StreamControl: Remote for OBS & Streamlabs OBS

I have tested a bunch of similar apps, this one works the best. The preview can make the whole app lagging, but it can be disabled in the options menu. The adds are not to invasive and that's appreciated for a mobile app. I'd like to see a screenshot button as it is now a thing is obs. Keep it up with the good work!

I used to use this app for my streams seeing as SLOBS has just recently revealed their true colours. I liked this app. I had to reboot my computer which,as a result, means I lost the setup for it. It's been a long time since I set it up so it no longer makes sense and isn't easy for me to setup. I've tried everything. Websocket is installed but it just won't connect.

I have been using this app on my tablet to control my show's stream and it has worked great! My one issue is the font size is small and can be hard to read at times. I would love the ability to adjust it some. Also, it would be fantastic if the icons of the scene buttons could be user changeable as well but just being able to change the font size would be a huge improvement. Thanks for making a great app! Edited: Updated to 5 stars. Fantastic update now has larger font and I love Deck Mode!

Works great! Using it on Pop!_OS. I sent a request to the developer to add an OLED dark mode and make the scene selection buttons larger, and they responded and made the changes quickly! I immediately purchased the ad-free add-on, even though the ads were not irritating. $1.49 USD is a steal for such a good and useful tool.

App works really well. Only major issue I have with it right now is, once obs starts streaming, this app disconnects and is unable to connect back to obs no matter what I try. If obs is not streaming this remote app is able to connect & works perfectly!, all sources, scenes and devices loaded and can be enabled/disabled as I please. Any ideas on what to do to solve this problem? Then it can have all my 5stars. I also intend to finally pay for it & remove ads if I can get this problem solved

It's not showing me the buttons that I see on the desktop. And there are options in the app to select a different screen. Driving me nuts. I thought using a commercial app would save me from this kind of frustration, but unfortunately you have to spend just as much struggling with bad UX as in non-commercial apps.

Great functionality, but clunky UI. With a bit of a user interface overhaul, this app would be beyond perfect. As is, it gets the job done and then some in my experience using it with OBS Windows 10.

During this Covid19 crisis going on, I having been using this in conjunction with OBS Studio to minister remotely to our church. The problem I am facing is if I have this running and connected to my computer, and if I am using a PowerPoint presentation and changing the slides remotely through bluetooth on my phone, streamcontrol will disconnect sometimes. Anyone had that issue, or know of a solution?

(streamlabs OBS) Great app when it actually works. For some strange reason whenever i go to certain scenes the screen grey's out and i can only use the record and stream buttons. For example, 'credits' and 'be right back' scenes work while 'live' scene does not. I would appreciate some help, thank you. FYI: using android tablet for app.

Works fine and gives me enough control when I need to walk away from my stream setup. One small ad (it's free so it kinda has to be there) Any time I've had problems has usually been down to not updated the websocket.

I installed this app on my phone and tablet the week prior to the date of this posting. The best use is on the tablet. It makes for an easier controller for my OBS streams. The layout is simple and easy to use. My only wish is for the screen to stay on while this app is in use. I have changed my screen dim timeout to 10 minutes but even then I don't want to have to wake up the tablet to use the app. If you can do that I can easily give this app a 5 star review. Scene switching is smooth and I have access to all my scenes and those scenes add ons. If I continue to have no issues I will definately purchase this app. I plan to do a video review of this app and a webcam app I am also using.

Stream Control is perfect for me to use on OBS because this makes it easier for me to control the stream for no cost at all. The only thing is ads are the problem but its totally great with no issues at all to use since you have the same Wifi Connection and make sure you have Websocket installed in OBS. Thank you Devs for creating such an amazing application like this...

Does what it says on the box. Has worked well so far. Requests for future versions: ability to set a colour on Program source in studio mode (currently shows preview as active colour); being able to disable/reorder buttons within Studio Mode/Transitions (my primary use is transitions but Disable, Cut, Fade are all first).

Fantastic for controlling scenes remotely! The only issue I'm currently having is that I can't seem to scroll down to see all my imported icons when selecting an icon from the custom icons screen. Not a huge deal, but a fix would be welcomed!

A handy app that largely does what it says on the tin. It doesn't really behave well when you switch between it and other apps (like Twitch), but closing it and reopening it reconnects it immediately.

Brilliant application. We are using it for controlling OBS in a church setting. It is very easy to use so you can train up non non-technical volunteers. Having it on tablet/mobile means that you only use a small, discrete device and hide potentially complex installation in a cupboard.

App works great but I can never get previews to load.. it just says unsupported file type whenever I try to click the loading box... other than that it is swell. One thing I would reccomend is to stay logged into the last twitch chat user that was entered.

I was unable to figure out how to get it to work. I tried all the different IP addresses my computer was providing but none of them would work. I tried looking for help or instructions for the app online but couldn't find anything. Would love some documentation on how to set this up or troubleshoot.

It works great. Using it for my own set up, my son's, and my daughter's. While not intended to be used outside local network, it can be used if you port forward or use a VPN at home, which we do. Best OBS companion app I've used!

Works great from home and remotely when I'm out and about and need to switch scenes. Not sure what the "Send Custom Message" function could be used for but would be interested in finding out!

In general I like the app, but it's useless for me because I can't remove specific buttons in the deck mode. There's too many icon I don't need and that's just confusing. Please add an option to FULLY customize the deck mode. Remove/Reorder/Add each button

Amazing app. Easy to connect and multiple platforms supported. Excellent response time. Maybe add pinch and zoom or scale to screen option for people with a lot of scenes/devices to toggle.

Clean, concise interface. Supports basic OBS functions perfectly. Exactly what I was looking for. Wish there was a way to pay for ad free version though.

Excellent! And thank you for making it free to use to start. One glitch is if you navigate away it has to reconnect, but other than that, it's great! I would pay to remove ads for sure.

Well, I had to update my review for my original issue got fixed in the last update. The app does exactly what I needed and works great. This to me is better than a stream dock, and easy to use.
