cart is wonky - remove an item and it still ends up back in there if you refresh your cart. App freezes mid-use, items load without images, I could go on and on. This is a standout site with an amazing collection of perfumes at wonderful prices but gosh the app needs so much more work!

It keep telling me update the app which I already did. I tried to delete and reinstall the app then reboot my phone, power on and off. The result is still the same. Please fix your app.

You must change your language to Australia/English for the currency to change from GBP to AUD! Changing country or currency under settings does not work. This was a very, very painful way to save a whole $2.48... Items added to your cart in the app do not appear in your cart on the site and vice versa, even when logged in. Navigating back takes you through previous pages, as if it were simply a web browser with a Strawberrynet wrapper. Overall, not a great experience. Improvement required.

New app update not working. Can't open app. Auto exit always.

Literally installed it now and already I can't select the region and language as the preferred language is grayed out

Awful! A lot of bugs. I added some item by mistake, the application refused to remove it. At the checkout one can see only the right side of the screen, the left side is wrapped. The express delivery option is checked by default on checkout and it is the issue to remove it. The only reason I completed the order with this application is the 5% discount, but I don't sure now that it worths that troubles.

Not user friendly with login and passwords

zero stars. i made a purchase through the app as it granted an extra 5% discount . I could not get it to change currency from GBP. there was nothing to say the prices were ex tax. further, if I had ordered through the website, it would have been cheaper (even factoring in the 5% discount for the app, but not for the website). lesson learned, check pricing and totals before placing order. I have brought this to the attention of strawberry net customer service and they have been useless

Rarely comment on apps but honestly have to say this is the worst beauty app I've ever used. I am a regular strawberrynet shopper but your app honestly frustrates me. Products that are put in the cart disappears and old products that you have deleted reappears out of the blue. The "special deals" also do not appear on the checkout page once you attempt to refresh the app. I've used loads of apps to purchase online beauty and this honestly is horrible. Triple check your order before you cart out!

What use is an app that sells to you country via the website for years, but does not have NZ$ as a currency choice? Every time I try to choose NZ as the area code on the phone number it saves as Pitcan Island. Then the app is really slow. Even with a discount it is not worth moving to the app. Have unistalled and gone back to the website.

Currency can only be changed when you select Language and proceed to choose your respective country. Nothing will happen by clicking on Currency or when you change your country in your profile. And why added items in the cart couldn't be removed at all? It will stay there on the cart even though you decided you're not going to purchase and no longer wants the item anymore. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I have signed in but I can't really look at my account and my order on the app....it took a long time to download and nothing is showing after waiting for a while, waiting until the screen turn itself off. Not really practical! The only good thing is the extra 5% discount....

I have used the website for years but tried the app & was incredibly underwhelmed!! Tried setting up my account & when choosing NZ, it defaults to Pitcan Island?!?!?!?!? Currency won't therefore set to NZD so after 10 minutes of frustration, I uninstalled the app & went back to the website. This glitch needs to sorted out as it's quite ridiculous!

Well I couldn't believe what I actually got for my money. To the point I was like it can't be genuine. It sure is. I emailed a few times and they respond with in half hour. When I was deliverered my parcel there was a charge because it got searched at customs (this doesn't always happen as my mum ordered same thing and it was delivered with no charge) But they refunded me the charge immediately and it was back in my account the next day. Honestly won't use another makeup website again

No idea what was going on but I was unable to purchase via the app, having to go through the website to actu wa aly checkout and give away my money. Checkout in the app requires entering your email, which I did several times and they never arrived. Thank goodness the website is still active.

Awful application, intuitive interface is not about it. Currency can be only changed as language setting and does not allow to select it in fact. Ignores completely the loyalty bonus so prices are in fact higher than when purchasing via web. Uninstalling as it is completely useless and not user friendly.

One of the worst app. Instead of saving time and make buying experience easy, it infuriates you. It takes too long to load. All the eleminated items from the shopping bag are added back at check out. This app really needs some work.!!!!

So many glitches when using this app. This doesn't allow me to switch to my home country where the discounts are different. Black Friday deals are not reflecting correctly and in fact, charging more when I switched it to Australia

So far my experiences with Strawberrynet has been positive. Brilliant prices and worth the wait for delivery to UK. I have occasionally been hit by import costs but when I ask if they would kindly reimburse the cost, as they say they can do on the website, I am. The % off incentive for making further orders is a bonus.
