Update 30/07/19 - much better than when I previously tried it. App now loads faster and feels more mature. Improve feature set. We are now actually able to create tasks and notes. Still seems to be buggy and missing features (take picture in note). Looking forward to further development. 18/08/2019 - Very limited features and confusing concept. I would much rather see this implemented in Zoho mail like on web and desktop.
I just want access to my Tasks and Notes from the Zoho Mail app. This extra app is unnecessary, and full of bugs. Tasks and Notes that I create from my phone show up on the desktop web app, but not the other way around. And nothing shows up under the Tasks or Notes sections of this mobile app. I guess these things are bundled with Streams in order to drive adoption of that Google Inbox competitor. But Google discontinued Inbox this year because people don't want it. Please do the same.
I have recently started using streams for work as the company has moved across to zoho. Zoho is great...this app is not! I need it to receive important messages each day and even tho I will get a notification to say I have a message it very, very rarely allows me to see the message, it keeps saying there's no network when there is. Invariably I have to go and turn my laptop on to access these messages which is frustrating.
The idea of streams is great. But it's having lot of bugs.. contacts could not be synced, mention is not working, couldnot add new member, couldnot post a message.. I can give more stars if these are rectified
Don't understand the purpose of this app. For an individual, the only use is to see your tasks from email, which really should be in the email app.
'To Me' always shows disconnected from the Internet. Pixel 3 XL display is not correct. im not really seeing the point of this app.
Great app, plz fix some bugs. Also, add some features Also, I can't assign any task to any of my employees, I can't write comments .. plz fix
Still broken. Edit doesn't work. Just put tasks in the mail app where it belongs and put this thing out of its misery.
This is the only option in Zoho ecosystem to manage bookmarks in Mobile and it lacks usability and options to classify or tag
This app is not even working. Neither I able to receive mail nor able to send any mail.
It use to work but now it keeps crashing on me 😢

Will not show any emails. Why couldn't you just integrate notes and tasks into the main mail zoho app? Everybody wants mail, calendar, and tasks all in one place (like Nine email)
This is just silly. Incoming emails (even replies to messages I sent from Streams) don't show up here. I just want to access Notes from the main email app...why is that so hard?
Though the App has good features but I don't get any sound alerts, notifications or indications when someone sends Messages, Comments or sends emails. This happens even after enabling Notications in App Permissions. My colleagues are also facing same promblem. Please do something about
It would be great to handle advanced filters so for example I can find all tasks i've created and that are open.
I find annoying the fact that when someone creates an event in a group, despite it shows the date of it you are not able to access the calendar by tapping there. This should be improved. Also, the actual day should be displayed. Right now it is making me go somewhere else just to check if the event is going to be a Monday or a Friday.
Email will not send outside of your contact list. Shows no Internet connection all the time. Does not work. Samsung s7.
Nothing happens when i tap to add description. There's no button to Save date and time once selected instead when i click on enter in my keyboard (since there's no submit button) the app notifies me to add description (how am i supposed to add a description during date and time selection is beyond me.
