I cannot log onto the app. I use the saved username and password in the browser with no problem. However, when I try to log onto the app, it says my username/password combo is not recognized. So, I guess I will have to stick with the browser.
[Updated 07/09/2020] The app lets you do just about everything you normally do on the website. Looks good too. The developers are quick to react to issues and bugs. The app worked fine at first, then i kept getting an error. "Not a JSON object[]" I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and got the same error. I guess I'll be sticking to the website from now on. Otherwise the app is visually appealing. It just needs some polish and bug fixes.
As of July 1st I'm no longer able to view any of my information. I keep getting an error message that says Not a JSON object. I've been using this app since last October, so it's very disappointing to get an error message right before Summer semester starts. ***Update*** App is working as of Monday with no further issues. Thank you
This app was wonderful. It now has a bug problem. It will not open and when it does open it will sit on the loading screen.
The app will not stay open. Everytime I login in it close the app. It use to work now I can't even go no far then the login screen.
I tried to sign in the app . But he give me the error. Like , unexpected end of Jason input.
Account locked message. Can't login using my credentials. Frustrating to say the least. It is now working but there are still some bugs to iron out. Not as user friendly as I'd like and some of the options don't work well or update correctly.
The app is not working since the latest update. I am not able to log on. There is a message stating " account locked". Tried to reinstall with the ssme message more than once. I give up!
I can no longer long in when my passwords been the same since I've downloaded the app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still doesnt work. I'm kind of fed up actually with this app. it's slow too.
I can't login in. When I do it won't load my dashboard it's popping up a error and I can't see any of my course information. Just a blank screen, even when I try to refresh the data the same error message pops up. Fix this please
I really liked this app then boom I can not see notifications on any grading or replies and community forum has been down for 3 weeks. They blame Android as I've tried it on 3 devices in my home. I've Uninstalled and re installed it probably 100 times. I've been complaining to IT and seems no one cares. Really frustrated
Just want to give a shout out to Strayer University, you guys have been awesome. I enjoy taking the course at this university.
It was a great school and staff just not a convenient location for handicapped students in my opinion. That was really my major complaint the parking and location wasn't very handicapped friendly but I would definitely recommend this school to others

Hello, attached is an error message I've been receiving when trying to access My courses through the app. I have Uninstaller, cleared cache and data and log off and back in. Please help.
I never went back to Strayer because I completed and paid for my Associates degree and intended to come back for a bachelor's but I tried many ways to ask them how to graduate and NOBODY called me or even emailed me back to help me. They just recruit and the recruiters called me many times, said they would forward my info along and my questions so someone can reach me soon but noone has. It had been extremely frustrating. I called 5 times in 2 years about this. I emailed everyone I could, too 😞
After I log on, it displays an error message that says "Not a JSON Object:" It does not display any course information, class schedule, and I get the same message when I click on the home, gets answers, community, and notifications tab.
So far I find this application a wonderful way to experience online school .. I'm attending Strayer University and it's my first computer that I wasn't able to use and now after 5 weeks I'm typing faster and I am able to use several new applications on my new laptop .. I really enjoy using the iCampus over other apps because it seems to encompass all of my schooling needs...
The app says it does not recognize my username or password. Tech support claims it works fine. This app works on iPhones only. Tech support has no idea why it doesn't work for Androids.
This app was working yesterday and now 07/03/20 isn't working I thought it was me I installed then reinstall still coming up blank so it's not me it's this app there is 3 days left before school. Please fix the problem thank you.

You Have To Use The SU(how ever many numbers were behind it) That They Assigned You At The Very Beginning To Log In To The App . Overall ok So Far .. Ready To See What It's Like When Classes Start Monday .

Just stopped working. I log in and it says initial sync problem. Completely unusable.
Everytime I try to log on it tells me Bad gateway 500. I use to log on just fine but now I can not because of this.
Their staff is rude and don't have any people skills there always rushing you off the phone they never call and check up on me when they already know i have full time job i have relied on Department of education through this whole process to help me get through signing on with this college
The icons at the bottom are all funky. Kinda like this ·.´.. But all on the left half of the screen. My device is LG-M150
Great app but only problem I have had is recently not able to access my ALEKS work course through the the Strayer App. It used to work but now it does not. I have upgraded my app and contacted tech support. Do you have any suggestions to fix this matter? Thank you in advance.
